As SAHP was my first organization when i first came to city. and i Grinded from rookie rank to Assistant sheriff in 3 terms and i also have deep regarded emotions with SAHP as I made many new friend in the city and also got some contacts in the city . and the while being the 3 Whole terms I have seen the Good and Bad days of the Org so i know the phases that can come to Org during the term.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :
As i explained that i have see the good and bad times of the ORG i know how to deal with them and also how to fight with them. Also when i was in SAHP i have found many good things and Flaws in the system which i will like to settle in the term of my leadership

3. The flaws which need to be settled
: 1) Availability of Human resources , it is the prime problem which i have faced during my time when i was in the SAHP . And I think that many of the citizens bypass this problems
2) Lack of knowledge of LAW . As being a DOJ SR Attorney while attending the DOC case i have seen many officer even the High commands don't have the proper knowledge of civil court and procedures. So i want to bring that in the ORG
3) Preciousness of the Ranks, As in the current scenario i have seen that there is no value of rank . even the person who have spent very less time in org and have very little experience are also at the high commands positions.
4) Following of proper RP , By looking at the current situation the thing which i have noticed is that the people are only behind the ranks instead of RP. I want the RP back in the Org

4. My experience in Legal Org structure :
DOJ SR Attorney
SAHP- Assistant sheriff + All High command ranks (Expt- DA)
FIB-Deputy head of department
LSPD- Chief of staff + SOD of department + Employee of the almost every week in department
DOC- Deputy director

5. My expertise which will help in the Org:
I have nice understanding of the Law and Working of the Organizations.
I have nice communication skill And nice skill to hold relation with other orgs and people and I have mastered the art of balancing between the ON duty and OFF duty also IC and OOC. As i have been mentored under many old and experienced people of the city

6. Departmental requirements :

(1) Human resources, :
I have already mentioned that there is scope in the department of HR as it is the most crucial department in the ORG and the bring the new people in the organization. and the reputation and the skills of the organization depend on the HR Team , As i am obliged to tell that while in SAHP i was the Head of the HR department and i have studied its flaws pretty correctly and precisely. which i will implement in my term

(2) Internal Affairs : As internal affairs is the mandatory department in the organization as the are responsible to maintain the activity in the Ord structure and i have been watching that the selective option towards the IA division has been reduced due to lees interesting division so i want to add few more exiting works in the IA dept. by making their work easy by some formats and also adding the bonuses to IA although they were in actions but the delay was non-patient .

(3) Swat : As swat is again very exiting department with a thrill in it . and it is Most probably the exiting department in the Org . Although there are still some minor things to be done correctly but majorly there is no such complaints in this department

(4) Highway Patrol : Highway patrol , the department in which almost every newbie in the org desire to go as you can patrol in superfast cars and catch criminals etc. and also the HC's and higher ups are also responsible to maintain the activity of this dept, and undoubtedly they do so . so no complains towards this dept.

7. Flaws which can be fixed : 1) delays in giving out bonuses ,
2) Lack of knowledge or no awareness about the law
3) Covering the lobby at the night time and early morning time
4)low activity in the night events

8. solution to this problems: We will make a dedicated channels to sort the bonuses ASAP.
We will conduct classes in our org with the DA of the SAHP and we will teach the major portion of the Law
Increasing the salary and bonuses at the night time
special bonus for covering lobby at specific timings

I came to this city around 7 or 8 months ago. At that time, I was just a newbie I I didn’t know any rules.
I started playing like a beginner and Slowly began Learning everything When I first arrived, I used to see
LEOs doing their duties, and I always thought, “How can I become one of them? then One day, I heard about SAHP
from someone. I went to the SAHP Headquarters and asked if hiring was open. They said yes, took my interview, and
luckily I passed. That day was one of the best days of my life in the city because I officially joined SAHP. I really liked how the
SAHP HR team worked. I started as a Trainee, received proper training, and with time and experience, I got promoted. I learned
many rules, laws, and responsibilities of the job. My LEO journey began with SAHP it taught me everything I know. For me, SAHP is not just an organization; it’s like my home, the place where I was born as a LEO.

My main focus will be to create a united and active team where every one knows their value.

This organization needs seriousness and the discipline I uphold throughout my existence. I have gained a lot of experience in this organization as an HC; other experiences I carry include EMS, GOV, LSPD, and FIB. I think I have sufficient experience to better this organization and ensure providing a more realistic RP experience to all players.

I would make it a requirement for training to be given regarding the various situations that may confront field officials; I would require all personnel to be trained in rules, and this would be achieved through constant simulation and all staff training on the field given as an act.

SAHP should be closely associated with other organizations such as NG, LSPD, FIB, GOV, EMS to coordinate crime-fighting activities and complement the efforts of other state organizations in helping themselves in the performance of our duties.


