  1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
The organization I enjoy the most will remain LSPD because I really helped create a great term as deputy, I gained friendships and experiences. I tried to do the best and attracted people's support. I want to be a leader because I can do the same things as a leader Secondly, I can say that I am friendly and having this experience as a leader makes me perfect for this role. And I am disciplined and I want the legacy of the organization to remain the same since the first day I took the leadership of the organization. Thirdly , I think LSPD is a very important organization in this city because it offers the foundation for the security of the entire city and therefore it’s so crucial to all people as we would like our city safe from all forms of crime.
  1. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
My own organization needs more officers who would use RP commands and people who can smoothly run RP; for instance, someone being told his/her rights, taking medical requests, handcuffed arrests. i will make sure that my hcs are ready for it if I become a leader. Also, I will be always following through the tasks and events of the organization as well as assisting in involving LSPD. Besides, I will remind LSPD staff about the importance of their bodycams and its need to be working while they are on duty and I will urge my IAs to check it. Moreover, becoming close friends with other leaders to improve the city’s conditions is an option, so doing what is required from me for the protection of the city by putting into practice such actions or events that organizations have to do. Departments are going to be created inside the LSPD. The heads of such departments will be people who have been law enforcement officers before. I will control them all myself and my deputies, that is those who were chairmen or vice-chairmen in the past, will be the best person among anyone else after me. They are very prepared for this now. In case I go on leave or I am not available they become the most powerful individuals within my absence. I will ensure participation in all events for which I am responsible in my organisation. LR 1.9 included. I will show the power of the police department to the whole city at all the events that LSPD has to do. Because I already did this during my term as deputy. and I will do it again. I will ensure that everyone in my organization does their best to keep RP at the top.

A. I started my journey in the city two years ago when I joined as a doc officer. After working in the doc for some time, I got transferred to the fib. I gained a lot of experience in the fib, rising through the ranks to the high command. With multiple experiences under my belt, that help me a lot as LSPD leader.

B. I aim to create a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere at the LSPD by arranging bonuses, events, and contests to keep morale high and maintain interest among the team. It's about fostering a sense of camaraderie and excitement.

C. Fancy titles aren't my focus; what's important is ensuring every member of the LSPD feels valued and appreciated. I'm dedicated to building a warm and encouraging setting where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.

A. Set up a good stable and strict hierarchy in games so that new players are properly supervised.

B. Before recruiting a new member, ask them several questions related to the regulation about a legal orgs.

C. I would also aim to achieve a maximum of RP scene as LSPD whether it be hostage situation or Robbery of 24/7 or Gunstore Robbery and etc.

D. Every good move of the Officer will be rewarded in the form of money and promotion to a higher rank.

  • I would like to be the of LSPD as I believe I have the experience to uphold and maintain the level of RP that LSPD can do, LSPD has the potential to bring GREAT RP into this server and think I'm the best guy to do so, LSPD has had many great leaders in there time and i believe i can bring a new set of eyes to the ORG with some intresting things.

  • I have been in many ORGS in the past year playing Grand RP , From a Private in NG and Rookie in LSPD and working hard and climbing the ranks . I believe with this experiences I will be able to adhere to any and all situations and ranks and make it a comfortable experience for all.

  • And from my past experience i will be always with LEO orgs and preety much active to learn everything and i had seen lot of things in lspd so that might be changed and always take cares of your officers and gave importance to them so its might be a fun term with strict rules.

    3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in the organisation:

    so i need to encouraging the units to do more Proactive policing rather than inactive policing by this i mean trying to get LSPD more involved in the city and the peoples lives and actually preventing crime rather than just, I will also take care of the people's needs.

    My biggest change is making there be only one primary division. I believe focusing efforts on both patrolling and towing creates more activity in the city. It also helps clear up congestion and keep the cities safer, especially from the often reckless drivers the city streets experience. I will create an effective bonus program that encourages positive activities within the department. You should be rewarded for doing your duties.

    And i wants to add something new for promotions for that we will be set targets for all ranks below High commands and when they compleate that from the confirmation of High commands they will be promoted to the next rank with a bonus amount and it was more intresting to complete the tasks and help for fair promotions.

  • Making sure than not guilty people dont go to prison by giving good training to new officers.
By focusing on these areas, I can make the LSPD work towards building stronger relationships with the community, improving public safety, and increasing trust and confidence in law enforcement.

Internal Affairs - The Internal Affairs Department, my personal favourite department due to it being the backbone of the organisation. Makes sure that organisation runs smoothly in the background by keeping check off the logs, backgrounds, licences, etc.
Human Resources - The Human Resource Department is the training department which makes sure that all new officers are trained in a proper way and don't make mistakes. They also manage hiring people.
S.W.A.T. - Special Weapons and Tactics is the department which busts cannabis does security operations and make sure to kill criminals ASAP.
Traffic Enforcement - This is the normal department which gives fines, arrests people and tows away vehicles.
Detective - This department may use a type of organisation clothes which don't have LSPD written on them and try to blend into the public to catch criminals.

