As you can see without in IC reason it was an OOC reason he comes to my HQ and says "If you post me on forums, ill post you on forums" this is mixing and coming to my HQ without an IC reason respectively this guy does this 24/7.

Just to clarify he is deceiving admins by saying he got picked up by Alex then saying he got picked up by EMS, and hes refusing to show bodycam even though through his 181 forum posts he has bodycam but this time no. Seems a bit like your bodycam wasn't working in a very lucky for yourself...
