2.1- Experience - I want to be leader of SAHP because San Andreas Highway Patrol is very near of National guards and I want to help them out not only National guards also to other organization also, but national guards are like neighbor also.

2.2 - Reducing Corruption - As you know right now, I am serving the city as a Deputy governor, so I saw many situations that cops are doing corruption and ruining the departments reputation, So as Sheriff I want to reduce the corruption.

2.3 - Professionalism - The SAHP is often seen as the Fun or relaxed department because it's out of the city, so I want to turn SAHP into Professional and well-disciplined organization that's why I want to be the leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.

Leader of SAN ANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I, Haryanvi velly who is currently serving as the Lt. General (29) in the NG would like to serve for the prestigious org of SAHP..
My leadership skills have already been seen in the current NG term how me along side with the general have made the National Guard which was considered as a least favoritised option by citizen to serve for.

I have also server the state by being a DHS minister, Advisory or ACP (28) of LSPD , CC in SAHP(28) and COS in FIB(28). I have’nt just hopped the Orgs I have been the still in the same term till the end to help leader through its every single ups and down which trains me through the different conditions or situations that can be faced by in my leadership term..

I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state.

I have a very good quality of maintaining or bringing back the lost image of any org in the city. And I can stand in front for my troopers in all situation without differentiating them with their ranks.

I will make sure that my HR team and IA team will be active alongside of the Highway patrol as in the past term this department was neglected and I think is the most cruicial department for a org like SAHP

I will create the phase system for the covering of the lobby so that not only lower ranks are stuck at the lobby and they can also experience diff situations

Me being in the GOV for long time also makes me familiar with the good lawyers so I can assure about the DA or Legal department of my term will be active and will be there to help any trooper with legal AID.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
As SAHP have very large area of jurisdiction there is so much scope to increasethe amount of the role play. Some ideas are following.
- The regular Law classes with the interactive learnings with the trooper will increase their interest in the Law and order
- The regular trainings of the SWAT in the NG arena and helping NG in their Runs etc will keep the troopers engaged in free time
- I will conduct the GP, Border Patrol and HWP with the co-ordinations of the different organisations to maintain the strong relationship between the organisations of the City.
- Regular promotion ceremonies and appreciation ceremonies will be conducted. And promotions will be given on the basis of the activity only..

1. Learn RP Rules Properly.
The First step to improving role play in any organisation is understanding the rules , every members should know rules PG , Meta Gaming , NLR When everyone follow these rules the RP will become Fair and More realistic.

2. Stay in Character
In RP everyone should try to like their Respective Character for Examples as a police officer they should behave professionally.

3. Work as a Team

1.Reason: I spent a lot of time in SAHP and I spend a lot of time now as a Sheriff in this temp term. I like to continue this term as an official term. I could be a good leader of the organization, and I can handel it like I am doing it now.
2. Reason: As I am a high trained and experienced law enforced officer who has prior experience as a state high command and as a leader also I dont think there is anybody who can be a better leader than me, I spend a lot of time on duty, I am doing paper work fast and precisely, helping my unites to do they work as professional as they can.
3.Reason:I will make this organization shine like in its prime, I make the organization running in 1 days, I hired many peopel, but its takes soo much time thats why I wanna be the leader, becose I can continue this term and dont need the start from the zero. The organization will be running and there will be many high trained SHAP officer.

1.I could create a peacfull and healty atmosphere where my unite can work in peach and professionally.
2.I will make the deparment more better, I mean I will help the CC to run their deparment and do it profesionally.
3.I can be in the city 6 hours dealy so if somebody need help I can provied him directly.
4.I can create amazing IC events, I have many idea what I want to make.
5.I will train my unites and HCs to "How to ach when your are a hostage", with this training I will make sure they can handel this situation if they need it.
6.I will make the lobby coverd 24/7.
7.I will make a good bonus system, which is gonna motivate the unites to do they work profasional.

1(a) : I Lord Kakashi start the LEO journey with SAHP and served 3 term in past and being from trainee to chief commander + Advisory board i get to know all rank experience and get each rank and each department experience . I know that what to do and what to not and who to handle the situation and due to this i have being in so many situation .

