2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?

2.1 When I first joined LSPD, I understood how good and immersive RP in LEO organizations can be. At that time, I didn’t find NG that interesting because it doesn’t involve 10-15 processing, which usually creates a lot of RP.

2.2 Later, on my friends’ suggestion, I joined NG and actually experienced it. That’s when I realized NG has a completely different kind of RP. It’s not limited to one type there are more varied and unique situations to roleplay.

2.3 I personally enjoy handling trespassers, protecting ammo trucks, and countering bandits during warehouse situations. Also, the environment of NG is more calm and disciplined compared to city chaos, which I like.

2.4 NG plays a very important role in the state because it supplies ammunition to other legal organizations. If NG is not working properly, it affects the whole system indirectly.

2.5 Over time, NG became my favorite organization. Many people don’t really understand its importance, but I do. That’s why I want to lead it and maintain its reputation and discipline.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 First thing, I would improve the ammo supply system. There should be proper coordination between demand and supply so no organization faces issues.

3.2 An organization runs well only when departments are handled by the right people. I will assign HODs who are actually willing to work, not just hold rank.

3.3 My HODs will be calm and understanding. They will listen to situations properly and then make fair decisions.

3.4 HR and MP are the most important departments for internal stability. I will make sure experienced people handle these departments actively.

3.5 I will give extra responsibilities to department heads apart from regular tasks so they stay active and involved.

3.6 Promotion system is very important. I will organize proper promotion ceremonies with some fun elements and rewards to keep people motivated.
3.7 To keep members engaged, I will organize daily small activities or competitions so the environment stays active and enjoyable.
3.8 Maintaining good relations with other organizations is also important. I have previous leadership experience, so I understand how important coordination is.

3.9 Regular training and drills will be conducted so soldiers stay prepared. I will also try to organize joint trainings with other organizations.

3.10 I will ensure all events are attended, gates are covered, and regular patrols (air and ground) are done around the base.

3.11 There will be zero tolerance for toxicity or favoritism. Anyone creating unnecessary conflict will face strict action.

4. Departments

1. SOF : (Special Operations Forces) Highly trained units (Alpha, Bravo, Delta) that will handle high-risk situations and provide security during events.

2. MP : (Military Police) Responsible for maintaining internal discipline and preventing internal issues.

3. AF : (Air Force) Will provide air support, do patrols, and assist during events.

4. HR : (Human Resources) Handles recruitment and training, making sure new members become capable soldiers.

5. Infantry : Responsible for base security, gate duty and protecting the ammunition area.

Future Plans : I’m planning to add a few more departments in the future, but only after proper discussion and testing what the organization actually needs I don’t want to rush it the goal is to make NG more efficient, not just bigger.

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my real role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En3 As Well As in En2, NG dint allowed me to go out and have experience of other orgs but still i pushed myself and tried but i keep missing NG and i keep coming back to NG , I Love NG and i have great understanding about rules and Regulation Of National Guard and the roles and responsibility in City.

B. With my NG experience and passion and love towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our base/city from threats. For some people NG is boring as they think there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping, ammo runs and waiting for any global and i want to change that mind set and want to show the real power of NG and by making the most powerful org in the city and fun to work, I have lot of role play ideas for NG, which is actually lacking in NG but if i implement those then i can make NG a very active and powerful organization in the city, which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , I can do these changes only if i get a term , I will try my best to give a real time experience Of Army.

C. Last But not the least, my activeness in NG is very high as im very much passionate about NG , I'm very much active in base/city (10hrs to 12hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers whenever needs a HC ,you will see an most highly Active General ever in the Fort Zancudo.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A
. As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement A lot improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,

B. New recruits during their probation will be sent to all department to gain experience of all departments and after probation they will given a choice to select the department they like to go and accordingly they will deployed, which will create an HR RP as well as new soldiers will get experience in all department.

C. I Recently Asked Government to put a policy on how to enter the military base with only marked cars for all orgs , which will allow and create a great RP for Military police who will be at the gate to check anyone entering the base by asking their ID/Passport , checking trunks and backpacks for any illegal items, this will make NG more tight and secured and also this will prevent any corrupt officer and illegal weapons to entering the base, like this i can bring more RP situation and will give more RP experience to all Department + Other Orgs.

D. Many Soldiers/HC Don't know About The Shooting Range, Which is near to ATC Tower and Very Few explored these but failed to implement, i will implement this and i will regularly conduct tournaments inside NG for sure and with Orgs If permits and Best record holder, like 20 targets within 15sec or may less than that and will be rewarded by doing this my soldiers will have a great accuracy in shooting.

