=) As I have been in NG for 3 weeks as under deputy so I know what all are the things we should keep in mind while running NG. I'm having a experience of Lt. General also in last term and IK how ng works so I think im capable of running NG as a leader.

=) I will help people to understand that NG is the precious oragnization for San Andreas. Its not about taking care of NG base only but I will make everyone understand that without NG other orgs will not be able to work correctly because without NG they will not get the stock of ammunitions.

=) If i will be selected as the leader of the organisation , i will make proper departments like military police , combat medics , air force etc . Also i will make sure to get properly every guard trained according to his department so that he can excel in his department , therefore , i will make sure that our army is ready with specially trained agents to tackle every situation with full efficiency and protect the city .



3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.


=) Firstly I will choose best head of departments for smooth working of all departments and I will keep a proper test system to see which soldier is how much capable for the particular division and therefore choose wisely the head.

=) Secondly I will choose best deputies for my oragnization so that in my abence they can manage everything.

=) Thirdly I will set best bonus system for every soldier who will work properly in NG. I will set bonus for everything like ng raid win, gate keeping and training of soldiers.

=) Lastly, I will not show attitude to any soldier, and I will be friend for everyone, and I will make sure everyone will work together and no one will create conflicts in my org.

a) I was in LSPD for 4 terms In each term, I have seen that there are very fewer officers present at night, as a result, soldiers don't get proper backup to respond during NG raid, Spec ops, candy run & etc. I want to Hire people those who will support NG all the time and also as an NG under deputy I saw most of the NG soldiers do lots off rule break and got silly mistakes which are sometimes not expected. I want to give proper training for my soldier to not get any Kind of warning or strike,



b) Secondly, to continue, I want to become the leader of the NG because I have a strong and confident plan to roll out through the department when I become chief. These plans include managing call signs, adding a strict strike system, and placing people in positions such as sergeant to effectively and confidently run and pursue a strong career path for recruits and trained veterans. I believe that NG is one of the most important organizations in the city. The bar must be set very high in terms of standards, and I believe I can achieve that if I am in charge. professionalism is the goal of an organization like NG.



c) Thirdly, One of my goals is to make an organization with no verbal warning or IC. My Organisation will be built on respecting and treating others the same regardless of rank, experience, age, etc everyone should be treated the same.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
My advice to improve role-play would include strategies to make common server rules, known abroad across the officers in and out. I would start immediately by testing and evaluating people who hold high command and supervising ranks about their knowledge of the server rules, to make sure the people at the top know what they are doing, and to rest assured they can make good and accurate decisions in recruitment, and other activities that affect the department. After this is done, I would confirm and approve an effective system to hire and recruit new people. Such a system would include a basic knowledge test that everyone must undergo during an interview, as well as a second Rp test to move on from Cadet to trainee, which tests more in-depth rules, that would be learned and applied during the cadet phase. To pass the Cadet phase, I organized a different and unique plan for academy training sessions, making it easier for cadets and the Ftos in charge of the academy.

-first I like the way how NG works like it's completely different if you see they gives ammunition to all the other organisations if there is an really critical situation in the city NG is available to handle it because they have a lot of armoures and ammunitions so they get raided by the gangs and the NG base has high security where trespassing is not allowed at any cost it has a clearly different rp scenarios which cannot meant to say in all organisations.

-i want to admit that as I been in leagal organisation people don't take NG seriously I thing it's because the way they work now days like if NG is coming in a hostage situation or a store robbery they should be respected and if they wanna do the negotiation they can but the other organisations doesn't allow them to do so If I will be there my first priority is to save my citizens and nation that's the motive of NG which is not followed by the past few terms so far.

-i also wanna metion that NG is different from other organisations as I am quite experienced so I know that what's the rules and regulations which need to be followed by NG if anyone doesn't know the way NG works still I am good to train them because it will help them to gain knowledge and continue there rest of the rp life in a cenario where they know how legal and NG works and what's the law and order they need to maintain as being in NG.

