A) Its been long since I have been playing in this server. Seeing new peoples don't know many rules and regulation of the server. I would love to teach them more about the server. And I want to experience how it feels to be a leader. I want to be participate in every global and every event which makes the legal org fun.

B) Giving more opportunity helps peoples to show their skills. And I'm been in SAHP from like 4 to 6 weeks. Being a leader increases more interaction between the leader and the employees. Interaction between leader and employee solves problems that employee suffer through. And I want to change everyone's vision that everyone should take SAHP org serious.

C) Communication skills also take place in this process. If people have a good communication skill it helps them to talk to anyone without any problem. And everyone should be treated equally with good behavior because sometimes higher rank peoples disrespect lower rank ones, I want this thing to end if I'm the leader.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

I can improve Roleplay level in organization by listening to everyone hearing there problems which they face in the server. I will try to be my best as a leader and make peoples RP fun. I will set a layout which the peoples have to accept in order to get higher rank. And I have some more plans for further if I get the opportunity to be a Leader.

I really want to become a leader of SAHP because it's been my home for a year. Being a part of SAHP has taught me so much about how it operates. I helped a lot of guys how to handle any situation and help many guys to become high command of SAHP as I have been with this org from a year.


I've got good experience as an Administrator in EN2 and more than 1.5 years working in law enforcement. This has given me the skills to know how to lead a team effectively. I believe I can bring this experience to SAHP to make the best term of all over EN 2.


Many leaders have seen their terms disbanded, but I have many innovative ideas to ensure success. I plan to enlist the support of former leaders, harnessing their expertise to make this term the most effective yet. My primary goal is to reinvigorate the organization, making it more active and responsive than ever before. I am ready to dedicating all of my time to this organizations.


3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

  1. IC'ly I'll do a lot of rp in finding and punishing corruption, and create a lot of rp combined with FIB
  2. No favoritism should be aloud all trooper should work properly and should well know about SAHP
  3. Troopers will be well trained and well known and should do proper rp
  4. I will deploy maximum units at events and make the org active
  5. There should be more patrolling in highways and to to increase the risk for breaking traffic rules
  6. We will do a lot of events for the citizens and the units of SAHP this will create a lot of opportunity for events
  7. High Bonus! We will give max bonus the active units, Me and my deputies are ready to give bonus for active people of org and recognize them


Departments:-

  1. Task Force:- This department will work as a undercover and help to take evidences, and will carry heavy weapons and will be first units of any spec ops
  2. Human Resource:- This department will work to hire peoples and giving training, HC of this department should know everything about the org and how org function
  3. HWP:- This department will do highway patrolling and make highways clean and safe for driving, HC of this department should know the basics of Pursuiting someone
  4. Internal Affairs:- This department is in-charge of making sure that all troopers have license and HC of this org will do internal investigation of the org
  5. K-9:- This department will work for finding contrabands and drugs, hc of this departmentwill respond to contrabands and drugs calls and find drugs and take a K-9 unit (Dog) with them (edited)

I am interested in applying for the position of leader in the SAHP. I hold great admiration for the work that SAHP performs on the server. I have had the privilege of serving in the SAHP for three terms, each time holding a high-command position. Additionally, I have served as a deputy in one term. My experience extends to other organizations as well, having served as a deputy of NG three times, deputy of LSPD once, leader of FIB once, leader of NG once, and holding high command positions in nearly all of these organizations.

Secondly, I want to ensure that SAHP is being maintained at a high level of RP because, like LSPD or FIB, it is a police organization that needs attention and is crucial to the server function, especially because without great Police Roleplay Crime RP would be jeopardized as well. Especially important to mention is that SAHP has to cover the most territory on the map of any organization.

Lastly, I want to be leader once again since I want to prove that great leaders are still out there and I want to renew my name and be known by newer players the same way I was known by the old ones.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

At its core, Police RP must be realistic, otherwise, it serves no purpose.

As the leader of the SAHP, I will ensure that there are no Non-RP officers within our ranks. The HRT team will operate with the efficiency and excellence of a top-tier organization. I will personally review and evaluate each member of the organization.

I would like to introduce an improved set of SAHP rankings and departments. These must remain both realistic and functional.

