1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
A. I want to become administrator because I have spent more than 2.3 years in this server and over the years I almost know all the rules, systems and the community of the server very well. I was previously a part of the administration team and now I want to return and contribute and help in maintaining the server again. I want to use my experience of these years to support players and help them to learn and enjoy. I have seen the server growing and improvement and I want to be part of the growing community now. My past experience has taught me how to handle reports and situations. I learned from my mistakes which I did earlier now I want to come back stronger and better.
2. What are your strengths?
A. My strengths are :-
i) Keeping myself calm in handling serious situations.
ii) I try to solve my old mistakes if I did something wrong and never do that again.
iii) I love to talk with people and help them with their problems.

A. My weaknesses is that sometimes I overthink / focus on others more than myself also having a fear of failing again but it helps me improve my actions.

Throughout this I have developed strong skills and a deep understanding of this great project soo maybe i believe that i can be valuable in guiding new players. With the knowledge I have built up I m confident I can support the admin team .

- I have spent a long time in city by serving for different Organization of the city and now I felt that I have gain good experience and leave my RP life to step up as an administrator to help other people. While enjoying in the city I have learned it rules and use my knowledge to help out other peoples. So, I believe that I can give my Support to City if I got a chance. Instead of doing RP now I wanna to create a more smoother and Fair RP environment for others especially new joiners, I have experienced both Legal and Illegal Organization in some of good Positions and now I am more excited to be State Curator in future.

1. I have spent a good amount of time in RP and get to learn a lot of new things. like I became LEO Learn about legislation, law , rights many other thing. What I even don't know in Real Life . I happily enjoy my RP experience. I have also got leadership skills. I have already completed 2 Successful terms of San Andreas Highway Patrol. It's been so good after becoming leader the recognition , respect. i got after become leader was just great. Which made me more connected toward the roleplay. I really enjoyed my RP life and I think now it's the time to move forward and increase my boundaries to help, guide new players and solve there problems.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- It's been over 7 months on the server, and I have enjoyed the roleplay here a lot and do whatever the best that I can during this period of time and now I believe that I have gained enough knowledge in the EN community over the to help out the new comers and the older ones as well and give them a good roleplay experience so they can experience a quality roleplay here and I also wanted to improve the roleplay environment by offering something new and will do my best to assist players with precision.
- I am dedicated and passionate about learning and executing new things to give to the community here with the knowledge i have gained throughout the time period where I performed rp. I have dealt with many challenges and made mistakes but i also learned a lot from the and now i see it's a good opportunity for me to use my knowledge and experience in the administration and management team because this entire project is topping the charts for roleplay servers and it has a large player base which keeps everything dynamic and exciting for everyone so i want to work with the team and dedicate myself to learning more and achieving my goals.

I want to admin beacuse I tried both legal side and illegal side of GrandRP, I Choose HR dep and IA dep in all org I worked becaused I am good at communicatig with people and training them and tell thier mistakes,aprt from that doing the same thing Im getting bored and I have a hobby of doing something else or experiencing something new, which is not possible in RP Life, I love to communicate people and I love to help anyone, and I think admin position will be great for me..I have spent ample time in the city by serving various organisations and now I feel that I have gathered much knowledge and leave my RP life to step up as administrator to help the people in city. While Enjoying my RP life I learned its rules and used my experience to help out a lot of people. So I believe I can give greater support to the RP community by helping them out if I do get the chance. Instead of focusing on RP more, I just wanna create a more smoother and fair RP environment for the new joiners. I have experienced for both legal and illegal Organisations in some of the top spots and I have seen that I have more keen interest in State Curator in future.
