2.1)I have worked under many gangs and am in high command and recently beacome deputy of Bloods and Ballas, so i know how to handles the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also have to gain experience and test my leadership skills by becoming a leader of families because the location of his gang is the best and so are his cars.
2.2)All the gangs have been very inactive for the last few months and the ghettos are also very empty most of the time. So I have to change all this and again create fear among everyone regarding the ghettos by making my term one of the most active terms because I have seen that in all the gangs everyone easily gets 14th rank and they do not even know any rules. In my term I will ensure that no one gets such rank, whoever deserves the rank will get the same rank so that all the guys get a chance to prove themselves.
2.3)I also have the support of 2-3 big families whose members are mostly in gangs and some of them have also been leaders, so I know those people will help me in making my term better and the most active term till now, without breaking any rules and without getting any warning.

2.1 : I want to Become Leader of Families I have a lot of experience in Gang as Under Deputy in all Gang's so I decided to take a leadership of gang and serve city as Families Leader and Make whole city fear of Families i notice that after Shivesh Term of Families families is not that much active and not showing there full power my main focus is on ghetto because citizens are losing there fear of ghetto i remember when i start playing no one will enter ghetto due to ghetto clapping by gangs 24/7 .

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa families .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .

- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .


- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting I also speak three languages ( english , arabic and french ) .

Ans.-

Reason #i am working under many gang and stayed as a highcommand so I know how to manage the whole gang and how a gang works. But I also wanna experience and test my leadership skills by becoming the leader of af Families . Because it is at good location and with best car.

Reason #2 - From past few months all the gangs are very inactive and ghetto is empty most of the times. So I want to change this and I want to spread fear of ghetto again by making my term one of the most active term. because i see in every gang that all member get 14 rank easily and don't know the rules. I will not promote anyone without knowledge of gangs and take a proper interview of high command so they can give small and basic training to every new comers in gang. Like how to ghetto clapping, highway robbery, etc.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

My goal is to actively participate in all gang events and attack an Ammunation daily with my members. Additionally, we aim to provide a high standard of roleplay during hostage situations to create unforgettable experiences for the state organizations, the hostages, and of course, for us. Since the roots of the Families are in the hood, their unique way of speaking often creates a humorous and memorable atmosphere, something I want to create together with my members, and of course, myself.

(i) I want to be the Leader because if you want to experienced the bad side of RP there is only way to join the illegal org and The Families had the best HQ and because of its Green color which always give the gangster vibes.
(ii) When I joined the city its only the Gangs which come in my mind or every single people. As i become the Deputy many times in different terms of gangs or also HC in legal org so I gained much to become the Leader of the Gang.

~ I will increase the activity inside the organization and willing to do 100% turf and also i will do the events everyday to make The Families most active gang in the city.
~ I will make such a good expereinced HC who will help me to make my term 100% successful or most active gang in the city.
~ Most the Leader just give HC to their friend but not those who actually deserved if i will get term i will not promote any kind of favoritism
~ I will try to do Graffiti profit more than 10k everyday or max clands profit
~ I will do often Hostage situation or Store robbery everyday to make my Gang most active in the city.

- 1 ) i spend much time in the families : ( as a high command in 6 terms , and help the leader to finish the weekly chalenges ) also i have a lot of memories with families cuz its my first gang .

- 2 ) i have a lot of friends :they can be under deputies but i Will be Keeping active deputy that have are previous leaders or have a great experience in gangs and know well how to manage the gangs iv . improve at doing roleplay at it's best ! When it comes to a kidnapping , robbing , or any type of illegal activity , I want to make it double more fun and exciting by taking a roleplay on another level . I'd like to have a different kind of teams in the gang ,for example,a team for robbing, team for kidnapping,team for going on ghetto patrols and doing graffitis , team of recruiters that are gonna get the best possible people in the gang , and of course , encourage new citizens in this city that have high ambitions to join The Families and etcetera! By making teams for each aspect of illegal life , I hope to achieve a better quality of spending time in the city.

- 5 ) Also in recent months I haven't seen many active gangs and the illegal side is very dormant so I need to bring back the illegal actions to make the roleplaying very good .





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa families .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .

- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .


- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting I also speak three languages ( english , arabic and french ) .

- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.
