Reason 1: Being leader of Vagos I will not only create a strong gang but aim to make Vagos the strongest it has ever been. I plan on focusing on all aspects, and not just a select few like Profits and events. I will insure that Vagos is not only involved in everything, but also in control of everything.
Reason 2: Being Vagos leader is my chance to show the city that a gang can be strong with numbers and good high commands to lead those numbers.

1: High commands will be those who are professional, responsible and most importantly limited.
2: Bonuses and promotions will be issued after every event to keep activity up as well as keeping everyone interested in the gang.
3: Everyone will be expected to provide POV when asked, if not they will be punished.
4: There will always be a high rank willing to help new members who have questions.
5: Those intentionally trying to get the organization a warning will be removed instantly to avoid ruining Roleplay level within the Organization.

First Reason: I have been a high command of Families and Ballas, So I think I have Enough experience to be a leader.

Second Reason: I have been in almost every illegal org, and I have seen many leaders performing well but because somewhere in their leadership they will be wrong and immediately their gang gets disband. So, I want to improve the gang's image and make it stand till last.

Third Reason: I will concentrate at new people and teach them how to attend events and how do they improve their RP. I will make sure that I will not misuse of gang weapons, ammos, cars, and etc. and even not use them for my personal use.

To begin with, I want to be the leader of Vagos specificlly, since I have not seen a good vagos leader for 4+ Months who has sucessfully completed his term and or had an active community of gangsters ready for RP and engagment with other members of the server. A lot of vagos leaders recently had an AFK/Turf Orrianted Gang.

Secondly, I want to make sure that gangs are not being toxic and hurtful towards LEOS, Whilst yes it is required to do some toxicity for gang RP being overly hurtful and mean to state employees and other gangs should not be done excessivly and the only way I can see this being prevented is with my intervention.

Finally,I want to be leader of Vagos so that FIB Finally has a chance at completing their 100% Raid season since they have been struggeling with it because there is only 1 gang in the server that is not disbanded and they do 0 activities after the weekly tasks from them are done.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

An Idea of mine is for Senior Curator to add something to the weekly tasks like 7 people robbed prehabs? So we see more scenarios and put a requirment where the gang needs to have 1 story based event per term and also the gang needs to come up with a new RP scenario once per week For example (Hostage sit in random places ) Etc etc.

A second idea of mine is for gangs to have a realistic initation instead of just asking OOC questions then hiring.

3) I might sound as a broken record, but I just want to try out new challenges provided in the city. I was an LI leader once and being a Gang leader would be something new.

1) I would suggest an event that all the gang members would be able to participate in. We haven't had a good event, from the gangs, in a while. Like the Capitol attack.

2) I would limit the amount of rule breaks that most gang members do. Most of the time they choose to break a few rules, like VDM, in order to get a chance to rob somebody and don't communicate well while doing so.

3) The amount of RP in gangs is very limited. I would love to try and do more Role-play scenarios with corrupt police officers and other gang leaders, in order to create new scenarios for others around.

I have my own way of roleplaying which I showed last time when I was deputy on the marabunta gang and I plan to do it again in vagos this time Strange locations for hostage situations as well as a special way of negotiating in the same way as in gz and store raids As for raiding military bases there are also some really special tactics and the rest As for roleplay upgrades I don't believe there will be anything unprecedented but never he doesn't know with my gang I was always ready to accept roleplay in every aspect and to do it to the end People know me on so the activity of the organization in would be at a high level.

Sincerity and respect aside, this city is the best I've played so far, however there isn't any actual roleplay. Although it definitely has a lot of drawbacks, the ghetto's kill-on-sight policy gives the city and the gamers an adrenaline rush that most of us like. So that we might have a scenario engaged, I would personally strive to interact more with other gang members, family members, and leaders. As a result, we would take further measures to demonstrate who is the best in this city, not just in the ghetto but also in all the gangs.