SRT (Special Response Team)

The Special Response Team will be a division that Requires special skills to be a part of.
The Special Response Team will do weekly training to see if they are still fit to be in the division,
One of the things this division will be in charge of is negotiations, They will be trained to talk to criminals To make sure that hostages will be released home safely.
The second thing this division will be in charge of is Ghetto patrols, we will train the Special Response Team to think and act fast in critical situations to make sure that we do not lose any officers when entering the ghetto.

HR&T (Human Resources & Training)
Human resources will be the division that will set SAHP's future, human resources will be the division that will be responsible for all of the things going on inside the organization.
The first thing they will be responsible for is recruitment, recruitment drive will be done 2 times a week to make sure that everyone in the city who wants to be an SAHP officer will get the opportunity to be Recruited into the organization.
The second thing they will be responsible for will be training all the cadets with special training to make sure that every cadet will master his job and will achieve all the confidence he needs.
The third thing the HR team will be in charge of is Internal Affairs. They will make sure that every officer is doing his job perfectly with all the professionalism needed, they will do so by doing weekly logs, bodycam, and all other inspections needed.
They will also be responsible for Case files against officers within SAHP to make sure SAHP is doing everything by the book and make sure that no law’s Internal/external are being broken.

ATOM (All Terrain Operations & Mechanics)
All Terrain Operations division's purpose will be putting special officers through a couple of intensive training sessions for them to gain some necessary skills to perfectly control Air, land, and Water transports.
The objective of this division will be providing information about specific situations, and passing the information found to other organizations in the area.

GIU (Gang Intelligence Unit)
The Gang Intelligence Unit will be in charge of gathering evidence for the FIB.
They will do daily city and state Investigations and even act if needed.
There will be special and intense training for the new Gang Intelligence Unit members to make sure they are ready to go into the field and catch some criminals.

1) As I got enough experience in the legal orgs and I worked as a deputy leader of SAHP and LSPD both and in SAHP I worked as the cadet to understand and learn many things to learn it with my experience and in SAHP, I have served more than 8 terms facing many ups and downs, so by this my experience got increased now I want to continue growing this by Gaining the Experience of Leader.

1) I would create a more in-depth Training program where I would personally work with the FTO division where we could make a more successful training program. By doing this the organization will get fewer rule breaks which will result in better RP. I would build a training system where all members of the FTO Division will be graded every week and the first position will receive a Price.

2) I would make the best people Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Department who will give the best training to the people of their Department, They all will be surprived by the Team of Chief Commanders, Which would result in a better RP.

3) Me and my Under Sheriffs will take a Surprise Test of all the High Commands to Check if they are eligible for their position we would conduct Promotion Ceremony on Every Sunday, and bonus will be given according to the work of units so they get what they deserve.

I've been a leo for a long time(in EN 1 and En 3) ,Ive seen SAHP in high time to low times, Started from the bottom as a trainee, been in fields, Learned,explored,Ive dedicated my half of the career as a police man, and served the city with loyalty and honesty.I know the ins and out of the organization and I’m ready to dedicate my time and passion as a leader.

a) Build a Org with numbers and retention
Increasing numbers and activity retention is two critical, but challenging steps – an established recruitment schedule with a cohesive training plan
SAHP recruitment process has evolved over the months and is in a position where minor tweaks are required to provide a more sustainable outcome. The first is to create a mandatory policy where any officers from a nominated rank and above, are required to support in the upskilling of new recruits. This is governed by an extensive High Command structure ensuring upskilling of cadets is swift and completion will result in greater opportunities being presented. (Structure discussed further below)
This leads into the second component where training is evolved to include an end of Academy exam (Forms Quiz) that supports their practical review and assessment if they are 'fit for duty.
b) Offer greater opportunity across the various time zones (Working smarter, not harder…)
In all organizations, retention is one of the most challenging tasks across all time periods. This I believe could be mitigated by creating a time-zone specific department structure where an β€˜in-city’ AM and PM High Command is created essentially doubling critical leadership positions to ensure continued recruitment, training, specialist activities continue to flourish with consistent numbers.

This extension then gives officers more opportunity for promotions and is governed by a Sheriff, Undersheriff, and Deputy Chiefs who ensure each time period's requirements are met.
c) Improve progression desires through greater communications

This talks to the passion I have to create an organization where fellow officers enjoy their time at SAHP, with a desire to progress through the ranks in the various departments.