And these are just few things but i have a lot RP ideas which includes EMS,SAHP,GOV,FIB,LSPD and LI and these Improvements i can bring In without violating the rules and regulation( rules and regulation of the server) and by doing all these, I can bring the great roleplay within the National Guard which will keep soldiers active plus entertain and will create a more immersive, engaging, and realistic Army experience for all participants. i can do all these only if i get a Term.



4.Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard.


Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., PSF, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Providing detailed role descriptions to each department will helps players understand their character’s purpose and perform their duties more convincingly.


Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them with logs and making them to work in all department as trainee to get skills and knowledge of each department properly under probation period and how to use radio codes etc


Military police (MP) : This Department will Be The Shield of NG, under my term Military police will stand at gates asking anyone entering the base for ID's and passport, checking pockets, backpack, checking them on PDA to find whether he is wanted by state, trunk check etc basically, they will make sure no illegal items or criminals enter my base and decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption and maintaining the military discipline.


Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs/civilian/criminals cars by Air lifting them from the base, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities and helping PSF on their task/mission .


Para SF (PSF) : Para Special Forces of the National Guard is the elite unit for engaging in high-risk cross border situations like Ghetto Patrolling for counter terrorism / Store Robbery / Hostage Rescue / Defending military base and providing fire power assistance to other organizations if requested and will be known as Red Devils(as they will be wearing maroon cap),they are trained soldiers with modern equipment's and weapons, highly skilled, fearless, relentless and they are always ready to pull the trigger and Personally my favorite department. For Para SF “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

- Reason 1
I wanna be the leader of National Guards Because i have a clear plan to improve the organisations activity coordination and overall efficiency with better training strategies and teamwork I'll promise that national guard will be at its peak under my leadership Under my leadership i ensure that National Guards will respond as soon as possible for any kind of emergency in the state and i focus on creating a more organised chain of command.

- Reason 2
I will work hard to repair the reputation NG currently has with the other orgs and prove that we are not the bottom of the barrel or an easy target but a force to be reckoned with and are reliable when it comes to globals and events something the org has been struggling with recently due to low activity and a generalised lack of motivation within the org I believe myself and my team of HC can help fix these issues.

As a leader I’ll maintain discipline strictness in organisation so my soldiers didn’t do any type of mistake that effect org reputation in every week ill schedule basic training sessions where our soldiers do drilling practices.

• Conduct training sessions for soldiers in one time in a week or two week so they are ready for protect his military base.
• I schedule a candy run for better distribution of candies between different organisations in proper way.
• Avoid causing toxicity and or breaking the rules for no good reason.
• We want to show that value the loyalty of our members and the things they do This means we will give them what is fair for all their work and the time they spend with us.

• All members should be trained in teamwork and effective communication.

A1: I want to become Leader of NG because I really want to make NG better, not just by saying big words. To me Leader is the individual who stays active and inquires about his members and his departments, and informs them about their proper work. I would like NG to have proper NG RP Type Discipline, COC and Proper Respect where each soldier knows what he should doing and why he is doing it

A2: Most of the time orgs are not active but it should not be like that with NG especially if i am the Leader I want NG to have proper IC life daily such as gate duty base patrol trainings inspection ammo runs convoys and small RPs within the base There also still work and RP for soldiers to do, even if there is no global event. This will keep NG units fresh and more entertaining for them as well

A3: One big thing i want to focus on is Logs There are a lot of leaders who pay no attention to logs as they think it is boring or not important but in fact logs are very important for proper management If logs aren't completed Favoritism indirectly do take place as no one knows who deserves a promotion etc I want to ensure that everything is being noted correctly so that promotion and punishment are properly aligned and not due to friendship or favoritism




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

P1: Give proper duties to members To improve RP In NG, it should have correct soldier duties everyday. Members are not allowed to wait and see what is taking place. They should have some duties to do, such as gate duty, base patrol, training, ammo runs, inspection and convoy work, to give the organization a sense of life.

P2: Proper training is essential for good RP Members need to be able to communicate on radio understand chain of command, understand how to behave with higher ranks, know how to respond to situations and how to act as a military soldier. RP without training is a mess and unrealistic.

