Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become a admin because, I had a lot of fun and enjoyment being apart of the RP scene, I've learned so much from it from these past 4-5 years, I want to do something different with the game something to make an actually impact on it so I believe me becoming a admin will help with that. I want to be the kind of admin who’s involved, who people can respect and have fun around but also someone who knows when to be strict so things stay fair and smooth. My main goal is to help push out a better RP experience for everyone in the city and being present and active in the community.
What are your strengths?
One of my biggest strengths when it comes to this kind of stuff is telling what's going to be a good RP experience and a bad RP experience. I'm also very good with high stress situations because I'm very calm under pressure even if things get chaotic, I won't jump to conclusions, and try to handle situations fairly
What are your weaknesses?
To be honest. When I use to be apart of orgs like PD and FIB as higher ranks I used to be a little more less pushy on people because I didn't want to come off as strict. Over time I realized being fair with people doesn't mean being soft and I've got a lot better with stepping in when it is need well still keeping things respectful.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I will bring a good and strong understanding of the RP community to make better roleplay. I've been involved with the RP scene for a very long time. With all of that knowledge I've gained over the years it helps me spot problems and find fair solutions that keeps the game fun for everybody. Another thing I would love to bring to the table is I listen to people's concerns and explain the rules clearly. I am also very good with staying calm and respectful to everybody that needs me.

I would like to become a admin because I see a lot of unique opportunities as a admin. I've had so much fun in the RP scene over the past 5 years I've been playing this game, and I've learned so much from these past 5 years, but I know there is a lot more to learn. I've wanted to make a impact of the game for a really long time, and I think to start that is to become a admin. If I become a admin, I want to interact and help the community as much as I possibly can, whenever I can.

2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are communication, problem solving, time management, and patients. I loving talking to everyone. Wherever I go, I find someone new to talk to, if that's in game or irl. I'm always meeting new people, and I love meeting new people. I'm a really good problem solver, if there's ever a problem that comes, I'm usually one of the first, if not the first person, to solve it. My time management skills used to be terrible a couple of years ago, but ever since I've been working on my procrastination, its helped a lot. Whenever there's a issue or something is happing, I fix it as soon as I can, and I have a lot of patients. Even when someone is yelling at me, I just stay calm and try to figure out what's happening so I can help them as much as I possibly can.

My biggest weakness is procrastination, but over time, the effort I’ve put into working on it has helped so much. I still procrastinate here and there, but it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be a couple of years ago.

Some skills I could bring to the admin team are communication, problem solving, and teamwork. I'm a very easy person to talk to, and I'll probably end up talking to you first. I'm a very big problem solver. If there's ever an issue, I'm one of the first, if not the first, person to solve the issue or figure out what's happening. Like they always say, teamwork makes the dream work. If you help as a team, anything is possible. Whenever someone needs help, I help them figure out anything they're having trouble with.

= I want to become an admin and quit RP life because I have great server knowledge now and just I want to utilize all my knowledge and secondly I was in lots of state orgs in HC rank so I will bring good state knowledge in admin team. I had a best RP experience because of admins support, same like them I also give better RP experience to other RP players.
