Purple colors have always been my favorites, and I want the last unsuccessful terms to end with me. I think I can do it and I want to make ballas the strongest organization..


I think the other gangs in the city are separate from each other. I want to make peace with all of them and have fun against the cops. I want to reactivate the ghetto without hurting anyone and get along with everyone and finish a good term.


Lately I have seen that the deputies do the work of the gangs more than the leaders. I don't agree with this view. I will not stop working after I take the leadership, I will distribute roles with my strong friends and I will not include inactive people in my management team.


I have a strong group of friends behind me, I know I will never be alone, and they will help me in a scenario where we will bring new things to the city and inform people who are unknown and don't have enough information yet.


We won't be like the mobs that only attend events to complete weekly tasks, we will attend as many events as possible and make them colorful by being more people.

I will organize global events and make sure that our gang members and other people in the city don't get bored, I don't want there to be an idle moment.

- First of all I have what it takes to be a leader because of my previous expiernce, good communication skills, good contacts in city which is a must for a leader. As a 2 times previous leader I know how gang works and I also learned from my mistakes that will not repeat this time.

- Gang doesn't work only with the leader but it needs coordination of gang members as well, with the help of my contact over the city with gangsters and un official families, I can end making my gang with most active people in my term, creating the Most Active and Most Dangerous gang of the city which will be feared by a kid to an elder.

I will also try to complete more tasks than given in weekly tasks. I will recruit some new players and teach them rp from gang side by which more people will take interest as doing rp from gang side and less chance of rule breaks.

2.1 Since i came into the city i have been in many gangs as 14 rank multiple times. I like being most in Ballas , Vagos , Marabunta . I always had a goal to be leader of Ballas. As i was deputy in previous term of ballas then i thought to take ballas term for sure .

My advices for improving Role Play Level Are:If i get leadership i will be implementing a thorough test to make sure everyone in the gang knows not only the ghetto rules but the general rules and event rules etc. I want to create specific groups throughout the gang, like a group of sprayers, a group of turfers, a group of event leaders and all the rigid high command that will help make sure the gang gets 0 warnings and makes it all the way too the top. When i was a Under Deputy in bloods i gave multiply opportunities to lower ranks to negotiate etc and to lead events under my supervision so they can shadow what i do and i can pass all of my knowledge onto them. I would give every person in the gang opportunities to make their way up the rankings of their specific group and from leader of their specific group up to high command. I expect high end results from the teams designated to specific areas.

(i) I've been in the city for around 40 years and going and have experience in every legal or illegal organization. I have learned from some of the talented leaders of our city, under their leadership. I'm going to do my best to run this gang. I believe I have many excellent leadership skills that I can apply as a leader.

(ii) I was Ex-HC of Ballas in EN2, and I can use that knowledge to make this term more active by hosting events ( such as store robbery, battleship, capturing a gang base, protection of the black market, etc ). Being a Leader even if I get interviewed I can surely say that I will perform greatly. I will be much strict in my term so that there will be no rule break.

(iii) I want to escalate the gang's role-playing to a much higher level and me being mostly active in city let me to attend gang activities, such as Battleship, FZ raid and I will ensure that maximum members must participate in all of them. My major aim is to make a better experience for every members, and the robberies are the occasions where I can help with that. I will try my best to make all events fun and with good level of roleplay. Also, I've seen every level of RP in the organization, been in unofficial families, and witnessed many fantastic leaders participate in all gang events. I know all of the techniques for all gang activities, if I am the leader, improvement will be witnessed by all the active members. I've been living in this city for a long period of time and have witnessed many gang members engaging in Fail RP, robbing individuals without enough members, clapping outside the ghetto, and so on. I will ensure that the individuals joining the gang must be reading out the rules for performing each activity with a exam following up to ensure their knowledge and for previous experienced members there will be a short interview session before getting into the gang. For becoming a HC a guy must determine that he understands all of the ghetto and general rules and regulations, so that there is no danger of Fail RP among the organization members. I will also replenish the bonus system by engaging extra bonuses for perfect RP. We've all seen people being warned and punished for not following RP, but I'll do my best to avoid toxic members and recruit members of the gang that understand fundamental Ghetto laws.

I almost tried all illegal org. Marabunta always had the most criminalist and terrorist gang of the city.

ii) The gang doesnt work only with the leader it works with the proper team work most of gang become unsuccessful because of they dont listen to their low rank guys but i alwasy listen to my low rank guys to and also guide them or tell them about rules so they dont do any rule breaks or which me to make my term end 100% successfully. To give the graffiti or clands profit i make the one trusted guy as a HR in gang who just handle with the bonuses of grafti or clands so all of my guys can earn money from graffiti or clands to . I will give my best and my dedication to make Ballas on top and keep it on top.I do all events such as Fz raid , Ammo run , Gun store robbery , Clands , Gang Raids , Car theft , Hostage situation , Highway robbery , submarine attack , Capital Attack etc to make the gang most active in the city.

~I will do the ammo run for my gang to make my gang warehouse always full with guns , ammo or with body armor.

2.1 Since i came into the city i have been in many gangs as 14 rank multiple times. I like being most in Ballas , Vagos , Marabunta . I always had a goal to be leader of Ballas. As i was deputy in previous term of ballas then i thought to take ballas term for sure .

2.2 I always wanted to continue the legacy of Ballas and keep its aura on top ! I will try to make ballas super dangerous for whole ghetto. I will be leading some shooting practices and also will be training my gang to capture whole ghetto and have full control on ghetto

I will make sure that whichever person who wants to join the Gang knows the server rules and also knows gang rules . If they dont know then the high commands will be ready to teach them

i) I want to become leader of Ballas because I have gained many months experience in grand rp also I have been high command in all gangs. I have lead many events on my own and made it successfull. So, now I think I am ready for a new experience and being the Ballas leader will be best option as Ballas hq is at the main ghetto. Ballas has been one of the best gangs in recent times so I want to continue the legacy of Ballas.

ii) As I have been high command in all gangs I know all the rules and how the gang works also I made many friends who also have been high commands, deputies and some gang leaders who all will help me in my term also they are experienced so they will guide me everytime what decesion ton take at different conditions. I also have many alliance with top families who all will also help me in my term and make it active 24/7. I will make my Ballas term not only the best Ballas term ever but best in whole illegal organiztaion term ever. I will try for 100% turf and complete successfully 2 terms.

iii) I will keep a huge bonus system and give bonuses regularly by which my all gang members will not loose interest in doing gang events. We will dominate other gangs and leos and terrorise the city. I am seeing that all gangs are only fighting within each other so i want to bring back glory of gangs by which we all will work together and do events together by which leos will loose everytime and gangs will able to dominate easily. 1) I will recruit some new players and teach them rp from gang side by which more number of people will get interest in gangs and less chance of rule break if we will give training to new people.

2) I will not tolerate toxicity because I have seen many good rp situations ruining by toxicity. So, I will directly blacklist whoever does toxicity in my term.

3) I will not do favoritisms. I will give rank who will show their activity in gang and proof themselves.

4) I have many innovative and creative ideas to do events in new locations and make the situations critical by which it will be fun for both sides from leos and gangs.
