So, from the very beginning I was at the beach market and officer from fib was arresting a guy and, in that time, I was just holding a camera, and I was not even interrupting them. And the officer (68192) told me to stop for no reason. He gave me demands which was not audible in my Pov. But thing I want to report he cuffed me without completing his demands at 2 (1:33) and second rule break he did to pull out his gun while dragging me by my arms. (6:24) and I also want to know what is wrong in just holding a camera as I was not interrupting them.
