Hello Bobby,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my recent removal from FIB leadership and the decision to place me back on the leader blacklist.

As you previously stated in this forum thread, my leader blacklist was officially removed by you bobby:

Since that decision, I have taken every opportunity given to me seriously and worked hard to prove that I have improved as a leader. Over time, I have held multiple leadership positions without any disbands or major issues:

• First leadership: Approved - Director of FIB | Anvy Verlice
• Second leadership: Approved - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Verlice
• Third leadership: Approved - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Verlice

Throughout these terms, I focused on consistency, stability, and learning from my past mistakes. My goal has always been to show that I deserve the second chance that was given to me.

However, yesterday I was removed from leadership:
Rejected - Director of Federal Investigation Bureau | Anvy Riviera

This decision has left me confused, as I have spent the last 6 months actively proving myself through my actions and leadership performance. Being placed back on the leader blacklist after this period feels discouraging, especially considering the effort I have put into improving.

I respectfully ask for clarification on the reason behind this decision, and I kindly request that my overall performance and progress be taken into consideration. I truly believe I have demonstrated growth and commitment to the server.

Hey Bobby,
I don’t really know how to say this without it sounding heavy, but this genuinely hurts. It’s been 3 years since his blacklist, and in all that time he didn’t just stay around, he kept proving himself over and over again. Not just as a player, but as a leader too. You gave him that chance again, and he didn’t waste it. He completed his term, earned the hoodie, and showed everyone he had changed.

That’s why this feels so unfair. After everything he did to rebuild trust, to prove he belongs here again, being removed after getting selected just doesn’t make sense. It feels like all that effort meant nothing in the end.

I’ve been part of this server for a long time, and I can honestly say this isn’t just me, so many of us feel the same way. It’s heartbreaking to watch someone put in that much effort, only to be shut down again.
If someone can come back from a mistake, spend years proving they’ve changed, do everything right, and still not be given a real chance then i don't know what will it actually take.

You Guys Should Give a chance to him because he had handle many terms very well and he had worked too hard and now we think that a chance should be given to anvy and if you didn't give him a chance then really it will unfair and very wrong Decision I am not here to Help him but I am here because he had worked hard and he deserved it even i don't know him so Plz Give him chance i don't know what's your decision but a chance should be given

Dear higher ups,
I am writing to ask that the current leader blacklists be reviewed, especially for people who have not committed major rule violations. I think giving those who have helped the community a second chance, and have always helped the community, would help the server grow.
I would like to point out especially the performance of Anvy. I’ve worked with him on several terms and can personally vouch for his dedication. He is very serious about his responsibilities and has proven his leadership capabilities consistently over the past few years.
I would like to request a review of the experienced leaders and high quality roleplayers on the server. This return could greatly improve the overall RP experience for everyone.