Q3> Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I would include daily checks and training of all employees, since every police officer must be knowledgeable about how to implement the protocol for a given situation.

Regular contact with the citizens through organized events to keep good relations with the citizens. Radar speed controls and routine vehicle controls would be on in activity every day for the crime and offenses on the highway.

I would set up a very clear working system right from the outset of the mandate; I would show all workers how to work and what the rules are that have to be respected. I would reward workers daily for their efforts and would give an award for the worker of the week to motivate all employees to try even harder.

If I had to add a UKZ Act, internal employee controls would have a task to ensure that their colleagues in the field carry out their duties properly. In case some irregularities occur, they are obligated to notify the Deputy Sheriff and the Director of Training so that this matter can be resolved without further delay.

Personal Security-there would be a law established in this regard to protect the state Sheriff and his deputies. They would follow whatever vehicle the Sheriff is in and provide the final location upon arrival.

The Mamba unit-this would be an operational unit composed of highly trained operatives who would respond to high-risk situations such as hostage-taking, robberies, and attacks.

I would introduce training and simulations that would be held jointly with NG on their territory at the military base. Training would include: fitness, shooting exercises, PIT maneuver exercises, and any other simulations the training leader would deem necessary.

This organization needs seriousness and the discipline I uphold throughout my existence. I have gained a lot of experience in this organization as an HC; other experiences I carry include EMS, GOV, LSPD, and FIB. I think I have sufficient experience to better this organization and ensure providing a more realistic RP experience to all players.

I would make it a requirement for training to be given regarding the various situations that may confront field officials; I would require all personnel to be trained in rules, and this would be achieved through constant simulation and all staff training on the field given as an act.

SAHP should be closely associated with other organizations such as NG, LSPD, FIB, GOV, EMS to coordinate crime-fighting activities and complement the efforts of other state organizations in helping themselves in the performance of our duties.


Q3> Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I would include daily checks and training of all employees, since every police officer must be knowledgeable about how to implement the protocol for a given situation.

Regular contact with the citizens through organized events to keep good relations with the citizens. Radar speed controls and routine vehicle controls would be on in activity every day for the crime and offenses on the highway.

I would set up a very clear working system right from the outset of the mandate; I would show all workers how to work and what the rules are that have to be respected. I would reward workers daily for their efforts and would give an award for the worker of the week to motivate all employees to try even harder.

If I had to add a UKZ Act, internal employee controls would have a task to ensure that their colleagues in the field carry out their duties properly. In case some irregularities occur, they are obligated to notify the Deputy Sheriff and the Director of Training so that this matter can be resolved without further delay.

Personal Security-there would be a law established in this regard to protect the state Sheriff and his deputies. They would follow whatever vehicle the Sheriff is in and provide the final location upon arrival.

The Mamba unit-this would be an operational unit composed of highly trained operatives who would respond to high-risk situations such as hostage-taking, robberies, and attacks.

I would introduce training and simulations that would be held jointly with NG on their territory at the military base. Training would include: fitness, shooting exercises, PIT maneuver exercises, and any other simulations the training leader would deem necessary.

2.1- As of now i think i have quite a good experience in LEOS specially in NG (not a LEO) and SAHP including FIB so i think i can lead SAHP to its full potential.
2.2- I also Feel free in SAHP as it was my first LEO org so i have some emotional connection to it and i want to make sur that SAHP touches greater height's and want to make it a better place of work without any favoritism and partiality.
2.3- As every one know the crime rate in Highway is higher in compare to city and also many accidents happens due to citizens not following traffic laws and even can get the life of other citizens in risk also the gang activities in Highways and mountains are much higher than city it self so i want to make my jurisdiction have a lesser crime rate than others do and i also want to protect the city by protecting the border lines along side with The National Guard over respected army of the state.

This organization needs seriousness and the discipline I uphold throughout my existence. I have gained a lot of experience in this organization as an HC; other experiences I carry include EMS, GOV, LSPD, and FIB. I think I have sufficient experience to better this organization and ensure providing a more realistic RP experience to all players.

I would make it a requirement for training to be given regarding the various situations that may confront field officials; I would require all personnel to be trained in rules, and this would be achieved through constant simulation and all staff training on the field given as an act.

SAHP should be closely associated with other organizations such as NG, LSPD, FIB, GOV, EMS to coordinate crime-fighting activities and complement the efforts of other state organizations in helping themselves in the performance of our duties.


Q3> Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I would include daily checks and training of all employees, since every police officer must be knowledgeable about how to implement the protocol for a given situation.

Regular contact with the citizens through organized events to keep good relations with the citizens. Radar speed controls and routine vehicle controls would be on in activity every day for the crime and offenses on the highway.

