ii) We will always check and keep paint balloon, Guns and ammunition in Armory and warehouse So, that no one will be without weapon in any type of Robbery or Raid.

Why I Want To Be The Leader Of Vagos:

--> Experience is the most important thing that comes with being a leader,and in my opinion i think i have gained enough experience of gang and gang activities staying in various gangs and participating in all the gang activities, holding a position of responsibility in the gangs such as under deputy in families and vagos whereas Leader and deputy leader of the Ballas as well , therefore I believe that i should now use my this experience for the welfare of my fellow friends in the game , teach them how to perform the gang activities with more effectiveness , and also share my experience with them to make their role play experience better as well.

--> Along with the experience of gangs,i also have experience of legal organisation at a high command position such as deputy head of department at fib , captain at ng , and leuitinant at sahp and lspd , therefore I know the procedure and methods of the Leos to try to take over the gangs and also their techniques about how they try to stop the gang events , therefore with my that experience, i can prepare my team mates before only , about how to deal with the situation with Leos and could easily make our events and robberies a succesful one.

--> I always see that the legal organisations have an advantage of the employees working in it get an hourly paycheck as their sallery, whereas there is nothing like this with gang mates . Therefore for every hard-working gangster,I'll make sure to dedicate a proper bonus system and keep them always happy for their hard work towards improving the name of gang in the city and also select proper spray team so that i can get maximum grafitis done and my every team mate gets to collect the grafiti profits as well every hour as their reward.

My advice to improve the role play :

-->I will keep a proper team of 2-3 people who are well trained and know all the ghetto as well as City rules properly. This team would be there to teach and explain any new player about all the rules of the city and ghetto so that he does not committ a mistake staying in gang and therefore there will be a proper training system for all the new players in my gang for the welfare of the gang and them as well.

-->I have often seen the leader's and deputies directly firing their members due to the mistake they have committed. But i think everyone should get a chance to learn from their mistakes and improve therefore I will introduce a proper strike and warning system in my gang with all the necessary paperwork and follow a proper procedure to have a record of the committed mistakes of any person, therefore If the person exceeds the required penalties i.e. 3 strikes within 7 days , then only he/she will be fired.

--> Most of the people in gang are always upset that the profits and money of every robbery goes to the leader or the deputy as they are the one doing negotiations, but if i get the opportunity to be the leader, i am not gonna keep the same system, i will always keep forward the most deserving gangster to negotiate, checking his experience and goodness to negotiate and always allow the other members as well to gain the profits irrespective of their ranks.

Ever since I moved to this city, I have always formed gang fraternities and had great success with these brothers. I want to be the ringleader because I want to achieve greater success with my brothers.

- I am a very cold-blooded person, I trust the decisions I made in bad conditions and I think that I can get my brothers out of any situation and I think that we will spend quality times while doing this.

1. I previously have experience in gangs when I came to city I joined gangs before any other orgs I have experience in every gang (except families) I was high rank in in all of them I can handle rp situations calmly without getting personnel and not getting angry what other person is saying to me .
2. In gangs I know how things work because I have seen many people making mistakes and facing issues because of small things but I am sure I will train my members more accurately and give importance to every member of my orgs because i have met people who complain about their leaders that they do not listen to them and kick them without listening their issue.
3. My advice for improving is whenever I got robbed in ghetto or joined a gang there are many rules that they don't know if I will become leader I will tell my deputies and other persons who are able to invite people in organization that ask other rp rules not just ask basic questions like (PG, MG,FR) add some other things and rules that are also important many of people don't know what is ( RDM , VDM , CR) I have seen gang members asking their high commands what are these because they don't know what it means I will make these rules mandatory for joining also so they don't do any mistakes and i have seen leaders also making some mistakes but I will not repeat them I will also teach them how to do proper rp with commands and teach them how to use each command during rp situation and try best to teach them good role play .

2. Because I’ve had been in Vagos 3 times as under deputy so I think I got what it takes to be leader of Los santos Vagos.
Another reason I want to be leader of Los santos Vagos is because I’ve had experience in all the other gangs as High commands so I know the rules pretty well, if new players want to join my gang me and my high commands will teach them the basic rules and etc. I want to be leader because it has been my dream to become leader one day, I’ve got my own family and it seems to be going well and I think I can Vagos on top for sure.

3. Ans - I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life. I climbed all the way up from a vagos Clapper to bloods and families underdeputy. At recent, I was the major general (head) of airforce in NG, before joining NG Mostly I used to be in gangs because a gang was my first org. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC, I saw many legal things and the way they work and illegal things too. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader Vagos and personally I want to increase the crime rate of los santos as much as I can and want to make sure that the Vagos always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of Vagos.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I won't promote any favoritism in the gang because I have seen that most of the people give their friends and family members some of the best ranks in the gang and this is very harmful for the gang as in this hardworking gang members are being ignored and some of them would leave and this will cause a loss of members in the gang.
(ii) I will try to capture territories as much as I can to expand the Vagos as being a leader and I will recruit the best experienced people as turfer. I will make sure that our HCs are doing illegal things while following our email's rules and regulations.
(iii) I will implement my ranking system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

a) Gang Experience: First When i joined game, My first Org was LSPD. I love very much be in RP so it was my first. But after i joined Families and become Deputy and i saw Familes going better then LSPD. it was too fun; Rob People, going and fighting Clands , Going Battleship with crowded gangs, Turfs etc. and i saw and i believe i ll be better if i become a leader.

b) I have a lot of Experience in gangs, I have been High command in many gangs, and I know everything not to do because I have learned from other gang leaders what not to do when being a leader, to avoided getting gang warnings/disbanded.

c) I want to put a diff on the server. and I want to make Vagos the strongest. And I know all the gang and general rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

a) in my opinion. We need to hire someone who knows the game and we need to take a test before we get into the gang. if we do it this way, there will be no rulesbreak and rp will always be at the highest level. Vagos will always be the strongest.

b) be active in Ghetto, i have to tell any gang members and have to teach rules and trying to not do mistake, if i saw seem guy doing that mistake again, i gonna punish.

c) Another thing I would to do improve RP, is focus more on interesting RP situations like store robbery's, hostage situation, ECT.

d) One thing I would do to improve RP is to make sure Vagos as a organization does never break any rules, and if a member of Vagos is caught breaking any sever rules will get a warning or a straight blacklist.
