2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?

2.1 When I first joined LSPD, I understood how good and immersive RP in LEO organizations can be. At that time, I didn’t find NG that interesting because it doesn’t involve 10-15 processing, which usually creates a lot of RP.

2.2 Later, on my friends’ suggestion, I joined NG and actually experienced it. That’s when I realized NG has a completely different kind of RP. It’s not limited to one type there are more varied and unique situations to roleplay.

2.3 I personally enjoy handling trespassers, protecting ammo trucks, and countering bandits during warehouse situations. Also, the environment of NG is more calm and disciplined compared to city chaos, which I like.

2.4 NG plays a very important role in the state because it supplies ammunition to other legal organizations. If NG is not working properly, it affects the whole system indirectly.

2.5 Over time, NG became my favorite organization. Many people don’t really understand its importance, but I do. That’s why I want to lead it and maintain its reputation and discipline.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 First thing, I would improve the ammo supply system. There should be proper coordination between demand and supply so no organization faces issues.

3.2 An organization runs well only when departments are handled by the right people. I will assign HODs who are actually willing to work, not just hold rank.

3.3 My HODs will be calm and understanding. They will listen to situations properly and then make fair decisions.

3.4 HR and MP are the most important departments for internal stability. I will make sure experienced people handle these departments actively.

3.5 I will give extra responsibilities to department heads apart from regular tasks so they stay active and involved.

3.6 Promotion system is very important. I will organize proper promotion ceremonies with some fun elements and rewards to keep people motivated.
3.7 To keep members engaged, I will organize daily small activities or competitions so the environment stays active and enjoyable.
3.8 Maintaining good relations with other organizations is also important. I have previous leadership experience, so I understand how important coordination is.

3.9 Regular training and drills will be conducted so soldiers stay prepared. I will also try to organize joint trainings with other organizations.

3.10 I will ensure all events are attended, gates are covered, and regular patrols (air and ground) are done around the base.

3.11 There will be zero tolerance for toxicity or favoritism. Anyone creating unnecessary conflict will face strict action.

4. Departments

1. SOF : (Special Operations Forces) Highly trained units (Alpha, Bravo, Delta) that will handle high-risk situations and provide security during events.

2. MP : (Military Police) Responsible for maintaining internal discipline and preventing internal issues.

3. AF : (Air Force) Will provide air support, do patrols, and assist during events.

4. HR : (Human Resources) Handles recruitment and training, making sure new members become capable soldiers.

5. Infantry : Responsible for base security, gate duty and protecting the ammunition area.

Future Plans : I’m planning to add a few more departments in the future, but only after proper discussion and testing what the organization actually needs I don’t want to rush it the goal is to make NG more efficient, not just bigger.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my real role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En3 As Well As in En2, NG dint allowed me to go out and have experience of other orgs but still i pushed myself and tried but i keep missing NG and i keep coming back to NG , I Love NG and i have great understanding about rules and Regulation Of National Guard and the roles and responsibility in City.

B. With my NG experience and passion and love towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our base/city from threats. For some people NG is boring as they think there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping, ammo runs and waiting for any global and i want to change that mind set and want to show the real power of NG and by making the most powerful org in the city and fun to work, I have lot of role play ideas for NG, which is actually lacking in NG but if i implement those then i can make NG a very active and powerful organization in the city, which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , I can do these changes only if i get a term , I will try my best to give a real time experience Of Army.

C. Last But not the least, my activeness in NG is very high as im very much passionate about NG , I'm very much active in base/city (10hrs to 12hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers whenever needs a HC ,you will see an most highly Active General ever in the Fort Zancudo.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A
. As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement A lot improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,

B. New recruits during their probation will be sent to all department to gain experience of all departments and after probation they will given a choice to select the department they like to go and accordingly they will deployed, which will create an HR RP as well as new soldiers will get experience in all department.

C. I Recently Asked Government to put a policy on how to enter the military base with only marked cars for all orgs , which will allow and create a great RP for Military police who will be at the gate to check anyone entering the base by asking their ID/Passport , checking trunks and backpacks for any illegal items, this will make NG more tight and secured and also this will prevent any corrupt officer and illegal weapons to entering the base, like this i can bring more RP situation and will give more RP experience to all Department + Other Orgs.

D. Many Soldiers/HC Don't know About The Shooting Range, Which is near to ATC Tower and Very Few explored these but failed to implement, i will implement this and i will regularly conduct tournaments inside NG for sure and with Orgs If permits and Best record holder, like 20 targets within 15sec or may less than that and will be rewarded by doing this my soldiers will have a great accuracy in shooting.

And these are just few things but i have a lot RP ideas which includes EMS,SAHP,GOV,FIB,LSPD and LI and these Improvements i can bring In without violating the rules and regulation( rules and regulation of the server) and by doing all these, I can bring the great roleplay within the National Guard which will keep soldiers active plus entertain and will create a more immersive, engaging, and realistic Army experience for all participants. i can do all these only if i get a Term.



4.Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard.


Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., PSF, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Providing detailed role descriptions to each department will helps players understand their character’s purpose and perform their duties more convincingly.


Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them with logs and making them to work in all department as trainee to get skills and knowledge of each department properly under probation period and how to use radio codes etc


Military police (MP) : This Department will Be The Shield of NG, under my term Military police will stand at gates asking anyone entering the base for ID's and passport, checking pockets, backpack, checking them on PDA to find whether he is wanted by state, trunk check etc basically, they will make sure no illegal items or criminals enter my base and decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption and maintaining the military discipline.


Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs/civilian/criminals cars by Air lifting them from the base, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities and helping PSF on their task/mission .


Para SF (PSF) : Para Special Forces of the National Guard is the elite unit for engaging in high-risk cross border situations like Ghetto Patrolling for counter terrorism / Store Robbery / Hostage Rescue / Defending military base and providing fire power assistance to other organizations if requested and will be known as Red Devils(as they will be wearing maroon cap),they are trained soldiers with modern equipment's and weapons, highly skilled, fearless, relentless and they are always ready to pull the trigger and Personally my favorite department. For Para SF “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”
