Why Do You Want to Be the Leader of Ballas?
When I first arrived in the city, I had one goal in mind: to become a true gangster. I started my journey with the Vagos gang, but I didn’t get the chance to show my leadership skills there. My responsibilities were limited, and coordination was poor. After gaining experience in several other gangs, I eventually joined the Ballas, and that’s where everything changed.
In the Ballas, I finally had the opportunity to prove myself. I start leading gang members in criminal operations, helped organize activities, and contributed to the gang’s reputation on the street. Over time, the Ballas became more than just a gang; they became home to me . With a rich history of ruling the city and a foundation built on respect, power, and loyalty, I now aim to take that legacy even further as a leader.
My time in the criminal lifestyle taught me plenty. I've been Deputy and High Command in several top gangs such as Ballas, Bloods, Families and Marabunta. I've learned what does work, what doesn't, and how to have a gang be unified and feared simultaneously. ballas isn't some other gang to me — it's the one that paved my way. I want to become the leader of Ballas because I have always been deeply interested in gang and illegal roleplay. Out of all illegal organizations in the city, Ballas stands out with its legacy, style, and dominance in the streets. I believe this gang has a lot of potential to rule over graffiti zones, turfs, and all black-market activities, but it requires a strong and visionary leader to bring discipline, action, and excitement to the members. I have a clear plan to lead Ballas with unity, strategy, and constant activity, making sure every member gets involved and stays loyal to the gang’s purpose.
Secondly, I have observed many leaders in the past and learned from their mistakes. Some ran the gang without proper structure or ignored the importance of team bonding. I want to change that by forming a solid command structure—high commands who are active, experienced, and respected. I’ll make sure every rank in the gang has responsibilities, and promotions will be based on contribution, activity, and behavior. I will also implement daily and weekly goals like graffiti takeovers, store robberies, or gang meetings to keep the members excited and organized. This will help build a gang that isn't just large, but powerful and coordinated.
Thirdly, I want to bring out the real gangster RP in the city. Many people think gangs only do turfs or spray graffiti, but in my vision, Ballas will be more than that. We’ll involve deep RP scenarios like drug shipments, secret meet-ups, gang wars based on storyline, and deals with legal orgs through IC pressure and influence. i have a lot of friends : they can be under deputies but i Will be Keeping active deputy that have are previous leaders or have a great experience in gangs and know well how to manage the gangs iv. After every event the bonus will be alloted to keep the gang active and raise everyone with gang .