P3: Logs are required to improve the organization the person who is actually working Logs are used to keep things organized, including recruitment logs, training logs, promotion logs, demotion logs, ammo logs, and event logs. Without logs, promotions are not fair and lots of favoritism do take place


P4: Departments should not be in name only. There should be proper duties and daily work that are specific to each of the following: HR, MP, SOF, Air Force, and Infantry. When the departments are functioning, members will earn more RP, High Command will have tighter control, and NG will be more professional.

Reason 1.

So, As per as the leadership of national guard is concerned i wanted to be a leader to show my leadership skills to show how well i can manage things like this , i have seen ng is boring for some peoples but m not gonna make my term so boring ill make sure to make it the most Active Term .

I Have Been in the legal orgs since very starting of my Early Days , Old player doesnt mean he have whole experience has abilites to manage things better then others who got their ranks by their friends just because they are their friends , tbh honest i had no friends when i joined , i started from the trainee rank to the 28 rank on my own , so ik how things works in Legal Orgs.

Leadership is not a function of rank. It is a function of experience, responsibility and dedication. During my journey in Grand RP I learned to deal with people, to solve difficult situations, to keep order under pressure. Through these experiences I have learned how to effectively lead and make decisions for the good of the organisation. I believe these characteristics make me a good candidate to lead the National Guard.
2.2 My Leadership Philosophy. It is simple. Respect discipline. I will hold every member to a high standard but also give them the opportunity to learn and improve. I am a professional, team player and accountable and will strive to build an environment where members are encouraged to contribute and grow in the organisation.
2.3 If I am given the opportunity to lead the National Guard, my aim will be to create an organisation recognised for its activity, efficiency and unity. My focus will be on creating capable High Command members, improving coordination among departments, and ensuring that each member has the opportunity to advance through their hard work and dedication. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1
My first goal as General will be to create a culture of responsibility and accountability in the National Guard. Every soldier should know exactly what he has to do when he is on duty. I’m going to bring in regular inspections, surprise readiness checks and military training to keep everyone on their toes and ready. The IC will be able to identify the soldiers who continue to do well and those who are not doing their job will be dealt with accordingly. This will create a realistic military environment, as well as instill pride in members for their service.
3.2 I will concentrate on training and development. Many organisations become dormant because they aren’t providing members opportunities to grow. I will implement specialised training programmes, combat simulations, convoy operations, and tactical exercises to train soldiers to enhance their skills. Department heads are expected to be active mentors of their members and to develop future leaders for their divisions. My goal is to build a National Guard where there is a path for every single member to grow and advance.

3.3 A successful National Guard must be more than a force of arms, it must be a reliable pillar of the state. I will work to improve cooperation with all state organisations through coordinated operations, emergency response plans and joint roleplay events. "Anytime we have a city-wide threat, the National Guard will be ready to provide manpower, security and logistical support. I want to make the National Guard one of the most respected and effective state organisations on the server, through professionalism, activity and strong inter-organizational relations.

To elevate the rp quality within the national guard we must move away from boring routines and focus on an immersive military experience throught these strategies

Military Protocols : Enforcing strict radio codes military eriquette and structured briefings to build a serious and disciplined atmosphere

Practical Trainig : Replacing boring rule reading with active base defense convoy escort and tactical combat simulations

Rotation System : Rotating lower ranks between Gate duty , patrols , and training to prevent boredom and keep them engaged

Specialized Divisions : Giving each unit MP , Spec ops , air Force Unique duties to diversify roleplay opprtunities

IC Discipline : Handling in game mistakes with military punishments ( Extra duties , Demotions ) instead of OOC Strikes to keep the RP Flowing

1) As we all know that National Guard is an backbone of the city, in this main org i have served 7 Terms as Assistant General (28) after the Lt General so i got an better and best experience of National Guard which i have served every term is a successful, i am not saying because of me but i have a major role in that.. so now its time to take a charge of General , i hope my term will be best because i have seen that every term have a different strategy so i got to know that which is best and which give best to the term..

2) As Per my Personal Experience i got to know that someone gives attention to Events and some to the protection of base, But i have a different plan which we can do both at a time as per my experience i have did this many times, i just wanna implement to the term to get know its activeness and security, As per my Experience which i seen the past terms people join it because of military ID so, i wanna make some changes of it with the governor help.

3) People say that they have a ex big position in NG but they wont have experience just they have a Rank which they will get because of favoritism So, I wanna make my soldiers as they say it real by they getting a real experience then only i allow them for promotion and rank! i promise the my term will best in no favoritism because there will be no my friends as big position because i know that they also don't have experience except rank so i just wanna make it as perfect term! and Perfect Leadership.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) I give more bonus to the guards as they protect the base from bandits

2) we give our full of efforts to protect the base from attacks

3) Will give more support to the other legal org in the situations

4) We try to respond first at the situations with more units

5) I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.