To evolve this space requires clear visibility of requirements for progression (Cadet to Chief) and creates a desire for officers to reach certain milestones that open eligibility for promotions, specialist roles, etc.

Through this aspect, it will allow us to celebrate success, hold interactive internal events and more importantly coach and guide those who need assistance.
3)I have many ideas on changing and improving roleplay within the organization , which are listed below:

3.1 Ranking System


As we can notice in most of the servers Rank is a mess and that's why we would have only 20 ranks and every rank would have its dedicated work and no duplicates. I have posted pic of my ranking system below

3.2 SAHP Sub Divisions

a) SRU:-
Strategic Response Unit , it brings a tactical asset to the department that adds an increased level of service to the public. Comprised of highly trained deputies, the SRU is tasked with quickly and effectively dealing with criminal activity, as well as growing crime trends throughout Paleto Bay and Blaine County.

As part of their mission, the SRU is tasked with traffic enforcement, fugitive apprehension, and direct tactical responses when the situation calls for it. When additional law enforcement assets are needed to address specific issues, the SRU is then brought in.

b)US Marshals:-The Marshals Service is responsible for apprehending wanted fugitives, providing protection for the federal judiciary, transporting federal prisoners, protecting endangered federal witnesses, and managing assets seized from criminal enterprises

c) The Street Crimes Unit aims to investigate and prosecute Los Santos's most dangerous criminals and gangs, as it strives for an average closure time of one week across all of its case files.

d)Highway Patrol:- It has primary patrol jurisdiction over all San Andreas highways and roads and streets outside city limits, and can exercise law enforcement powers anywhere within the state

e)Personnel and Training Bureau:- It is in charge of recruiting, observing and training Troopers/sheriff for the SAHP. This is a division where the SAHP train the trooper's of tomorrow.

3.3 An β€˜OOC’ Leader session with both LEOs and Gangs/Families
  • I believe this could be a great opportunity to discuss from each party what works well and what opportunities we have from an RP POV
  • I think creating a forum (safe environment) where we can discuss hot topics OOC could open the door to creating better RP
3.4 Utilizing alternative RP actions in internal activities such as training and social events using the greater Grand RP world
  • A few examples could be to implement a physical test within the department utilizing the athletics track. This could be anything from a running course to creating β€˜TRY’ actions to clean weapons, throw objects, etc
3.5 The evolution of specialty departments – SCU, Canine, SRU, etc
  • This one for me is about utilizing specialized equipment to create a more engrossing experience when completing standard activities
  • Create a Detective unit specializing in drug search utilizing air one and 4x4 vehicles
  • Create a canine unit that supports drug searches, traffic stops, etc
  • Establish SRU certification for approved officers
3.6 Bonuses and Promotions
~To keep up the positivity and the people happy by treating them fairly. Promotions will be given according to time and efforts given by the people. Each and every department will be given weekly bonuses as they achieve their goals.

3.7 PDA & Bodycam
~We would be implementing these 2 things in our training process. /do Connects PDA to SAHP Cloud. as PDA is counted OOC info and to convert it to IC we have to do this else everything we see through PDA is invalid. and for Bodycam I would be implementing strict punishments if anyone is found without Bodycam or without commands like /do,/me etc.

I am very enthusiastic and I am a team player who works with upmost optimism and I will make SAHP officers proud of me as a good leader. I know you guys will make the correct decision.

i) I have alot of experience in SAHP, I am in SAHP from past 1 year, i have gained alot of experinece i was Sherrif also beofre and i want to gain more experinece as a leader of orgnization and being leader requires individuals to develop a decision making as quick as possible and problem solving and i have that and i want to give it to the orgnization.

ii) SAHP was the first orgnization that i joined when i came in city and with my extensive experiecne of 15 terms of SAHP and 3 to 4 temrs of other legel orgnization it gives me mortal responsibilty to serve for orgnization once again.

- I soon discovered that the SAHP was the greatest place for me to use my skills after joining the city. I've had wonderful adventures and met wonderful individuals over the years. I moved up the ranks via perseverance. I'm excited for the new challenge of leading our community as sheriff and changing public perception of SAHP.

- Expanding possibilities makes it possible for people to demonstrate their abilities. During my first week at SAHP, I've observed that leadership improves communication and assists in resolving employee concerns. So i want make my roleplay skill much better by before and also want much growth in my roleplay

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1. Enhance communication skills , Effective role-playing requires clear and concise communication. As communication plays a very important role to perform a very good roleplay so first of all i will try to improve the communication among all the HWP officers for the better roleplay.

