in my view, NG is a exceptional legal org I can take a look at myself, and what kind of leader I could be in this business enterprise. I need to bring more RP in NG and I will attempt to do something it takes to do so because lately LEO-s commonly weren't following RP guidelines in the right way so if I get in NG I can try to make everything in RP way. Now I can communicate approximately my experience in Grand Rp EN 2: I was in LSPD, NG Major, EMS HC, and GOV HC too and on this server I used to be in an I now I've very huge revel in. I'm able to educate the new
people on the way to work with the crew and how NG works and they may study more records from this organization.

3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization

1) every employee has to know the rules and we will test them every Friday. also we will hardly check bodycams and Logs.
2) we will have special shooting hours when we will shoot and get our tactics better in the arena ( in fort zancudo). we will have great contacts and collaborations with other orgs. we will do many events.
3) we will add some departments ( air, Gate, special team) special team will be hardly trained soldiers who will go on the front line of fz raids and robberies if other orgs will accept that.

I have been in the city from a long time, during that time I have been in many org either legal or illegal. I have been in NG as Lt.General, in Luka's terms Also he was in LOA for some days so i was managing org and as per my perspective, Currently i am deputy of Marabunta it's given me enough experience to become a leader of this great organization.

2:- Areas of correction
2.1:- I had worked in gangs and legal organizations, i noticed that some of the organizations promoted/favored their friend and family members rather than giving chance to once who deserve it. This following reason leads to affect people's minds and they leave the organization, which affects the organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at the best level so people also enjoy their job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, I will try to make the radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at a high level.

2.2:- I have seen the current rank system in NG and as per my view it is messed up, so if I get the opportunity to become the leader of the national guard I will change the rank system not actually change but in a clean way

2.3 People of NG are working day and night to protect Fort Zancudo, so they deserve appreciation in terms of bonuses and promotion

2.4 I saw sometime like soldiers are not present at gate duty, So i will try my best to keep minimum 2 People in each gates (North gate and South Gate)

2.5 Legal Orgs ask for ammo run and some time because of not enough units we were not able to give them. If i became leader then they will get instant order delivery.

3;- Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays a very crucial role in different scenarios either in a global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs. Furthermore, during the haptic situations, people become confused about what to do and what not which makes confusion during raids and global
For example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employees follow them, and no one is left at the gates which gives a very positive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ I will try to impose very good coordination between each other

3.1 Bodycam checks by Internal Affairs randomly and to make sure everyone have their body cams on even if they are just doing gate duties (Last 5 minutes)

3.2 Training everyone in the national guard about the use of PDA as many of the High Commands need that training also about a few things.

3.3 Active use of radio and only important things to be transmitted through the radio while on raid hours.

3.4 High commands and Soldiers would be responsible for the troops on their duty timings, for example if there is a HC on-duty and multiple troops he would be responsible to give them orders regarding gate duties and guarding the base, and to communicate with anyone regarding any situation same goes for Soldiers if he is on-duty he would be responsible for everyone going on the base.

3.5 HC and Soldiers would have to focus on laws getting sanctioned by the government and to check what’s going on in the city and in the county.

3.6 Focus on the quality of National Guard members rather than the quantity.

2.1-)I've had good experiences with ng and I've had high command experience every time, so I know how things work, have a deep understanding of what the General's presence is and how effective you can be in certain ways, and I want to put the knowledge I've gained into practice.

2.2-)the new city has been growing alot but the professionalism and understanding of rules in past terms haven't improved much i want to make a healthy and friendly relation with all members along with teaching them cores of how to be more professional,make ng more active and minimize the rule breaks.

2.3-)to lead one of states org you have to do everything fair and seriously and ill try me best to lets our units have fair , serious and funny RP game play with new events , rules , ng laws and new divisions

My advice to improve rp:-
3.1-) I will always offer an active patrol and active training that the air force will mobilize.
3.2-)I'll keep the military police more active and really get them to do their job (so they won't be there as decorations)
3.3-) Strengthen Relations among other LEOs and arrange meetings to strategize each mission as needed and teach trigger discipline to all of my members with the standard 3 warning policy.
3.4-) Training is done to improve our fighting skills with other leos and this strengthens the bonds between us ( with LEOS)
3.5-) High-ranks will check NG warehouse everday and if ammunitions low in warehouse, ammo run will do.
3.6-) Every employee of NG who has enough rank for it, they will patrol atNG base.
3.7-) I will teach every employee what is NG purpose and what is the rules of it also I will recruit people who knows rules already.
3.8 -) I will make it do the military police internal affairs task more often, like bodycam check guard check.
3.9-)Ng will be more cautious against incoming raids and there will be at least 2 people at the gates and at least 1 car patrolling in the base.

(1) I want to be leader of National Guard because I want to protect the state of san andreas, I want to help the legal organizations such as FIB, SAHP, LSPD, to always have ammunition at their disposal, I have been in all the legal organizations so I know how it feels to not have ammunition due not National Guard not doing what they are supposed to.