-i will improve the rp by letting people know about the way they need to detain people as also from a criminal perspective if NG arrest someone criminals have a lot of ways to get out of custody I will explain officers that how if someone calls an lawyer from which perspective they will be realised and all sometimes the arresting officer sent his 10-15 to any other officer which causes an release because they will have no evidence regarding the crime so I will inform and insure this so people be aware Icly and know how to deal with all kind of criminals

-i will improve the rp by using alot of different certain categories like while negotiating give the money in an bag and /do passes the bag and getting money for the hostage from the officers doing /me checks the money or counts the money which will make it more realistic also by taking care of all the radio codes and be professional in departments

Have promotion Ceremonies. Army should be more serious and dangerous for criminals than other organizations. Training of NG personal on a regular bases, plus other orgs.
Hosting regular training tournaments within NG arena and shooting range within all Legal organizations.


My departments -
Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,
they hand out strikes, look into officers and make CaseFiles on Corrupt officer and in the rare case can stop, track down and apprehend officers gone And bring them into court.
These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specialises in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this


Airborne – There main duty is to patrol the skies looking for on coming threats for example raids They also perform extractions when are fellow soldiers are in danger and can take them to safety, There guys must always be on the ball and react to react.They also specilaized on planes such jets and they can lead scout runs around the yellow zone in raid hours for possible raid.


SASD – This is a division of highly skilled soldiers with the best tactical ability, Gun skills and situational skills, they will host events such as Ammo runs and ghetto patrols and attend global at the advice of the Airborne.

Combat Medics - This division us made up half medic half soliders they can provide medical checks to hostages in hostage sit. And they responsibility is making sure theres no disese spreading inside Fort Zancudo.And doing periodicity health checks the soliders.

- As of late I’ve seen many issues with the organization as there are not many officers not doing their duty correctly and I want to bring back a high activity rate during all times of the day with set numbers and use those to achieve higher goals.

- As I have been in Ng before also and for a long time but I know how to / What to do in every division and learn how to run them, As I have achieved many goals in the short time I acquired to become the SHERIFF and to keep the highways clean of criminals and is now looking forward to being the General of NG so that I could maintain the decorum inside the city which was not possible being the sheriff of the sahp which looks after the highways which I did for sure.

- As I have seen many times and noticed that there is a lot f activity issues during the day and night which is not good and I have seen past leaders declining to hire any more units by saying they are packed for now at last I never saw NG taking that much charge in most of the place or robbery. If I become the leader I will look forward to making this organization back on its feet as it used to be.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in an organization.

-Work better with other Leo’s better communication is vital more leader meetings is a must and so is joint training this will help all orgs better their rp as there will be more rp interactions which can help the city.

- I will ensure there is no bias / Favouritism in the org and that everyone works for their respect.

1-"National Guard" Has always been the most prestigious jobs ever meant to be , a soldier has the topmost respect in everyone's eyes, but still i feel like somewhere the power of NG is underestimated due to lack of proper management and lack of proper orders/regulations . Therefore if i get the golden chance to get the leadership of the organization , i will give my 101% to make ng recognized as it should be and also will take care of the enforcement of all the laws and proper management with the organization so that it becomes the best organization of the city in my term.

-In My Opinion , being the leader of any organization is the task of much responsibility , and with the leadership, you need to have experience also that can help your organization and its members to learn and grow, with me , i have been the COS at NG , deputy leader of vagos , head of department of LSPD , caption of sahp and also i have good experience at ng as an COS . So i believe that now i have a good experience with all the orgs and leading my friends and showing them the right way to succeed. Now with the leadership of national guard , i want to share my experience with even more people and i would be blessed to teach more people and help them to be experienced as well. Moreover , i have been holding the deputy position at gangs like ballas , families , vagos , marabunta so i know how exactly the gangs plan the store robberies/global/and most importantly the fz raids . So i think if i will get the chance to lead the organization , i will guide my companions in the organization about how to succeed in the raid of the gang and protect our city from the terror of gangs.

