In my opinion, They should open the spray system and add an alliance system to the game for example since SAHP + NG + LSPD + FIB Teams in in a store robbery why shouldnt bloods and Vagos be able to be allies attack a store together and defeat the LEOS I think it would be more fair that way, about spraying there should be deeper RP to it then just spraying around prehabs a spray could be seen as an act of war for a gang and gangs wouldnt need a reason to hate and kill each other for no reason but would finally have an IC reason being sprays to hunt and have wars with each other icly.

It can be a challenging and engaging experience. It allows me to explore a different persona and test my leadership skills in a controlled environment. *Cooperation: due to lack of cooperation among gang members, which sometimes causes potential good members of the gang to leave the gang which ultimately damages the integrity and also the strength of the gang. As a result gangs either loose dominance or just die. i plan to work on that issue as a Leader of the gang.

*Inclusivity: It is also seen that the new members of the gang are sometimes ignored, which also hurts the gang and they ultimately leave other gangs, as they feel left out and it also damages the strength of the gang.

*Communication: it is also a key pillar of a gang specially during the events because without a proper communication, everything can go sideways which i also have experienced sometimes.

I want to be leader of vagos street gang because I've always wanted to lead a organization for quiet a while now and i want provide my leadership skills, passion to the gang. I've been in gangs quiet a few times and i feel like I'm ready to go for the next time which is to be leader of a gang. I will make sure Everyone has good knowlodge on the General rules, Event rules, ghetto rules, etc and clear on their fluent english. I think i will be one of the best leaders of The vagos gang due to my love for RP, i love RP and being a kingpin in vagos gang and negotiating for store robberies/hostage situation has given me plenty leadership skills and a love for the roleplay scenarios. Also due to me being in the army ooc i have to be able to lead a group of people and have good leadership skills. I believe in leading by example what you do is exactly what your gang members will do so you hypothetically have to be a good leader and make sure all rules are followed. When i was in vagos gang i started off from being one of the lowest ranks and ended up within 1-2 months making myself all the way to the top of vagos gang and this shows my undying dedication to the gang. Being a leader of a gang is something i have wanted to do for a while, due to the fact that i love to lead people and love to show people the way of the city and too build up to be one of the biggest and best gang in the city. I also know my leader rules very well as i have been over them multiple times to revise them as i am determined for this leader position. I have been deputy and hc psoition in all gangs for 3 months on this city and deputy in Ballas for a bit

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

If i get leadership i will be implementing a thorough test to make sure everyone in the gang knows not only the ghetto rules but the general rules and event rules etc. I want to create specific groups throughout the gang, like a group of sprayers, a group of turfers, a group of event leaders and all the rigid high command that will help make sure the gang gets 0 warnings and makes it all the way too the top. When i was a kingpin in vagos i gave multiply opportunities to lower ranks to negotiate etc and to lead events under my supervision so they can shadow what i do and i can pass all of my knowledge onto them. I would give every person in the gang opportunities to make their way up the rankings of their specific group and from leader of their specific group up to high command. I expect high end results from the teams designated to specific areas.

OOC (Out of Character) Communication:

-Encourage healthy out of character communication between members. A supportive and friendly ooc environment can lead to more immersive and enjoyable rp.

No toxiticy to eachother:

-I would like to ensure that there is no cursing in the gang between the gang members, and that they respect the higher ranks, but also the lower ranks.

Deputies:

-I will not choose random deputies, I have my normal own 4 deputies, so I will not hire random people as deputies.

Ive been in a lot gang and i gained that knowledge to lead the Vagos gang so I could imagine myself for this role.

2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization-

1-) I want to head the Vagos Street Gang because I've had a long-standing desire to be in control of a group and I want to provide my enthusiasm and leadership skills to the group. I've spent a good deal of time in gangs, so I think I'm ready for the next phase, which is leading a gang. I think my knowledge is practically complete, and I'm ready to apply what I've learned to help the gang get better.

2-) Drawing from my past experiences, I believe I'll be a capable leader who can successfully position The Vagos Gang, take over both ghettos, and provide them with a comfortable environment. We will also pick my deputies carefully and thoughtfully, and together we will step up activity in the ghetto while being very careful not to break any restrictions.

3-) In order to finally liven up roleplay, I want to be a gang leader in particular. At the moment, there are some strong state leaders but weak gang leaders. In addition, I want to revive the old gangs, which were once powerful families under the leadership of the original OG Gang members, as opposed to current state actors who pose as gangsters only to belong to gangs.
Additionally, having led NG previously, I am well-versed in state organizations that can assist with FZ and other situations.


Being a event leader in the Vagos gang and navigating store robberies and hostage situations has given me plenty of leadership skills and a love for the roleplay scenarios. I believe this will make me one of the best leaders of The Vagos Gang. In addition, I have to be a good leader and be able to manage a team because I am an Resercher . I think it's important to set an example for your gang members. If you don't act appropriately as a leader, they'll follow your lead and break all the regulations. I started out as one of the lowest levels in the Vagos Gang and ended up rising to the top of the Vagos gang in just one to two months, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to the group. I have always wanted to be a gang leader because I enjoy mentoring others, guiding them through the city, and growing my group into one of the biggest and most successful in the area. I've gone over my leader rules several times in order to make revisions because I'm committed to holding this position. I also know them really well. I've served as the head of the gang and deputy in this city for three months, as well as the deputy in femlies for aand underdeputy of all the gang other than ballas.


3:Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1.) I will do everything in my power to create a potent turf team and only produce turf.
2. I'll accomplish it by holding in-depth interviews with applicants who have experience.
3. I'll make sure to give my gang members incentives if they perform well in events to maintain their trust in the group.
4-High achievers will be capable, responsible, and—most importantly—restrained.
5-Anyone attempting to intentionally issue a warning to the organization will be removed right away in order to prevent the Roleplay level within the organization from being lowered.
6-)Regular communication between the gang leader and members is necessary. We'll talk about how things are going and give props to those who are participating and doing well.

1. i will make a proper ranking system and will assign ranks carefully so there will be no favoritism in the org and everyone will get rank that they deserve
2. i will make sure my gang members attend events and turfs regularly so we maintain dominance everywhere ,

3.I think we can make the role-playing better in our group by doing more things with other groups. I'll make friends with other gangs to become stronger.

4. I'll give rewards and bonuses to those who are active and helpful in the gang. I'll do this three days a week to keep people motivated.

5. I'll make sure the people I invite to the gang know the rules.

6.The gang leader should talk to the gang members regularly. We'll discuss how things are going and promote those who are doing well and are active.

7. It's important to know why we're doing role-play and what we want to achieve. This will help us focus during role-play.

8. I've helped new players join my gang and learn about the game. My family members joining the gang are friendly and willing to help others.
