   I enjoyed my rp life as leo and gang member but now i think im capable to become admin and help the members those who needs help and wants to experience admin and i see how the admin team works hard and i want to join their admin team and be their helping hand and solve the problem of members .

   Ans: I want to become admin and leave RP- life because.I already passed 3 years in the city I tried all the Orgs and gather Knowledge. After playing last 3 years its a quite bit boring So I want to go.

   = I want to become an admin because i have been part of this Project for a Good time and now i think i have completed my RP Life with my friends and i have been in all orginizations as HC's and deputy of crime side so i think this is the time to use my knowledge and i will help our players and make this Project more beautifull.

➽ I have spent a long time in the server and experienced many kinds of RP situations organizations and events during this journey I learned a lot from both players and admins and I have successfully served two terms as a leader in Ballas and Bloods.

➽ Now I feel like instead of only enjoying RP I should also contribute the admin team they helping players and maintaining a fair environment.

➽ I like helping people with rules and situations and I think becoming an admin will give me a better opportunity to support the server properly.

2. What are your strengths?
➽ My strength is i am calm under pressure in any situation because i am cool like a ice and try to analyze the situation from both side before taking any action.

➽ Another of my strengths is that i have a positive attitude i take my responsibilities seriously in work and I respect everyone i work well in a team and try to better myself on a day to day basis.

3. What are your weaknesses?
➽ Sometimes I'll overthink the situations too much especially after taking wrong decision and takes time to recover from situation I'll also trust people quickly which can create such problems for me.

➽ I believe weaknesses are mostly found in people those who are lazy person they didn't have a knowledge and understanding and a smart person always tries to turn every situation into a strength and that is something i personally follow this rule in my life.