- SAHP is an organization which mostly new people in the city very much like to join and many people also considered it as an ideal state organisation but still SAHP is suffering from inactivity and sometimes new officers in SAHP don't get good training which may ruin their experience there and sometimes other people as well and I want to change that and maintain standard and procedure in SAHP and As a leader I want to make sure that everyone is getting proper training they required.

- Secondly I would like to mention that was previous director of FIB I ran 2 successful terms and I have learned from my previous mistakes as the leader of FIB I want use my experience in such a way that SAHP will be one of the most professional and active organisation in the city and I will also make sure that I will not assign wrong people wrong position in the organisation.

- lastly I believe SAHP has lots of potential which is not being utilised I want to improve this organisation as I mentioned before but many people join SAHP high experience or in high ranks but as the term moves on they get bored and after that whole term becomes inactive as a leader I will change that I will make sure that everybody full stay motivated and active and enjoy their experience there.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- First of all I will improve the basic RP of SAHP which is issuing insurance, licence plate and responding to hostage situations store robbery issuing insurance and licence plate I believe are already being done correctly but others are not I will make sure that proper communication and radio codes are being used not just runing around with a gun in their hand I will make sure to maintain standard in the organisation.

-I will introduce new training procedure to improve the organisation in this new training procedure training officers will give in the form of real situation not just by using bodycam or training manual so that it will build better officers and better standard in the organisation and will improve the overall RP.

-I would like to mention that certain situations like hostage situations and store robbery are not following proper procedure in these situations the officers are only shooting and not doing tactical planning before hand as a leader I want to change that so the RP will be much more interesting and serious I will make sure tactical planning is done by the units or atleast their high command are doing the planning.

1(a) : I am Baby Ghost I have served in SAHP for 3 terms as Rank 28 And grinding through every term in the SAHP which i am knowledgeable to every possible situation or things going on this organization and i am blessed to be able to say I am fully capable of handling the org with very high prestige and maintain the professional performance of the organization...

2(a) : I have served as a Assistant sheriff+Chief Commander (Same rank) along with handling all the departments in SAHP and actively responding to every 911 call and processing 10-15s something I don’t see a lot of leaders doing

2(b) : I have very good grip on the IC laws and the procedures due to My USSS Director and GOV experience. which the quality of the units in the ORG will reflect that knowledge and also be maintained.

3(a) : My relationship all over the city is very respected. So there is no way my leadership term will have any outside influence to ruin its integrity as I just completed a term as bloods Leader

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1(a) : My suggestion to improve the roleplay level in the organization is that i ill conduct the regular Ghetto Patrols along with the integration with the other organization to optimize catching criminals throughout the entire city such as joint operations like searching for wanted criminals and ATM responses

2(a) : I will conduct Highway patrols through different locations, and I will conduct the interview sessions and training sessions in a different way to make it more exciting and engaging instead of just pushing it onto HR

3(a) : I will be creating a new format for the time distribution for covering the lobby among the units as I will cover the lobby so Lower ranks are not always stuck at the Lobby and helping the availability of the HR as I want to be a part of everything going on with in the ORG

A) Since I was 5 years old (IC) I joined SAHP and started my duty as a trainee. I improved and started learning the IC laws. I became Chief Commander of HWP, which taught me how to make a department active. After this I changed departments as the terms went by, but I stayed in SAHP. Now that I have experience in all different departments and also as part of the advisory board I know how to make an organization (especially SAHP) run smoothly, and I know how to handle every situation.

B) Unlike others, I actually care about the future of SAHP because it gave me a lot and it is in my heart. I would make my terms as active as possible. It is also very important to me that there will be no toxicity so everyone will enjoy their duties.

C) I also have many friends who have already completed successful terms in SAHP and who taught me a lot about leadership. I feel ready to make the best and the most active term in SAHP. We will make SAHP the most active organization in the city again so every member will be proud of their organization just like back then when I was a trainee.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.


