I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my recent removal from FIB leadership and the decision to place me back on the leader blacklist.

As you previously stated in this forum thread, my leader blacklist was officially removed by you bobby:

Since that decision, I have taken every opportunity given to me seriously and worked hard to prove that I have improved as a leader. Over time, I have held multiple leadership positions without any disbands or major issues:

• First leadership: Approved - Director of FIB | Anvy Verlice
• Second leadership: Approved - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Verlice
• Third leadership: Approved - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Verlice

Throughout these terms, I focused on consistency, stability, and learning from my past mistakes. My goal has always been to show that I deserve the second chance that was given to me.

However, yesterday I was removed from leadership:
Rejected - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Riviera

This decision has left me confused, as I have spent the last 6 months actively proving myself through my actions and leadership performance. Being placed back on the leader blacklist after this period feels discouraging, especially considering the effort I have put into improving.

I respectfully ask for clarification on the reason behind this decision, and I kindly request that my overall performance and progress be taken into consideration. I truly believe I have demonstrated growth and commitment to the server.

Hey Bobby,
I don’t really know how to say this without it sounding heavy, but this genuinely hurts. It’s been 3 years since his blacklist, and in all that time he didn’t just stay around, he kept proving himself over and over again. Not just as a player, but as a leader too. You gave him that chance again, and he didn’t waste it. He completed his term, earned the hoodie, and showed everyone he had changed.

That’s why this feels so unfair. After everything he did to rebuild trust, to prove he belongs here again, being removed after getting selected just doesn’t make sense. It feels like all that effort meant nothing in the end.

I’ve been part of this server for a long time, and I can honestly say this isn’t just me, so many of us feel the same way. It’s heartbreaking to watch someone put in that much effort, only to be shut down again.
If someone can come back from a mistake, spend years proving they’ve changed, do everything right, and still not be given a real chance then i don't know what will it actually take.

You Guys Should Give a chance to him because he had handle many terms very well and he had worked too hard and now we think that a chance should be given to anvy and if you didn't give him a chance then really it will unfair and very wrong Decision I am not here to Help him but I am here because he had worked hard and he deserved it even i don't know him so Plz Give him chance i don't know what's your decision but a chance should be given

Hyy Anvy idk why you are crying for getting removed from the leadership, first of all you should be happy that your are still playing in grand. You know why? Let me tell or all more to be accurate let me bring back those good memories.
1. You know the exact reason why you got admin blacklisted, be happy that you are not project blacklisted for that reason, you know man players as well as admins got project Blacklisted for that same exact reason, and know that you appeal for removal of your admin blacklist multiple times I really dont know how much courage you get while appealing on blacklist removal.
2. Btw you remember crystal rp?? Where you were chief admin or something like that over there? And you want to become leader and admin over here??
3. At last I remember you having good luminous clothes and some stuff before you become admin in that server and some money what happened to it when you came back after that server failing bad as you failed to become admin here. So did you sell it to someone?? That's very suspicious really


To the chiefs who are reviewing this, please look into this matter of thim what's going on and why he is not project blacklisted for the thing when he was assistant, and just got removed and admin Blacklisted, as I know multiple admins and players got project blacklisted for the same exact reason. Isn't it unfair to the players who got banned for same reason??

Bro to begin with do you even know why he even got removed from the admin team and got blacklist??
Instead of licking his a$$, ask him why he got removed and defending him, and aren't you supporting the guy who was admin in other server, and have done GR1.6?? Interesting claims you got there?

First, whether it’s about admin or project blacklist, the appeal is being made to the Chief and Deputy Chief—not to some anonymous person. So there’s really no point in you commenting here.

Second, everyone knows and respects decisions made by all the admins including Bobby Floki and Adham . They follow proper rules and procedures, so random accusations from a new anonymous account don’t make sense.

Third, at the end of the day, it’s the Chief’s decision whether to give a chance or not—and that decision will be respected by everyone, including Anvy.

Lastly, if you really have something to say, come from your main account instead of using a fake/alt ID and making baseless claims.

You know you should first get a term and complete it properly, then start vouching for others, in your whole profile I don't see anything but your application rejected or not completing the term you got, first get a term complete it properly and then start vouching for others to get their blacklist getting removed

Well I didn't say he have done it I was saying probably he has done it? So are agreeing to the fact that he has done it? It doesn't really matter I'm project Blacklisted or not? Dear higher ups,
I am writing to ask that the current leader blacklists be reviewed, especially for people who have not committed major rule violations. I think giving those who have helped the community a second chance, and have always helped the community, would help the server grow.
I would like to point out especially the performance of Anvy. I’ve worked with him on several terms and can personally vouch for his dedication. He is very serious about his responsibilities and has proven his leadership capabilities consistently over the past few years.
I would like to request a review of the experienced leaders and high quality roleplayers on the server. This return could greatly improve the overall RP experience for everyone.