(2) I want to make sure that we always have as many people as possible to any event that we are needed at, I want to assure that whenever legal organizations need support that we will be there to assist to the best of our ability.

(3) I want to make sure that fort zancudo is always under surveillance 24/7 so that we can always stand guard towards any attacks or obstacles that come our way, I want to make nobody wants to try to attempt to mess with the National Guard.

I would start by doing active ammo shipments daily and whenever legal organizations need them, I also would try to give out bonuses as often as possible to make others feel motivated on the line of duty, I would like to have combat practice in the arena every so often to insure that everyone has something to do and to not feel bored, I want to make multiple divisions for whatever type of life the soldiers of National Guard want to live, I want there to be a division for everyone to feel like they have something to do within National Guard regardless if it is within the air force, or within being a navy seal. To assure that everyone has a place where they feel appreciated to be apart of the National Guard.

1) i was MAJOR in server #2, managed to learn how National Guard Works, Operates and Reacts to different situations, i am looking for a more Realistic National Guard, since not only NG is lacking in training, other orgs are too.

Why you want to be NG Leader?
2) I am Experienced in Tactical Combat, Formations, Vehicles , Air to Ground Support, Heavy fire support, Armament and most importantly in discipline, i was part of the 55th Delta Squad wich focuses in mass military operations.

3)I also have the idea for a Special Operations unit, Called the Royal Regiment of San Andreas, wich will be the most feared unit in the whole state, this people will have different tasks, such as attending kidnapp situations of Max Priority, Search and Destroy missions, overseas situations and many more

I want to become the leader of NG as following-

A) A) I always wanted to serve and protect my country from terrorists. I have a lot of experience in state organisations and I have been in NG for a while, and I noticed that NG has a lot of potential but has never been used properly. Some guys underestimate. I would like to say NG is one of the strongest organisations as during any martial law, NG leads the city. In the absence of GOV, NG gets the most power and gets the ability to control the city.

B) NG is one of the best organizations, but in order to move it to the top, I need to make the following changes:
i) Improving Military Police, ii) Using aircraft, iii) Devoting more time to military training, iv) Expanding NG by collaborating with other state organizations, v) Spreading a better understanding of NG so that more people will join, and so on.

C) Outstanding city duties: NG has a lot of duties to do but something they won't be able to fulfill, like-providing ammos to other state orgs, defending NG base, more guards on both the gates, proper base patrol with armed vehicles, helping on most priority situations, etc. Without fulfilling these duties, state organisations won't be able to defend themselves from gangs or civil attacks. All these duties are very simple to do with proper management and I believe that I CAN DO THIS.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• Utilizing all the things that we have given- The Air Force would be the best option in several situations, but I have no idea why the air force division is no longer active.
  
  
• Good training- We will train all new soldiers and will teach them the basics like communication, good tactics, arena training, etc. to make them perfect in their duty to do for the country.
  
  
• Better shifts management- To get more soldiers to guard the gates, we need to make regular shifts because a soldier cannot protect the gates alone. Better shifts mean better coordination and better results when getting attacked. I have seen some inactivity when LEOs ask for ammo runs because sometimes they don't have units to do so. Better duty shifts can solve this issue, and ammo could be provided anytime when requested.
  
  
• Making rp realistic- We have seen how the real army works. Being at base is boring. A simple solution is to add some real army activities to RP, like military concerts, court-martials, and better non-commission officer and commission officer coordination in the org to make it very realistic.
  
  
• NG hosted events- We have got a massive base and can be used for many things like hosting events and enjoying with all the state org members (also EMS in non lethal events) like: best air pilot, best sky diver, high grade military ceremony, inspirational speech from clappers of the state explaining how they work, best stunt driver, regular practice for hostage evacuation plans, etc. which I believe would be so amazing and enjoyable as well. Just try to imagine how much fun it would be, plus it would level up the RP experience in the org and outside of it as well.

2. I Want To Be The Leader Of The National Guard Because Of The Following Reasons :

(I) In the last few terms, NG has been doing good work. I will make sure that NG continues to perform well and I will try my best to make it even a better org. During Marshal Law, NG gets the most power including Military Court. I will implement these facilities to the fullest extent.

(II) Divisions under the last few generals were good, but I would like to introduce a few new divisions.
Divisions I will have in the org are :-

(A) Air National Guard / Air Force
(B) Homeland Security
(C) Special Forces
(D) Recruitment and Retention (RR)

(III) Rules I would like to introduce in NG are :-

(A) Respect - Everyone in national guard starting from private till general should respect everyone in the org. I will make sure that no high commands will tease/make fun of juniors.

(B) Protecting my soldiers - As a general, I will make sure that there is no comrade left behind. We should protect ourselves then only we can protect others. I will also be taking suggestions from my soldiers in order to make NG a better org.

(C) If a high command of another organization wants to join NG, I will make sure that he/she does not get a high rank in NG. I will not tolerate favoritism. If ex NG wants to join back, I cannot guarantee the same rank, but he/she will get a good rank.