A) I know the first few days matter the most to make the organization active. My first priority would be to set up a well working HR team who would hire people without any favoritism. They would personally make sure that everyone receives proper training that they fully understand. To improve Roleplay, I would organize training sessions where the HR team trains small groups together to build a better team for the future.

B) I would make sure there is always something for the units to do. If there is no ongoing situation, we will host events such as car shows or races, where the SWAT department will ensure safety and the HWP department will help conduct the event. Also, we will bring back ghetto patrols and highway patrols, where every department will have its own tasks.

C) I would make sure that all departments have enough knowledge to run that department so they will complete all the weekly tasks which I will also bring more attention to. It is also very important for me to make sure everyone is getting bonuses according to their work.

D) I will hold promotion ceremonies every week to build a better team. I am going to make sure that everyone’s rank matches their knowledge. In my opinion, rank itself doesn’t matter as much as knowledge, and if someone gets a rank through favoritism, it ruins the whole RolePlay.

- lastly I believe SAHP has lots of potential which is not being utilised I want to improve this organisation as I mentioned before but many people join SAHP high experience or in high ranks but as the term moves on they get bored and after that whole term becomes inactive as a leader I will change that I will make sure that everybody full stay motivated and active and enjoy their experience there.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- First of all I will improve the basic RP of SAHP which is issuing insurance, licence plate and responding to hostage situations store robbery issuing insurance and licence plate I believe are already being done correctly but others are not I will make sure that proper communication and radio codes are being used not just runing around with a gun in their hand I will make sure to maintain standard in the organisation.

-I will introduce new training procedure to improve the organisation in this new training procedure training officers will give in the form of real situation not just by using bodycam or training manual so that it will build better officers and better standard in the organisation and will improve the overall RP.

-I would like to mention that certain situations like hostage situations and store robbery are not following proper procedure in these situations the officers are only shooting and not doing tactical planning before hand as a leader I want to change that so the RP will be much more interesting and serious I will make sure tactical planning is done by the units or atleast their high command are doing the planning.

Suggestion:

"I believe that frequent training sessions are crucial for maintaining a high standard of RP. These could happen weekly or bi-weekly and cover everything from routine traffic stops to high-speed chases, hostage situations, and crisis negotiations. By using realistic roleplay scenarios, officers can respond to in-game incidents with more skill and alertness. We can also set up simulations mimicking real-life situations to make our actions feel even more authentic."

ii)Encourage Better Backstories and Character Development

Suggestion:

"To enhance the roleplay experience, we should motivate officers to develop more complex and layered characters. Every officer in the department should have a backstory, personal aspirations, and unique traits. I would implement role-playing activities that foster character development, such as organizing 'ride-alongs' for officers to interact with civilians, or hosting gatherings where they can share stories about their characters. Our department should actively take part in server-wide events to stay visible and show our commitment to community role-playing.

I have spent a lot of time in Legal Organization. I have managed the National Guards Crucial Departments like SOF, MP for consecutively 4 terms. As a result, I have acknowledged the mindset and the emotions of people. I have acknowledged the way to make them as a team and do RP as a leader of them. I have gained enough experience to become a Head person of a department. That is why I am thinking that I may have enough encouragement and feeling confident to take the Leadership. And I chose the SAHP because of my previous relationship with NG and SAHP. So I have knowledge about SAHP and I believe in myself that I can handle the SAHP leadership.

ii) As stated before that I am a part of National Guard High commands consecutively for 4 terms, I have the knowledge about the Current Legislations and its Proper Procedure. Though I worked as an NG Soldier, I have mastered every kind of Legislations and Procedure about a Law Enforcement Officer. As the SAHP is one of the LEO Organizations in the city of los santos I may believe in myself, I have enough thoughts and enough idea how the SAHP works in their field to prevent the crimes. As stated before that I have enough experience to lead people in a good way, I am confident that in this term of SAHP I can manage not only my skills and knowledge but also my judgement and biasedness. So, I wanted to become the Leader of SAHP.