2. Develop empathy and emotional, I am trying to Enhance the empathy among the officers for the better understanding and as well for the better roleplay among all the officers, By doing so, you can engage in more realistic and impactful role-playing experiences.

3. As a leader i will try to supervise all my department by my own and also enhance all the officers to follow the chain of commands as chain of commands is very important , as a leader I will try give my much time to select the officers for the specify positions by this there is betterment in roleplay as well as its good for org .
And I will fix a specific day and time for meeting and ceremony and gives bouns to the officers who is doing well

2.1: I have served State Organizations as High Command for a very long time, so I understand its responsibilities, challenges, and work culture very well. This extensive experience helps me identify and solve problems effectively. I know what it takes to keep the Term running smoothly and efficiently.

2.2: During my time in this organization, I've witnessed various problems and mistakes such as irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, and poor communication among members. These issues harm the organization's realism and role-playing experience. My main priority is to fix these errors and follow the rules that protect role-play.

2.3: My team and I will try to create the appropriate and preferred environment for all SAHP fans and members who wish to participate in this term. Choosing troops will be done carefully and after making sure they know all the basic rules that protect the RP. 3.1: I will make a good and active HR team so that they can hire more people for the day and night shift.

3.2: I emphasize the importance of equipping my units essential skills such as effective skills such as handling of ghetto patrols and managing hostage situation with care. By providing training in these critical areas, I ensure that my team is prepared to navigate challenging circumstances safely and responsibly.

3.3: Every Sunday, there will be a ceremony to promote officers, and I'll give bonuses to those who work hard. It's important to acknowledge their efforts to boost morale and dedication, making sure everyone feels valued in our team.

1. Because of my experience in RP, I have seen a lot of things that need to be changed in SAHP that, if done correctly, can greatly benefit SAHP and other state organizations. I have also made a lot of smart and knowledgeable contacts because of my time in RP, who can assist me with it. With the help of experts and my team, I can make SAHP a better and more active organization and ensure that it is operating efficiently. I would also bring in old SAHP veterans to ensure that I maintain quality while maintaining quantity, and with a good combination of both

2.I have served as the General of NG twice and as the High command lot of times. As a result, I know exactly what to do in the event of an NG raid, and I can maintain a good working relationship with NG without any issues. Additionally, my experience as the Deputy Governor has given me insight into the political process and the best ways to support GOV in its operations, such as encashment. I also have good relations with the LSPD because I have worked there and many of my former coworkers and friends are also there. I can also have excellent relationships with all organizations and have numerus tactics to combat them because I was a gang leader.

3I also have the support of many large families and individuals. Thanks to my connections, I have some excellent experts and people who can handle situations well. With them and my experience, it will be a very good term. Because I am a former lawyer, I have read and understand the law. In addition, I have two other former lawyers with me who will protect my units from any wrongdoing and from being targeted. We will also be able to provide them with better training by teaching them some extra things and making new training document that will help them with their work. Moreover, I will shield all of my units from any unjust punishment while maintaining justice and refraining from corruption.

1.
making new training regime: i have noticed that lot of units even after the training they do not understand lot thing and do mistake so to prevent that i will make new training document and also taking test after that and monitoring it for any wrong doings

2. Org Bonding: i believe giving them speeches before going for operation or if emergency doing it on radio to boost moral of my units and make sure they stay here make bonds and memories and not only for money also we can also do fun trips and i would have big promotion ceremony depending on there work

3. doing work realistically: i would make sure they use radio there guns with responsibility and care and doing it with proper rp and do there work that suit the rp and also making it fun

My Department:

IA ( internal affair: this department will handle Logs and paperwork of units and making sure they are in discipline and will handle any complaints against my units

HRT( Hiring and training ) : this department will handle the hirining of new units as training them as well member of HRT must be able to handle work load and be professional

Swat: This is the most important department due to its very hard training regime that not everyone passΓ© also having high morality rate and work of the department will be to response to any and all emergency in the State and also helping any operation by other department and member of department must have very good weapon knowledge and good mastery over there weapon and stealth while knowing how to handle negotiation and keep situation contained

Highway Patrol: this department will be doing highway parole and also air pratol to and can request help of Swat if needed
