- I have noticed a decline in gang activity in EN2 lately. At the beginning of the project, things were different. Gangs were actively participating in events, promoting rivalry, and engaging in RP situations, making the ghetto super active. However, recently, many gang leaders seem less motivated, leading to inactivity and disunity among members.
- Leadership promises are often unfulfilled, with minimal event participation and a lack of engagement. This has resulted in many gangs being disbanded due to inactivity and rule violations caused by haphazard recruitment practices.
- One major issue is leaders' focus on turf disputes, leading to warnings for rule breaches. Proper deputy selection and adherence to turf rules are often neglected.
I want to become a leader to address these issues, revitalizing the Ballas as a terrorist organization and restoring activity and rivalry in the ghetto.

- I have zero patience for toxic people. I will make sure my gang is 100% clean from toxicity.
- I will make sure i have deputies from different time zone to make sure there is activity during night/day time & while i am not in city.
Minimum rule breakes like I mentioned before. We will make proper interviews for anyone who want to join. We will make good RP with the legal sided, unique hostage situations.. etc..

(i). I've lived in the city for a long time and have experience with practically every legal or illegal group (with the exception of a few), but illegals have always been my strength and emphasis. I am surrounded by some of the most talented leaders our city has ever seen, and I have learned a lot from them. I've seen people struggle to run gangs and gangs disband because the leader wasn't performing properly, but I'm going to do my best to run this gang. I believe I have many excellent leadership skills that I can apply as a leader.


(ii).I want to take the gang's role-playing experience to the next level. I intend to attend all gang activities, such as Battleship, Fort Zancudo, and covert, and I will ensure that we participate in all of them. Clandestine is one of my favorite events, but virtually every gang camps for the parachute, which is kind of boring. However, I will make sure we attend every event and participate in other events to promote RP. My major aim is to make a better experience for everyone, and retail robberies are one of the occasions where I can help with that. Gangs are already very low RP, and with legal organizations striving to win every store robbery there is, it isn't fun at all but I will try my best to make all events fun and with serious RP.

I believe that if any of the gang members want to ask a question, they should not hesitate to open out to any gang member about their query, and trust me as a leader, I will not let anyone down

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I've been living in this city for 4-5 months and have witnessed many gang members engaging in failed RP, robbing individuals without enough gang members, shooting outside the ghetto, and so on. I will ensure that the individual joining my gang takes a legitimate IC quiz, and if our gang HCs determine that he understands all of the ghetto and general regulations, we will recruit him, so that there is no danger of RP failure among the organization members. We've all seen people be warned and punished for not following RP, but I'll do my best to avoid toxic members and recruit members of the gang that understand fundamental city and ghetto laws.

- None of the Gang members should be Toxic at all and specially Leader and Deputy's should not be toxic to anyone
- I have seen many rule breaking players in the Gangs which doesn't even know basic rules so what I will do is give them rank 2 or 3 and will teach them everything because we are a team

Event Attendance - I want to see ballas on top as they've always been and I want to be the one who makes that happen. I have been deputy in bloods and underdeputy(12) in Ballas. Even if it wasn't for a very long time I learned how hard it is to keep your people active and have them show up to events. Seen situations with 20-30+ gang members in city but 5 members at certain events way too often. I want to change that, by making sure that ranks will be given based on knowledge and activity, high command rank will only be given to people who prove themselves at events and have a great knowledge of rules, and their activity will be monitored by me all the time, I will not allow inactive people or people breaking rules represent our high commands. Will do my best to keep the gang active, show up to every event with numbers and don't let the competition win.

Ghetto activity - I want to make ghetto more active, and the gang to be seen in it. My plan for ghetto activity is firstly to create a spray team, which will be responsible for spraying, checking spray profit and which zones need respraying, and they will be priority for other members when asking for backup or any kind of help regarding spraying. This team will have bonuses paid out daily or weekly from my balance. Secondly, I want make sure that ghetto patrols and other threats to our gang and gang members will not go unresponded, and will do my best to make Ballas seen and heard in every ghetto event/activity. Lastly, I am not going to say I have turf experience, because that would be a lie, but I will try to make sure Ballas will do their best to be active at turfing with the best shooters available to the gang, which will obviously be bonused well for the shooters.

Rules - I want to make a gang where rule-breaking is not a trend. We all know that rule-breaking is happening way too often in RP situations in ghetto and events. I will try to make an improvement on that, by applying a 15+ years requirement to join gang and the passing of an interview with at least 14 out of 15. No person will be allowed in gang if he doesn't know General, Ghetto and Event Rules.
People who break the rules will be punished straight away, with either warning or kick, depending on the bad situation they created for themselves and the gang. Members breaking rules at break and not following correct procedure will lose their access to the function automatically.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- A good roleplay can only be done when the rules are followed by both sides. My gang will respect the competition at all times and rules will be followed, which means respecting negotiations and demands at all times, both given by us or given to us.

- Giving the leos their time to follow demands, not just do a quick 5-1 countdown and open fire, I think that shows some respect for the event and leos as well.

- Reduce toxicity, we all know how bad toxicity is affecting the roleplay by provoking out unnecessary situations where both sides fall out and start breaking rules and don t care about roleplay anymore. I think if we try to reduce that, roleplay will be a lot better in most of the situations.

- Follow /me /try /do commands at all times when needed.

- Good event attendance, because events are only good and fun when there are also numbers, right? Otherwise it would become boring and people would neglect them. So good numbers at every event is essential

- Experience: Having served as OG Ballas and Event Leader at Bloods, I experienced many good things and want to continue that with the players in my term too. And also, I was Chief of Staff in FIB and Chief Commander in SAHP, and I have always seen that Ballas were doing really well, so I want to continue the spirit and have my term continue all the crazy stuff.

- Activeness: Ballas HQ is located in the in the middle of Los Santos, and most of the players come here to join. And I want to do criminal activity with this huge number of players.

- Unity: As we already know, Ballas is really good with its name. So, in my term, I will make sure that the bones go on. I myself will make sure to cooperate with my members and work in a team with this brotherhood.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Active Leadership: I have observe previous term of Ballas leadership and noticed concerning lack of activities. That's ends now. I have committed to give my full potential and energy into our gang, setting a precedent for active participation and involvement. In my term, I hope The Ballas will be known as the most active and deadliest gang ever existed and my whole determination will be on it.

- Fair and Forward: As a leader I will ensure that positions within the gang are earned through hard work and dedication. Learning there successes and failure I will decide the hard workers must get the promotion.

- Situations: We will do regular events and will try to capture other gangs warehouse.
