I was in a store robbery, and we demanded for free passage for the hostage we had and the negotiator from Leos side agreed that we will get free passage for 5 seconds after we release the hostage (0:20). But as you can see in my Pov as we released the hostage, someone from Leos side blocked my engine at (1:23). I am not sure if they are allowed to this or not. and (108221) cuffed and patched me while having a gun in his hands and the reason i wrote Leos because i don't know who blocked my engine. Thanks for your time.

I was doing a patch, so I didn't see any weapon because I had already put down the shotgun. I didn’t see any taser either, and I’m not the one who stopped your car. I was on foot because I didn’t have a vehicle, and you can see me walking I wasn’t in a car.

+ Leos can shoot at you as soon as the hostage is safe, they don't have to honor a free passage request as long as the hostage is safe and all of you guys are already in your cars and leaving so its expected to get shot when all of you are running from 30 guns.