First of all a leader is someone who is responsible to look after each and every thing but none of the organisation leaders are doing it properly in the city so, I wanted to become cop leader to take care of LSPD organisation with proper rules & regulations as per the state legislation and make los santos a crime free city as possible as I can.
  2. Second point as a leader I will try to reach every individual from rank 1 (suspended) to rank 29 (deputy) if they have any issues within the organisation and I will give promotions on basis of their knowledge and Experience to maintain a balance in the organisation.
  3. Atlast I have started my journey from senior trooper in SAHP then I have experienced in all leos in the city in last term I was the Assistant Chief of Police in LSPD and so I know how things work and as a leader I can introduce new and better bonuse systems as well as strict disciplinary actions.

  1. Providing proper awareness about the general rules and regulations of LSPD so that people can avoid mistakes and not get themselves in trouble.

2 Three reasons why i want to become leader

1:-I started as a soldier, then switched to the LSPD, which I love. I've been with them for four terms, moving up to assistant chief twice and deputy chief once. I've also led in the FIB and served as a Minister of State. Now, I'm the chief commander in SAHP. Throughout my journey, I've gained valuable experience and honed my leadership skills. My time in different roles has taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and adaptability. I'm committed to serving and protecting the community to the best of my abilities.

2:- In my leadership style, I believe in leading by example, so I always strive to work alongside my fellow officers as a regular officer would. This approach motivates our entire team to stay dedicated and focused on their work

3:- Having served as a high-ranking member in other organizations, I understand the importance of collaboration. 1) Human Resource Team:
The Human Resources Team serves as the cornerstone of the LSPD, fueling its vitality and efficacy. We oversee recruitment, training, and regulations, striving to maintain a dynamic and capable force. Our mission is to identify skilled individuals, foster participation, and ensure the continued vibrancy and effectiveness of the LSPD.

2) Internal affairs: The Internal Affairs department of the LSPD makes sure everyone is honest and fair. We check logs, backgrounds, and bodycams to catch any bad behavior. We also make sure everyone has the right licenses and insurance. Our job is to keep the LSPD running smoothly and make sure everyone follows the rules.

3) Public Relation : The Public Relations team of the LSPD works to make sure everyone gets along with the police. We organize events like " fashion shows, races, and car/bike shows to bring everyone together. At these events, we announce winners to celebrate and make our community stronger. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels connected and supported by the LSPD.

4) Specialized unit :
The Specialized Unit in the LSPD deals with gang-related emergencies. We respond quickly to robberies, bust illegal cannabis operations, chase wanted criminals, and gather evidence against gangs. Our job is to keep our communities safe from organized crime.

My Advice for improving RolePlay within LSPD is to bring strong leadership a lot of recent leaders have not truly made LSPD Term. So if I got I would make LSPD the best Org seen with good numbers and attending Max Events at all times. my last bit of advice to improve RolePlay is to recruit people who aren't big rule breakers and bring in people who know what they are doing or willing to learn at all cost. thanks again for reading my application hope you consider me for LSPD.

ii ) Establishing strong relationships is fundamental for organizational success. To maximize our potential, I prioritize fostering positive connections with state organizations, promoting teamwork and minimizing conflicts to enhance overall performance. Collaborative efforts will not only improve roleplay dynamics but also create an exciting and positive atmosphere. Additionally, I recognize the importance of a familial bond within our own organization. By treating our employees like family, learning from mistakes, and enjoying our time together, we aim to cultivate a thriving environment that contributes to organizational success and an engaging work experience.

iii) I would also like to make the patrol department very active with high numbers so that every 911 call is accepted and responded as quick as possible. For ATM, house and car robberies, you will need active officers patrolling on duty to respond and reach on time to make the city safe and clean. I have a few ideas to make this go smoothly.

-Divisions

Head of Traffic Enforcement Units ( TEU ) -
it is your responsibility to maintain everything towing and keep the streets clean. Assist with the towing of newer towers and towers that may be in trouble. Can only drive designated vehicles when other towers require assistance on the RP radio; otherwise, must recruit new towers and teach the towing method for this period.

Head of Human Resource ( HR ) - to set up and staff to assist in training any new members or old members who need a refresher. Will also hire old members from previous terms to previous rank or where deemed fit. Training may be required or a FTP test, before proceeding to gain previous ranks.

Head of Anti Terrorism Squad ( ATS ) - Should he choose to accept, he will be the head of ATS, in command of swat procedures, protocol, and members. Head of ATS and the Deputy head of ATS will take the lead in any store robbery or hostage situation.

Crime Investigation Department ( CID ) - where he will develop a strong UC skill with the other members of the Detective departments. Also, with Fib's consent, we will meet once a week for a meeting of the minds to talk over evidence that can assist us get fresh leads and methods of doing so, which we will subsequently teach to the other swat members.

Head of IA ( Iternal Affairs ) - the position will entail email presences where issues within the org will be brought forward and will need to demonstrate a professional matter when handling professional misconducts and so forth. If any member of the organization requires assistance, IA will be the one to discard your thoughts about where and when you could or did go wrong.