3 My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization are :-

(I) Introducing Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) and Commissioned Officers (CO). NCOs will be from rank Sergeant 1st class and till Sergeant Major, CO will be from rank 2nd Lieutenant till General. CO's order should be obeyed.

(II) Divisional Improvements :-

(A) Air National Guard / Air Force -
--> Scouting area near the FZ in order to give intel on a raid.
--> Provide air support to special forces during Global events.
(B) Homeland Security
--> US Marshal - Help other orgs to execute the warrants and patrol in the economical influence zone (EIZ) of fort zanduco in search of any illegal activities. Also, USM will help SAHP to patrol the highway.
--> IAA (International Affairs Agency) - Help FIB to collect evidence for a case file, and give intel to NG soldiers about any possible raid.
(C) Special Forces
--> SASD (Special Sea and Air Division) - SASD units will respond the quickest to globals such as active 10-10's and hostage situations as well as conducting ghetto patrols. In short, SASD will do all the things done by special forces of a country.
--> Combat Rescue Medics (CRM) - They will provide medical help to the soldiers in need. They will keep Medkits and pills in stock for emergencies. CRM will be like EMS with Guns.
(D) Recruitment and Retention (RR)
--> Field Training Division - They will recruit and train people.
--> Military Police - Internal Affairs of NG, they will search people's trunks for any illegal stuff, and conduct a regular checks for gun licenses and health insurance.

(III) Introducing Military Court - in absence of GOV, all the 10-15s should be delivered to Military Court if they want a lawyer.

(IV) I will make sure that all of my soldiers get a fair promotion. No favoritism will be tolerated in my term.


At last, I would like to say that there will be many new and interesting things happening in the org. I will make NG the strongest org Los Santos has ever seen.

1) I would like to be leader of National Guard due to helping other orgs when needed with ammo runs, ghetto patrol, highway breakouts and more I feel I can lead these events with 100% expertise, kindness and professionalism.

2) I believe NG is always on top even behind the scenes I will make sure all orgs communicate to have a successful term with loads of ammo runs as I feel you can never have enough due to my past experiences.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization!

1) Well due to NG mostly in base I would like to change that and make it some sort of way to include interactions between the army and citizens like Army tryouts, over the couple of months of being in orgs I feel National Guard and Lifeinvader can find a way work together to make videos for the residents of Los Santos I have more information about this once I become leader.

2) We all know other orgs hate NG because there is never any ammo runs but I will change this with high command in all timezone so we will always have someone available.

3) It's hard to communicate with other leaders of orgs due to people leaking information so I will make a IC chat in our email for leader and leaders only FIB, LSPD, SAHP I would like to discuss more in the interview.

4) I am very big on professionalism so I will make sure events are done professionally and the people who take part do it properly no errors or mistakes should occur when hosting these events.

5) I have many new department and ranks to make the quality next level! (In my doc I linked a little bit of examples)

Here is some qualities everybody must follow:

1) Always treating people with dignity and respect.

2) Earning and building the trust of your Soldiers, civilians, peers, families, leaders, and the public.

I) I have been in NG for almost 4 months and by the end I was serving as Private under Kazuto leadership.
I aim to make NG even more efficient with the new Squad system that got implemented so that we can move to missions quicker than even. Even during the last terms, I have proven my ability to handle lots of stress and pressure in important missions (and during all the normal duty missions like ammo run/subs/Bank/Aircraft etc..).
and I believe I can make sure that NG stays like a family and not as an ORG (this is the main reason people stay in NG).

II) I also want to ensure that my COs and NCOs know everything needed before promoted and will continue doing tests before someone reaches NCO or CO. Also I want to make sure the heads of all departments are doing their work and are active (this system was introduced by Darius) and I wish to continue using it
As I was leader/deputy of lots of Departments I can ensure that the head of them will do their job correctly
And it's very important to create a command structure so people know who is in charge if someone is not here

III) I intend on listening to people and always want to make my decisions with my officers
I never want to do any major decision on my own and always will ask for the opinion of the officers

I also intend on making much more events and give out more bonuses if the GOV gives us money to the soldiers because they don't get paid enough for their hard work. Also events are important and with them we will be able to entertain the soldiers much more during non-active times.

IV) As the leader of the National Guard, I know that I'm responsible to take care of everyone, mentally and professionally

I) As we are the army, we are supposed to get training every week or day (not Arena)
I also intend on working with other LEOs and want to make contracts with them and do shooting/flying training for them

II) We already have lots of divisions, I intend on trying to implement divisions for the health of the soldiers, (someone specialized in mental care)
I want to implement Army Counterintelligence Agents which will be part of MP, they will get Military Spy training and might get involved in spying missions
I also want Navy specialized training for the SEALS so that we can do naval missions/ Also a coast guard division that will be responsible for the coasts in case of intrusions from the outside
I also want to make a general division for all LEOs knows as US marshals. They will be responsible for carrying out the highest level missions.

III) I want to improve the communication on radio as now it's not professional at all and includes profanity which is annoying for the new units of NG