6) As leader I will make sure that there is no favoritism at all.

7) There will be always unit is present to patrol the base and the parameter of the base!

I will improve the Roleplay of the NG by develop the proper knowledge of the Law Enforcement. I will be more focused on the Human Resource team to transform the newly recruited Trainee into well trained soldiers I will also build a better communication between both civilians and soldiers to improve the RP standards of NG. will be focused on quality over quantity.

I started working in the legal from a Trainee and farther make it to the Leader in this era I learn from my mistakes and gain experience and convert it into my knowledge as well. I always actively looking to improve my experience, skill, and knowledge so that my Roleplay quality will enhance further more as the Leader.

I served the Legal orgs for the past 20-25 terms under the guidance of many past leaders. By this, I got to know all about the legal organization and how things works how to handle situations that can go out of control and solve them. By all the experience and knowledge I get about legal orgs from this I will enhance the working mechanism of org so that all RP players will enjoy and get to know more about it.

R1: Ever since I've began my RP journey i have been dedicated to legal organization throughout my career. I have spent a significant amount of time in the National Guard serving as a Lieutenant General. 2.1 One of my main goals is to improve the overall activity of the National Guard. This organisation plays an important role in supplying ammunition to other state organisations. But i have saw in so many terms that NG is not providing ammunition. As a leader I will focus on keeping the organisation active in everything and most importantly in supplying the ammunition.

2.2 Throughout my time in Grand RP i have served in multiple state organisations and gained enough experience to become leader. I have Worked in high command positions that taught me how to manage my departments, solve internal issues, and maintain professionalism within an organisation. These experiences have helped me understand the responsibilities that come with leadership and I believe i have the maturity and knowledge required to successfully lead the National Guard.

I want to become the Leader of National Guard because I already have a lot of experience in legal organizations and leadership positions. I was Director General of National Guard before, so I already know how the organization works and what needs to be improved. During my time there I learned how to manage soldiers, maintain discipline and make sure operations were running smoothly. I believe I have enough experience to lead the organization and bring more activity and professionalism.

2.2

I also served as Deputy Director of USSS which helped me improve my leadership skills and taught me how important communication and coordination are. In that position I had to work with different organizations and make decisions under pressure. It helped me understand how to handle responsibility and lead people effectively.

Another important position I had was Minister of DOC. This role gave me experience in managing members, maintaining activity and ensuring everyone follows the rules. I learned how important organization and structure are if you want members to stay active and motivated.

Currently I am serving as Minister of State (DHS). This position requires knowledge about state laws, inspections and cooperation between legal organizations. Through this role I work closely with different leaders and organizations which gives me a good understanding of how the state operates as a whole. I believe this experience will help me lead National Guard in a professional way.

One of my biggest goals is to improve activity inside National Guard. Many soldiers lose motivation because they spend most of their time doing the same thing. I want to introduce more trainings, military exercises, convoy operations and joint activities with other organizations. This will keep members active while also improving their roleplay skills.

I also want to improve discipline and professionalism. National Guard should always be seen as one of the strongest legal organizations. 3 Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization
3.1 I want to organize regular trainings and military exercises so soldiers can improve their skills, gain more experience, and stay active within the faction.


3.2 I plan to work more closely with LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and the Government by creating joint operations and events that strengthen cooperation between all legal factions.


3.3 Promotions should be earned through activity, hard work, and good performance. Every soldier should feel that their efforts are recognized fairly.


3.4 I want to improve the training process for new recruits so they can learn military procedures, rules, and roleplay expectations from the very beginning.


3.5 I will encourage all soldiers to use proper roleplay commands such as /me, /do, and /try in their daily activities to create a more realistic and enjoyable roleplay environment.


3.6 From time to time, I would like to hold meetings, award ceremonies, and other recognition events to thank members for their work and keep them motivated to contribute to the faction.

3.7 I also want to improve internal communication by making sure important information is clearly shared with all ranks, so nobody feels left out or uninformed about operations or changes.

3.8 Discipline will be taken seriously, but I also want to ensure fairness—clear rules, consistent enforcement, and respect for all members regardless of rank.