iii) In my RP life, I also joined gangs and have well structured plans of the criminal activities in my memory. By this kind of preplaned knowledge, as a leader I may believe that I can make anti-structures of those plans to prevent the crimes. As a leader, it is necessary to predict the next valuable steps for his organization. So, I may believe that I may be the perfect one who can predict any kind of future incidents and make new plans to reach out the next steps for the organization. i) In my SAHP Term, I will make sure that the Hiring process should be done with a real Interview board which will make the organization realistic.

ii) As nowadays it is rare to have any kind of border patrolling and Air Patrolling done in the Jurisdictions of SAHP. I will make sure the borders of the highway will be guarded and the highway will be patrolled with air support as well.

iii ) Inside of my Jurisdiction, I will make a shift cycle process as per as Real Life cops.

iv ) I can have an agreement with the Government and LSPD to open a branch for Insurance process and Licence process to decrease the hassle of the citizens coming to SAHP HQ.

v) To elaborate the worktime, I may include some extra Departments to distribute the work .



Departments :

i) Detective : This is an Internal agency for SAHP, who will investigate the crimes and will gather evidence to support FIB to establish the raids. Maybe in Charter, they have some special jurisdiction access to collect the evidence.

ii) SWAT : Special Weapons and Tactics is designed for any kind of heavy criminal activity which should be mitigated

iii) Elite Force : This is Upgraded version of SWAT whose main Duty is to perform any kind of special Operations and other department will be assisting this department

iv) Human Resource and Training : HRT is the department who will handle the punishments, Hiring and Firing as well as Training progress

v) Highway Patrol : The main Guards of the highways, who will perform the duty to protect the highway safer.
vi) Air Defence : This department will work their duty as the pilot to decrease the criminal activity faster by dropping man force to the Crime location
.

vii) Internal Affairs : The Monitoring department will be responsible for detecting any off activity or Miss activity for all troops and will be handled by the direct Sheriff and his Deputy.

2.1 San Andreas Highway Patrol is an important aspect to keeping paleto and the highways safe from whatever it may come across. I have saw favoritism take over this ORG at times and I will not show any type of favoritism. Ranks will be dependent on past experiences over anything, If anyone makes a mistake in any capacity I will issue punishments no matter who you are. I also understand we all make mistakes so depending on the variety of the situation will be dependent on the punishment. To add on I will lead SAHP to the best of my ability. I think I have more than enough experience to lead SAHP.



2.2 Secondly, SAHP has been my home, shelter as well as teacher in this remarkable city. I’ve accumulated all of my knowledge as well as skill sets in SAHP and would like to be able to pass on such skill sets to other people as a tradition SAHP has always been built on. I’ve learned things and abilities large from laws and regulations and small to just people interaction and recognized just how valuable and admirable SAHP is able to do all these in its setting. I would love to pass on these to new members of this family and also perfect those already a part of us.



2.3 I may not have been a leader or in a leadership position before but I have been a Chief Commander(2x) in SAHP and also in ACP(4x) in LSPD, and AG in NG, and CHIEF OF HR(2x) in EMS. Due to my experience, I have seen how the organizations work, how we can be great, and how we can work together. I started as Cadet in SAHP when I first started in the city and worked my way up the ranks, putting my all into it and being there, no matter what, whether it is selling insurance or arresting a gang member and placing them in their cell at DOC. Protecting the city is my main goal, always.





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


3.1 I will mentor all departments in every way possible. Developing ways to improve their overall structure and experience. I will work closely with each department high commands on how to better their overall demeanor while improving the Role-play experience!

3.2 Through targeted, simple but effective training programs, applicants should be trained as civil servants as quickly as possible.

3.3 We will start by utilising the office in Sandy Shores and have between 2-4 units which can be there for civilian questions and also be on standby for DOC if backup is needed for a prison break or if 10-15's are causing trouble. They will also be on standby for NG raids. They can be the first responders between the hours of 10 am/12pm and 10 pm when Capital and NG are open. We will also base the officer there. They will also have to do checks of the local area every hour.

3.4 Attending any event (Ammu-Shop raids, FZ raids, armored trucks, submarine, weapons delivery, aircraft carrier, bank protection, etc.)

3.5 Aggressive wanted list pursuit (the goal should be to keep the wanted list as low as possible).
