(2.1) Poor leadership shown by current leaders of gang organisations, Many gangs are being disband in recent times. I want to be the leader of Marabunta as I feel like I have a lot to provide towards the illegal scene within the city. Ghetto is dead and gangs don't really have a presence in the city. Store robberies are rarely done and even when done its quite poorly done. I want to show people how powerful a gang can be with the right leader.

(2.2) My main motive is to make Marabunta Grande the best gang in the Los Santos! And make sure that we participate in all the events like FZ raids, 24/7 and gun store robberies, Clandestine, Do 100% Turf, Max profits from graffities, etc.

(2.3) I am also applying to be a leader in a criminal organisation as i feel like recently, legal orgs have been having things way too easy. I want there to be some sort of rivalry between Legal orgs and Illegal Orgs. And i feel like the level of RP can be greatly increased to accommodate for such Rivalry. There are many opportunities that have been missing from Criminal Organisations for a while and I feel like for someone that has experienced amazing leaders in gangs and LEOs I know what needs to be done to bring the city into a more competitive state between LEOs and Criminal Organisations. Things will only improve if there is strong competition. And I Intend to be that competition for rival gangs and LEOs.


3. Your advices for Improving Role Play level in organization.

(3.1) I Intend on going for RP related events like Store Robberies, Kidnappings, Robbing outside the city, Hostage Situations, NG Raids etc. Right now there's close to no RP when it comes to gangs. Its just kill in the ghetto. No one earns money and people move from gang to gang looking to see which one is better. I want to change that.

(3.2) Things that i will focus on as a leader - I will make teams to do different things like Turfs and Sprays to ensure everyone that contributes to the gang feels like they're getting rewarded for their work. Even for Store Robberies etc etc, i will award my men bonuses to feel more inclined to be involved in the gang and follow the gang vision.

(3.3) I will do some diplomacy between Gangs to see if i can help increase the level of RP. Diplomacy will come in the form of discussions where we can team up with some gangs to remove other gangs off the face of the turf map.

(3.4) As a gang leader i will also seek out corrupted LEOs who can be paid off to help our motivations and also lead to better RP for the LEOs within the city.

(3.5) Lastly, i will be very strict against players who do not follow the rules. The last thing i want is my gang getting disbanded, and i will not allow clumsy players who refuse to follow the rules to bring the whole gang down.

2.1 When I came Los santos city I got attracted towards crime section and I joined I loved the work of gangs and took part in all of illegal works and enjoyed playing crime events so my first gang was Ballas but i want to be leader of Marabunta too i really want to lead it. I have experience in ballas as a Deputy and managed term successfully.

2.2 I have learnt different situations in gangs so i know the best members and deputy's to keep in my term, and run the best term ahead as there will be experienced people for different events and works in gang. Make sure they doing events everyday so citizens can see and learn and attract in our gang and also give best bonus to everyone who joined gang help to run our gang.

2.3 As a leader, I will prioritize fulfilling all weekly requests, ensuring the gang operates independently without external pressure. · I want to become a leader of marabunta because I think I have the wisdom to lead an organisation like marabunta via my leadership and management skills

· I like marabunta as their hq is unique from other organisations they have a different approach then others by being at a remote area which benefits them in doing gang activities and I am really obsessed with the colour blue

· I want to become a leader because currently the legal part of the city is active and I think there should be equal influence of both gangs and state orgs which a person like me can maintain marabunta is a type of organisation which is famous for ruling the ghetto and city as being a leader of this organisation it will be a honour for me.

· i will make this organistaion and maintain the influence between gangs and state org in the city i have friends and people who can handle the gang same as me, my deputies will be active and will have good knowledge about the server rules by which it i can make good activity

· I will try to do as much interaction with legal orgs by doing hostage and stores and make the negotiation realistic so everyone have fun my main focus will be to make the rp good not just completing my weekly goals and ending the term i will give tasks to my gang members to make the term active.

Ans.-

Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna experience and test my leadership skills by becoming the leader of a gang and marabunta have been my favourite gang since i came in this city so I wanna become the leader of marabunta.

Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I wanna change this and I wanna spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term.

Reason #3- I have support from 2-3 families who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms till now

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I will do max graffiti to increase Roleplay

I will hire maximum members to spread fear in whole Los Santos

We will do FZ raid and store robbery on daily basis

We will also do highway robbery and hostage situations