3.1) i have seen last few term the value of rank is not maintain new solider are getting promoted to do only there work there is nothing serious , i will look into that i will pernally look into every work to maintain the respect and value of rank that will help in RP .

3.2) Most the HRT and SOF Dept will be very active as the seen so many time the life of solider who it look like , New Bie are playing like anything be a solider there should be a good persality and respect to every one , i have seen so many solider in few term that go into city and break the city rule and etc that should not done by them being the off duty solider too they should maintain there position were they are right now .

3.3) For the promotion we will be doing the weekly promotion ceremony so the solider should be rewarded the work that they did in the week and the bonus system too as i was the one who started the giveaway in the national guard including help of seniors that will help solider to help them financially

3.4) We will respect everyone same as the punishment will be also given same to everyone according to the labour code to maintain the roleplay in organization , as there will be not any favoritism will be seen in my term , i never support favoritism .

I want to be the leader of NG for a couple of reasons one
I really enjoy military roleplay, I like to see people grow within the organization.
NG is about about teamwork responsibility and keeping the City safe.
I worked in numerous legal Orgs and learned the value of effective leadership.

I want to make NG more active and funful At times new members not only feel lost but bored as well.
I want to develop trainings, interesting patrols and real-life role play scenarios so that all members
feel important and involved.

I feel like I can bring all the departments together and set it up in a structure where people know what they are doing
but they're still motivated to learn more. Leadership is not just about telling people what to do, it's about listening
and helping every member.

Regular trainings and base defense.
Coordinated events with other law enforcement agencies (LSPD, SAHP, FIB).
Effective promotion system based on quality of activity roleplay and contribution.
Weekly and monthly reward system for best soldiers.

Provide encouragement to realistic role play such as emergencies and operations etc

2.1) I have Joined National Guards as an Private and has completed my training and understand about the Rules and basics and Work of NG and have gained a lot of experience over the time with my dedication and passion I have become an HC in NG and have participate in different activities of NG and joined many events as an soldier which motivated me to be a General and manage this organization with my knowledge and with the help of my teamwork skills with other soldier in NG.

2.2) I have been in State organization as an HC many time also I have a Deputy experience in EMS by that experience I have faced the real time problem in an organization and learn how to act on them, With the help of this experience I know that I am ready to maintain an organization with many members with discipline and under the rules and solve the problem between them to make sure the running of organization without any major issue between the team.

2.3) Many people don't want to join National Guards because it known as one of the most boring organization of the city but I want to change that perspective between the People so that they can enjoy in National Guards and can understand the basic of NG and the RP as an Soldier, Also there are many people in NG who are lack in knowledge and in unknowing they break the rules I want that every member in the organization should have known to RP rules and Event Rule to maintain a better RP in the city.

2.4) As being in other state organization other than National Guards I have seen that many times the Leos not having enough weaponry in their warehouse which reduces the efficiency of an organization and Leos sometimes failed to stop the crime, As an General I want to solve that problem with every state organization so that Leos can respond to the emergency situations with the required weapons and can stop the crime more efficiently.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) As I have mentioned National Guards is known for one of the boring organization of the city. To change that perspective I want to hold many events and training sessions in the organization every week so that that there could be intersection between the members of organization and they can enjoy the RP as an soldier well.

3.2) I Want to modify the bonus system and want to increase the bonus for gatekeeping so that soldier could cover the both gates more often.

3.3) I want to schedule the time of Candy Run with other organization members for better can fast distribution of candies.

3.4) I will not prefer the favoritism in the organization and want to give the deserving rank to the soldier based on their work.

3.5) I will hire HR with good knowledge of National Guards and the State organization to give a better training sessions so that every soldier could learn well and perform Well

3.6) I will arrange the member of National Guards in different Departments for better management and better efficiency such as
HR- Human Resources who gonna hire and train the members of organization with a good and understandable training session for a person who joined NG as his first State organization
SOF- Special Operation Forces will be responsible for reacting and reach to site of the emergency as soon as possible and also manage to safeguards the targets.
MP- Military Police will act as IA officers in NG who will be responsible for paper works of NG and check the Logs and activities of soldiers.
AF- Air Force will be responsible for providing Air support to the other soldiers to reach and defend the site for a better response.
Infantry- Infantry will be responsible to Gate keeping and Safe guarding the base from bandits with the available units present at that time.
Logistic Department- This department will be provided with minimum 10-15 units as an primary or secondary department, the head of this Department will be responsible to check the request of candies from other organization and schedule the timing by knowing the best active time for the units.