Basically,NG is job full of RP from making detaine to handing over to another law enforcement forces
1). Maintaining RP while healing any civilian /gangster or colleague member
Eg. Saying like "applying bandages", "streching back bone" and many more
2). should maintain RP while putting cuffs
3). Maintaining RP by saying that I am gonna grab you with your arms.
4) Taking permission before searching anyone
This are some of RP which should be there in org.
Note:- better explanation will be given then application and( I am former NG officeer having 6 months of experience in NG, 1 month experience of lspd )

Will Divide National Guard into different departments
1. Air Force (AF) - This Department would be giving support to National Guard from the Air and will be heavily trained to drive Air Transport Fastly and Professionaly . They would be trained in different Phases So they can control it in any situation and give the best air support to all organizations.
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT) - This Department would be keeping the Track of Arms and ammunations of all organizations and check that How much Arms and ammunation we are supplying to them to make sure that no organization is stealing. This department would also be Recruiting and Training the person. This department would be keeping a truck full of Medics, Repair Kits and Fuel Canisters . They would Keep The track of all illegal Items that are found and confiscated from the person.
3. Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department would keep the check of the recent Patrols and make the proper Weekly Schedule. They Would be issuing Strikes to the Person who is not following rules , unprofessional and doing things without High Command Permission etc.
4. Special Operation Force (SOF) - This Team would be heavily Trained and would be taking over all the special operation including patrols would have a Proper Sniper Team and Would be taking over the Special operations in Store robberies and Hostage Situations . They would be given Training for Every thing .
5. Military Police (MP) - These Will be protecting the base taking the frontier in Every Event and would be doing negotiations in Hostage Situations as well as Store Robberies and in military base robbery they would be fully covering alarms and generators and cover The Gates

1. Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was major general of NG at recent and now I am in SAHP. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej and a term of General Sai, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of NG.
2. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. So, my these skills will help me a lot to regulate NG in a very smooth manner. Besides this, I have been awarded Silver Star medal 🥈 for my performance and dedication towards NG and the main thing is that I am aware of all department's work and this will help me a lot to know about the department's requirements and their problems which are being faced by them.

I have seen that if we can exercise our full powers, then we can defeat anyone together and for exercising NG's powers to last, it needs a great general to lead them and show all the soldiers the correct path. At last, I want to state that as a Leader, I will be a great addition to the org because I've got enough experience and the way of dealing with situations as well.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

1) Why do you want to be a leader of the National Guard?
I have gained a thorough understanding of how the National Guard functions as a seasoned member. I have previously collaborated closely with effective leaders, observing their approaches and taking note of their achievements. I know I can establish myself as a capable and effective leader if given the chance to command the National Guard. I'm able to manage challenging circumstances while remaining cool and collected. With my background, I can ensure the National Guard runs smoothly and effectively by providing strong leadership and administration.

2) I am capable of handling all facets of the National Guard, including receiving requests for ammo runs and effectively leading the organisation. I have ambitions for participating in international calls and making the most of my creativity by taking an active and innovative approach. In order to create novel projects and techniques that will keep our soldiers interested and inspired, I will work closely with our NG curator. 2) My advice for improving the roleplay level in the National Guard:

1)- Hold weekly promotion ceremonies to honour the accomplishments of the organization's members. To promote a sense of community and cooperation during these rituals, invite other organisations.

2)- Establish a rigid training programme: Maintaining a powerful and ready military force should be your top priority. Work together with other organisations to offer joint training opportunities so that members can advance their knowledge and skills.

3)- Create specialised units: To accommodate various interests and skill sets, the National Guard should establish specialised units. As a result, soldiers will be less likely to get bored and will be more engaged with the organisation.

4)- Consider time zone distribution: Ensure that there are members from different time zones to prevent burnout and ensure that all units have sufficient rest periods.

5)- Make an effort to attract a sufficient number of members while also upholding high standards for their abilities and behaviour.

6)-Leadership that is extremely engaged and experienced should be chosen for positions of authority in order to prevent abuse of authority and ensure sound decision-making.

