Ans.-
1) - I have worked in multiple gangs and held high command, therefore I am familiar with how gangs operate and how to supervise every member. However, I would also like to become the leader of af Families in order to experience and test my leadership abilities. since it has the best car and is in a nice location.

2) - All of the gangs have been extremely idle during the past few months, and the ghetto frequently appears deserted. By making my tenure one of the most active, I hope to change this and rekindle the terror of the ghetto. because I observe that every member of any gang quickly achieves rank 14 and is unaware of the rules. I won't promote anyone who doesn't know anything about gangs, and I'll conduct a thorough interview with high command so they can provide each new member with basic training. like as highway robbery, ghetto clapping, etc.

3) - Two or three families who have been involved in gang activities for over a year, some of them have even served as gang leaders, back me. I am confident that they will assist me in making my term one of the busiest to date, and I hope to manage the company without breaking any rules or issuing warnings.

I'll do as much graffiti as possible to boost roleplay.

I'll recruit as many people as possible to instill panic throughout Los Santos.

4. Setting up a criteria for hiring people to hire competitive and passionate gangsters.
5. Ensuring participation of at least one high command to avoid rule breaks and enjoy RolePlay at its finest.
6. Performing activities like hostage situations and robberies to encourage more RolePlay with citizens and the LEOs.
7. Proper use of /me and /try commands in different situations will be done to enhance RolePlay.

I want to become a leader of Families because I had gained much experience as a Deputy many times I will be a good leader and I will maintain my gang with full of activity and to maintain my activity to do also to maintain my gang with zero warn and be successful and take the dominance of ghetto

The most Important thing is to maintain active in city so to do this I have strong connection in city I am committed to bring active 50 members in only one hour , I will also give the highest bonuses system which attract the gangster to come in my Gang and I will do maximum Hostage situations and I will try to win them which make respect and being dangerous in city

As per experience in city 2 I had see most of the Gangs will disband and some of them will be relying on a verbal or warn So I try my best to run the Gang till end and do it successful and also I am committed to do 100 percent turf I can run the Gang with highest activity at all over events

Improving Roleplay is to do more events in different areas and before joining I will take a short interview for only joining and that will get a basic rank but who knows the rules he can give interview to HC's to get a High commands rank by doing this there will be very low chance of rule break

I have seen people are joining Gangs but leaving too soon due to lack of money in gang I will make sure that I will manage the bonus system very well to hiring an HR who can manage all bonuses system and give the bonus to everyone on time by doing this my bonuse system will maintain
