I have enjoyed my time in RP life and it has taught me a lot of things. I have learned the servers rules and how to maintain RP between players.    I have experienced every area of the city, there are some areas that i still have to experience but mostly i have covered most of them, spending almost 1 year in city with my IC age 30 and 48 in another city well i can say that i experienced illegal organizations, legal organizations, jobs and various other stuff, after experiencing every sector of the City i feel that city is worth providing for and keeping the community active and secure , being an admin of a city with more than 1500+ daily active players requires alott of knowledge and experience i have contributed alot to the city as a citizen but now i feel like experiencing how admins work and contribute to the city's roleplay being fair and pure without any exceptions.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans:-I want to become an admin because I genuinely care about the community and want to contribute to maintaining a fair, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone. My time in RP has been an amazing experience that taught me a lot, and now I feel ready to take on a role where I can give back in a bigger way—by enforcing rules, helping new players, and resolving issues that impact the overall gameplay.
   
   
   Stepping away from active RP isn’t about losing interest; it’s about taking on a new responsibility to help the server grow and improve. Having experienced RP from a player’s perspective gives me valuable insight and balance, allowing me to make fair and well-informed decisions as an admin.

   Ans:- One of my greatest strengths is communication. I express myself clearly and in a way that’s easy for others to understand. I’m also a strong listener, which helps me fully understand a player’s concern before responding. I make sure to gather all the necessary details without interrupting, then approach the situation calmly and fairly. My goal is always to resolve issues respectfully and effectively, ensuring that players feel heard and supported throughout the process.

   Ans::- One of my personal vulnerabilities is that I can sometimes feel nervous or anxious when I’m put on the spot or directly pointed out, even if I know I’m doing the right thing. However, I always take such moments as opportunities to learn and improve. I believe that with self-awareness and a genuine commitment to growth, any vulnerability can be transformed into a strength over time.
