   In rp life i have gained a lot of experience in rp server every situation & all the legal organizations in the last 1.5 years I have been in the legal profession, so I leave rp life & want to join admin team. I want to work for new players who joined the RP.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
A. I want to become administrator because I have spent more than 2.3 years in this server and over the years I almost know all the rules, systems and the community of the server very well. I was previously a part of the administration team and now I want to return and contribute and help in maintaining the server again. I want to use my experience of these years to support players and help them to learn and enjoy. I have seen the server growing and improvement and I want to be part of the growing community now. My past experience has taught me how to handle reports and situations. I learned from my mistakes which I did earlier now I want to come back stronger and better.

2. What are your strengths?
A. My strengths are :-
i) Keeping myself calm in handling serious situations.
ii) I try to solve my old mistakes if I did something wrong and never do that again.
iii) I love to talk with people and help them with their problems.

3. What are your weaknesses?
A. My weaknesses is that sometimes I overthink / focus on others more than myself also having a fear of failing again but it helps me improve my actions.

i) Fair and unbiased in decision making.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to join the admin team because I’ve gained extensive experience from organizations in EN2 i was 28 in sahp and lspd and in EN3 i was ex deputy in sahp fib and lspd as well as gangs (i can show proofs) . Throughout this I have developed strong skills and a deep understanding of this great project soo maybe i believe that i can be valuable in guiding new players. With the knowledge I have built up I m confident I can support the admin team .
