Rejected PG and Fear RP| SAHP

We were at the hostage situation where the officer from SAHP wanted to see the hostage and check her passport he saw that and as soon as again the hostage put her hands in air and we tried to took her back he just picked her up and started running which isn't possible IRL(PG). We were 4 people standing with guns and he just without any fear took her and run and moreover before she wasn't safe and behind barricades and their people start shooting(Fear RP). Attaching the SS from the proof where its clearly visible hostage and officer who did PG were not yet behind barricades and the people can be seen firing.
Also after this Me and James were caught by them and he already served his jail time but I still haven't so if this is approved, can my time/stars be removed as well?

But yea, The hostage was not safe and behind the barricades when SAHP Started shooting
Regarding time/stars That is an IC issue in which admins can not do anything
File a lawsuit if you were wrongfully arrested

I do get your point, but tbh not an all time criminal so we lowered the gun but If It would be IRL and 4 criminals in front of you with Guns atleast in there hand they could have shoot her/them in no time isn't it?
And she already put her hands in air and after that she suddenly jump off in his hand? I don't think it's realistically possible and just breaks rp for us and maybe give them advantage.
If they can't do anything about star/time it's alright atleast we will get some clearance and get to learn too so no worries.

See I know where you are coming from But the only violation according to me was that they shot when hostage wasn't behind barricades.

Doesn't matter if you shoot before the hostage is safe.. The Whole org is in question. Sad you didn't knew this as deputy sheriff

I very much know that, however that wasn’t what I was referring too when I said that the taking of the hostage was not the orgs fault. The shooting is but not the taking

Remember When I did the same thing, I was told by curators that it is an org warn + Individual punishment for "Fail RP", However that was resolved out of forums due to a misunderstanding.
It is clearly a punishment to the org as well as its your fault that an Unqualified professional is negotiating, I am not trynna act weird I am just speaking fax. Coz I know how it feels , Again its on the curator on what happens so none of us here should pass out comments like this.

Hello people of the Forums,

First of all. I would like to state what many others before me have (Thank you Notix, Karl, and Jess) that when the hostage was taken in the arms of my officer, there was no guns pointed at the hostage. Meaning that it fully acceptable for my officer to take the hostage in his arms.

Secondly although the hostage was not behind the barricades at the time, he was still in the hands of the officers on the pier,
i feel that it is highly acceptable for the officers to shoot when they did as they started point guns at the officer + hostage while they were running away.
Even so that the only people shooting were the people at the front, this means that the hostage was not being shot at with the hostage being behind them.
By doing this my officers have prevented the hostage takers from hurting the hostage more than they might have done before hand.

If i am wrong, feel free to give the organisation a warning or verbal.

No way it's the action of one single person, before the hostage was behind the barricades atleast 3 members of sahp started shooting, just watch the pov at .25x speed.

Check out pov at 0.25x speed, as he took her up i had my gun aimed at them and there is no safe passage for them like the others covering them so even if a single bullet was fired to them it could have been danger for the hostage. Also i want to request POV from the negotiating officer till the time he reaches barricades, so if you could ask for that it will be highly appreciated.
Reason: I can see minute spark when he reaches near the barricade and movement of hostage meaning the officer just behind the barricade tried to shoot at us but accidentally shoot hostage/officer which I want to confirm.(0:53-0:55)