I would set up a very clear working system right from the outset of the mandate; I would show all workers how to work and what the rules are that have to be respected. I would reward workers daily for their efforts and would give an award for the worker of the week to motivate all employees to try even harder.

If I had to add a UKZ Act, internal employee controls would have a task to ensure that their colleagues in the field carry out their duties properly. In case some irregularities occur, they are obligated to notify the Deputy Sheriff and the Director of Training so that this matter can be resolved without further delay.

Personal Security-there would be a law established in this regard to protect the state Sheriff and his deputies. They would follow whatever vehicle the Sheriff is in and provide the final location upon arrival.

The Mamba unit-this would be an operational unit composed of highly trained operatives who would respond to high-risk situations such as hostage-taking, robberies, and attacks.

I would introduce training and simulations that would be held jointly with NG on their territory at the military base. Training would include: fitness, shooting exercises, PIT maneuver exercises, and any other simulations the training leader would deem necessary.

I came to this city around 7 or 8 months ago. At that time, I was just a newbie I I didn’t know any rules.
I started playing like a beginner and Slowly began Learning everything When I first arrived, I used to see
LEOs doing their duties, and I always thought, “How can I become one of them? then One day, I heard about SAHP
from someone. I went to the SAHP Headquarters and asked if hiring was open. They said yes, took my interview, and
luckily I passed. That day was one of the best days of my life in the city because I officially joined SAHP. I really liked how the
SAHP HR team worked. I started as a Trainee, received proper training, and with time and experience, I got promoted. I learned
many rules, laws, and responsibilities of the job. My LEO journey began with SAHP it taught me everything I know. For me, SAHP is not just an organization; it’s like my home, the place where I was born as a LEO.

As SAHP was my first organization when i first came to city. and i Grinded from rookie rank to Assistant sheriff in 3 terms and i also have deep regarded emotions with SAHP as I made many new friend in the city and also got some contacts in the city . and the while being the 3 Whole terms I have seen the Good and Bad days of the Org so i know the phases that can come to Org during the term.

As i explained that i have see the good and bad times of the ORG i know how to deal with them and also how to fight with them. Also when i was in SAHP i have found many good things and Flaws in the system which i will like to settle in the term of my leadership

3. The flaws which need to be settled
: 1) Availability of Human resources , it is the prime problem which i have faced during my time when i was in the SAHP . And I think that many of the citizens bypass this problems
2) Lack of knowledge of LAW . As being a DOJ SR Attorney while attending the DOC case i have seen many officer even the High commands don't have the proper knowledge of civil court and procedures. So i want to bring that in the ORG
3) Preciousness of the Ranks, As in the current scenario i have seen that there is no value of rank . even the person who have spent very less time in org and have very little experience are also at the high commands positions.
4) Following of proper RP , By looking at the current situation the thing which i have noticed is that the people are only behind the ranks instead of RP. I want the RP back in the Org

I have nice understanding of the Law and Working of the Organizations.
I have nice communication skill And nice skill to hold relation with other orgs and people and I have mastered the art of balancing between the ON duty and OFF duty also IC and OOC. As i have been mentored under many old and experienced people of the city

6. Departmental requirements :

(1) Human resources, :
I have already mentioned that there is scope in the department of HR as it is the most crucial department in the ORG and the bring the new people in the organization. and the reputation and the skills of the organization depend on the HR Team , As i am obliged to tell that while in SAHP i was the Head of the HR department and i have studied its flaws pretty correctly and precisely. which i will implement in my term

(2) Internal Affairs : As internal affairs is the mandatory department in the organization as the are responsible to maintain the activity in the Ord structure and i have been watching that the selective option towards the IA division has been reduced due to lees interesting division so i want to add few more exiting works in the IA dept. by making their work easy by some formats and also adding the bonuses to IA although they were in actions but the delay was non-patient .

(3) Swat : As swat is again very exiting department with a thrill in it . and it is Most probably the exiting department in the Org . Although there are still some minor things to be done correctly but majorly there is no such complaints in this department

(4) Highway Patrol : Highway patrol , the department in which almost every newbie in the org desire to go as you can patrol in superfast cars and catch criminals etc. and also the HC's and higher ups are also responsible to maintain the activity of this dept, and undoubtedly they do so . so no complains towards this dept.


7. Flaws which can be fixed : 1) delays in giving out bonuses ,
2) Lack of knowledge or no awareness about the law
3) Covering the lobby at the night time and early morning time
4)low activity in the night events

8. solution to this problems: We will make a dedicated channels to sort the bonuses ASAP.
We will conduct classes in our org with the DA of the SAHP and we will teach the major portion of the Law
Increasing the salary and bonuses at the night time
