I am Sleepy Afraid (194044/87313) from DE01 and DE04.
I recently filed a complaint in the DE01 forum regarding my ban on DE04. However, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding about the purpose of my thread, which is why it was rejected.
In your response, you stated:
"Rejected. You need to appeal your punishment in DE04 section, right now you cannot become leader, administrator on DE01."
The issue is that I have already appealed my punishment multiple times in the DE04 section. Unfortunately, every appeal I submit gets rejected without any real chance of resolving the situation. That is exactly why I decided to create a thread in the DE01 forum and contact you directly.
My main concern is the reason for my ban. Originally, I was banned for refusing a PC check. While I understand that refusing a PC check can result in punishment, I do not understand why the ban was later changed to a cheating ban. I was never banned because cheats were found on my computer. I was banned solely because I refused the PC check. Nevertheless, my record now shows a cheating ban, which has serious consequences for me.
Because of this cheating ban, I am unable to apply for positions such as leader or administrator on DE01. This is the actual problem I am trying to address. I am not asking for special treatment, but I would like someone to review the situation fairly and explain why a refusal to undergo a PC check resulted in a cheating ban that permanently affects my opportunities on other servers.
Since my appeals in DE04 are consistently rejected, I felt that bringing the matter to your attention through the DE01 forum was my only remaining option. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take another look at my case or at least clarify whether there is any other way for me to resolve this issue. Also i just want to apply for leader or admin on DE01 or just participate in some captures.

I explained that I was banned by Noah Tequila for “Cheating (PC Check refused)”. I had previously passed multiple PC checks on both DE04 and DE01 with no issues. On the day of the incident, I could not attend the PC check due to time constraints. I was informed that refusal would result in a 60-day ban, which I initially accepted. However, I later received a permanent cheating ban under A.R. 4.1. I requested clarification, as no cheats were ever found on my PC.
Second appeal (DE04):
I again explained that I refused a PC check due to school obligations. I have never used cheats and have always passed previous checks. I asked for reconsideration or a possible compromise (such as wipe + temporary ban). This appeal was also rejected with the statement that refusing a PC check results in a permanent ban and no exceptions are made.
Even many admins on DE01 have told me that this situation seems unfair and advised me to contact you directly. The admins on DE04 (Noah Tequila and Dr. Felix Tired) did not really give me the chance to properly explain my situation, and every appeal has been rejected without further discussion.
My only request is that this cheating ban is reviewed or reconsidered, because it directly blocks me from applying for leader or administrator positions on DE01, and also affects my ability to participate in captures and other server related activities.
I fully understand that refusing a PC check is punishable, but I do not understand why it is treated as a permanent cheating ban when no cheating was ever proven or detected.
I respectfully ask for a final review of my situation or at least a clear explanation of why this punishment is applied in this way.
