1. 
   Reason 1 : My experience - I have been in this city for quite a good time and most of my working experience was in gangs. I have been in the 14th rank in almost all the gangs. I have led the gangs members for the gang events and executed them without any mistakes. I have recruited members to the gangs. So in total I have good amount of experience in all the activities in gangs.
   
   Reason 2: Proper RP - I have joined this city some time back and back then there used to so much RP. Unfortunately, the reality now is that there is very less gang RP in the city. Not many highway robberies, ghetto robberies, hunting in ghetto etc. This is not only impacting the gangs but on the other side Leos and Citizens are also not getting the RP experience. With my experience I would like to change this completely. I will hire the most experienced gang members and assign them activities and responsibilities. I will make sure that all the activities are happening time to time including ghetto killings and robberies. I would like to bring the RP back and becoming a leader is the only way I can get it done.
   
   Reason 3: Term Consistency - Now a days it has become very hard to see a complete gang term. Most of the gang terms are getting disbanded before the term end. This is because of some very silly mistakes. In my view, the main reason for this is less experienced/ untrained gang members. I will make sure to assign a couple of members for hiring and training. They will only hire when they feel that the person is aware of all the rules. They will be there for training also. If any small activities are happening, their role is to join the acitivity and guide if any new member is commiting mistakes. This way I am sure I will be able to successfully complete the term.

   Like I mentioned above I will make sure I hire good experienced gang members and give them responsibilities like event leads, trainers, hiring lead, graffiti lead. I will regulary check the status from them. This will make sure we have the right people and conducting the activities in the right manner. This is a major way to increase RP in the city. I will make sure the gang is involved in different activities throughout the day so that it is very active and LEOS and Citizens are involved and proper RP is maintained in the city. For each successfull event, I will make sure to issue bonus to all the gang members. This is kind of a motivation to the gang members for following the rules and executing the events without any mistakes.

- I want to become the Leader of Families because I have seen a drop in activity in the activity of gangs and Families gang as well in EN2 lately. In earlier terms of EN2, all gang members were all engaging in events and roleplaying that really brought the energy to the ghetto. But now, many leaders have reduced their engagement in events. I believe I can bring back that energy back into the ghetto.

- I have seen too many leaders breaking promises and failing to engage, which has led to a lot of gangs being disbanded. Some are overly focused on their own turf and do not pick good deputies, making things worse. I am passionate about turning this around, getting Families active again, and bringing back the competition and energy we have been missing.

- I want to lead Families because I am committed to keeping the gang active and engaged. I will ensure we are involved in key events like clands, etc. I will encourage competition with other gangs and even legal organizations. By recognizing and rewarding our most active members, I will keep everyone motivated with various bonus system and constant events and opportunities. I plan to make recruitment more efficient by letting only specific ranks handle it and setting up a careful interview process. This way, we can make sure that new members understand and follow our rules.

- I have no tolerance for toxic individuals. I am committed to ensuring that my gang is completely free from negativity and harmful behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to lead events for ensuring reduced amount of rule breaks.

- I will appoint deputies from various time zones to ensure activity around the time zones, even when I am not available. We will work hard to follow the rules and make sure there are as few rule breaking incidents as possible. Anyone who wants to join will have to go through a thorough interview process.

3.1 I want to make a families most active gang in the city by hiring active members in the city who are dedicated to do proper RP and gang operations.

3.2 I wanted to make sure that all gang members participate in all the events like Fz, robberies, battleships, clands and do max graffiti's to earn extras bonus money. I will make a proper team for turfs attacks/defence.

3.3 I want to make a new ranking system in which player get promotion on the basis of their participation in gangs not because he know some high command.

3.4 My goal is to do 100% turf capture, make no toxic gang.

Ans.-

Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna experience and test my leadership skills by becoming the leader of af Families . Because it is at good location and with best car.

Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I want to change this and I want to spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term. because i see in every gang that all member get 14 rank easily and don't know the rules. I will not promote anyone without knowledge of gangs and take a proper interview of high command so they can give small and basic training to every new comers in gang. Like how to ghetto clapping, highway robbery, etc.

Reason #3- I have support from 2-3 families who have been playing in Gangs from more than a year and some have also been a leader of many gangs. So I know they will help me in making my term one of the most active terms till now and I hope I will run the organization without any rule breaks and warns.

I will do max graffiti to increase Roleplay

I will hire maximum members to spread fear in whole Los Santos

We will do FZ raid and store robbery on daily basis

Reason 1: The first gang I joined after coming into the server was Ballas, I was very mesmerised with what I saw. People helping out each other, standing up for each other, it was very fun while it lasted and I embrace all moments I spent there. Now I want to do something for myself and build a legacy for myself in this esteemed server. My passion towards criminal roleplay motivates me to foster a great term.

Reason 2: I think of myself as a helper, I met my fam members not too long ago who helped me learn all the RP elements and fostered an interested within me towards roleplay. I want vagos in my term to be such a gang where people are connected and help each other out rather than bringing someone down. I want to help newbies to learn about criminal roleplay and experience criminal RP in detail.

Reason 3: I always like to look at things from a different perspective, this habit of mine allows me to look at a situation with unique POV's. Even if I am a leader and someone is facing any trouble in my org, I will look into that situation from a normal members POV, an HC's POV and completely understand the severity of a situation. This helps me to make better decisions and be precise with them.

1. Have an active org with max members.
2. Make sure to minimize rulebreaks which expotentially increases roleplay.
3. Have capable HC's and deputies who will ensure the smooth running of the org.

1) I have been playing Grand RP for about 1 or 1.5 years. I have experienced all the situations. I have been the high command in many gangs many times. Now I feel that I can manage the gang term very well, I have all the gang experience, now I want to be a leader of Families.

Reason#1 when i come to the city i join many gangs and i take fist knowledge how to handle the gang and some gangs I was a high command and before past term i am in the Families gang and i have very good knowledge about the gang and when I am in the gang i see many times fz raid and gun store and store robbery many times fail and i want to take a experience how to manage whole gang becoming the leader and to test my leader skill and when i becoming the leader of Families and I will teach all things to the gang member and rule also and how to work in the gang and i will try anyone not break any rule anything happen I will take a strict action and I will bring a strike system and fist strike warning and second Strike demotion and third strike fire from org and I will make this gang very best and I will come back fear of this gang again becoming The leader of Families and I have a very big plan to make a gang very good and and I have a some plans about store robbery and fz raid i will increase the max number can join every event and I have some more plans my all gang event will be successful and I will try anyone not break a mask rule break and maintain the RP situation
