I was going to Arena and then LEO started following me from city to till ghetto alone without backup.

The LEO then entered the ghetto area alone while chasing me. Under SR 5.5, how can a LEO enter the ghetto alone?

How can a single LEO realistically enter a dangerous ghetto area alone without any backup? This demonstrates a total failure of role-play as a LEO (Fail RP).

He is not patrolling inside the ghetto, and LEOs can join the ghetto if they are responding to a 911 call or if they are following someone. Therefore, there is no S.R. 5.5 and there is no fail rp in pov ​