7)-Place a strong emphasis on following the laws and regulations. All members should receive thorough training in these topics to avoid any unintended violations.

8)-Be an approachable leader: Encourage a climate where employees feel at ease contacting the leadership with their problems. To foster trust and unity among the troops, develop close relationships with them.

9)-Meetings with other organisation leaders on a regular basis will help you come up with new ideas and discover methods to make the National Guard better.

My proposed departments:


SOF: Special opration force The SOS, made up of snipers and courageous soldiers, will engage in shooting operations, hostage talks, ghetto patrols, and military protection during ammo runs. Helicopter use for patrols and international operations will be permitted.

Air Force: The Air Force, which is made up of expert pilots, will keep an eye out for prospective gang member attacks. Additionally, they will be skilled snipers who guarantee safe landings. Licences for aircraft can only be given out by the head of the airborne division.

Military Police: A specialised division tasked with looking into corruption within the National Guard is the Military Police. They will take care of internal matters, impose strikes, look into officers, and find missing officers. They will have the ability to bypass the chain of command when required and will report directly to the General.

Infantry: This division will serve as the new recruits' initial training ground and source of information about the National Guard. When new soldiers are ready, the head of the infantry should act as a buddy and mentor, pointing them in the direction of other divisions. - The First Reason is I have worked in NG for 9 Terms under the best ex- generals of NG as Br. General , Colonel , Ex Major(SOF) and as Under Deputy for 3Terms so I can assure I have great knowledge of NG and its working. Also I have paid close attention towards the flaws and issues which NG faces under my working hours so I can guarantee that the flaws will be worked upon.

Also by working as Deputy Secretory of State of Treasury I have gained a lot of experience as HC where I have gained experienced of managing and directing an organization .

And , by working as Chief of Highway Petrol , Deputy Head of HR , Captain of FTO in SAHP I have gained proper management as well as decision making skills which will be helpful while leading NG

- By improving proper communication between organizations through proper medium and by following all the procedures which will lead to effective roleplay.


- Offering Proper Training Programs : Offering proper training sessions and programs to make sure all employees gain proper knowledge and experience to participate in Proper Roleplay


- Rotating Roles : By not keeping ranks upto a single person . Ranks can be gain but also can be lossed if not worked properly . Here , I will assure that ranks will be changed person to person if he/she is working properly and deserves a rank up vice - versa can will be taken if people don't work properly it will lead to enthusiastic environment and every employee will work to their full potential.

Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,
they hand out strikes, look into officers and make Casefiles on Corrupt officer and in the rare case can stop, track down and apprehend officers gone And bring them into court.
These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specializes in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this

SASD – This is a division of highly skilled soldiers with the best tactical ability, Gun skills and situational skills, they will host events such as Ammo runs and ghetto patrols and attend global at the advice of the Airborne.

Combat Medics - This division us made up half medic half soldiers they can provide medical checks to hostages in hostage sit. And they responsibility is making sure there's no disease spreading inside Fort Zancudo .And doing periodicity health checks the soldiers.

  2. Establish clear guidelines and rules to ensure a fair and respectful environment where all participants have an equal opportunity to contribute and engage.
  3. Encourage collaboration and teamwork by incorporating group-based roleplay scenarios that require participants to work together to achieve common goals.
  4. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants, helping them refine their roleplay skills and encouraging continuous growth and development.
  5. Create opportunities for debriefing and reflection after roleplay sessions, allowing participants to share their experiences, insights, and lessons learned.

Have promotion Ceremonies. Army should be more serious and dangerous for criminals than other organizations. Training of NG personal on a regular bases, plus other orgs.
Hosting regular training tournaments within NG arena and shooting range within all Legal organizations.

My departments -

Military Police – This is a specialized division who track down on corruption within the National Guards soldiers,
they hand out strikes, look into officers and make Casefiles on Corrupt officer and in the rare case can stop, track down and apprehend officers gone And bring them into court.
These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specializes in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this
