first-I Will Make sure that Every Soldier is well disciplined and Respectfull towards each other.

Second-I Will Make sure that Every Unit is following the dresscode properly.

third-To work with all legal orgs toghether and make NG On top.

4.Air Force : Air Force Work is they will petroll around the base with the help of jets and check any suspicious activity Near FZ and inform us.

i want to be leader of National Guard because ive had experience in NG in Mac Blu term and diamond term and i started as a long rank but worked my way up the ranking system to become a high command since i was working and know all the rules. and i have a lot of experience in NG.

Secondly i want to be leader Of National guard because National guard is a very important organization because they can actually do things to help other orgs but other people just think National guard is gatekeeping no National guard can do Ammo runs for the other organizations and we can respond to store robberies but not gun store robberies.

Thirdly I have so many friends what will have me run National guard if i got leader and they would support me with my term. i have very good skills and im willing to use my skills to become leader of national guard. Ive been HOD of Military police in NG so i think i know how National guard works.

3. your advice for improving roleplay level in this organization

I will improve roleplay by making sure we have got at least 1 or 2 units on each gate because sometimes i see there is no units on the gates so its easy for us to getting raided and for people to steal ammo. Another way i will improve roleplay by making sure everyone knows the general rules and how NG works so that way it wont get us disbanded. I will make sure all of NG units is nice to other organizations because we need to work together to stop the crime in the city

1. Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was major general of NG and assistant chief of LSPD at recent. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej and a term of General Sai, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of NG.
2. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. So, my these skills will help me a lot to regulate NG in a very smooth manner. Besides this, I have been awarded Silver Star medal for my performance and dedication towards NG and the main thing is that I am aware of all department's work and this will help me a lot to know about the department's requirements and their problems which are being faced by them.
3. Thirdly, I want to become the leader of NG because I want to make NG available at any time for the whole los santos and I want to make NG strong enough to kill the criminals trespassing in the territory of FZ. I have seen that if we can exercise our full powers, then we can defeat anyone together and for exercising NG's powers to last, it needs a great general to lead them and show all the soldiers the correct path. At last, I want to state that as a Leader, I will be a great addition to the org because I've got enough experience and the way of dealing with situations as well.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's, Sai's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

1 : My advice for improving RolePLay level in NG or Any org, i want to bring the real experience feeling to RolePlay. For equipment, I would be focusing on acquiring new and better equipment for our members and also improving our infrastructure to ensure that our members have access to the necessary resources needed for their duties. Another Improvement is rewards, I would be implementing policies to recognize and reward our members for their hard work and dedication to the national guard. This would include promotions, awards, and other incentives to ensure that our members feel valued and appreciated for their service.The Last Improvement is collaboration with other agencies but i would like focusing on building stronger relationships and collaborating with other agencies such as the police department, fire department, and emergency management agencies to ensure that we are working together efficiently in times of crisis.

Overall, My goal as a Leader of the National Guard would bring realistic role playing that will bring adrenaline pumping and heart racing of excitement. Another Goal as a Leader of the National Guard to ensure that we are always prepared and equipped to handle any situations coming towards us or to NG.

1# Better rp
if i will be the leader i will have allot focus on the rp, i will try increasing it that much as possible, and make sure we dont see any rulebreak. My way to improve the rp is god trained guys, and i think that god training makes the best soldiers. More focus on rules and tactics than the aim, if the training gets done better we will have no problem making this the best ng term anyone have seen. Store robberys, Hostage situasions, Ammo runs. Everything will go so much smother, Training is the fastest way to succes.

That is why i will be more carefull with the ranks, dont give anyone a god rank before they show me that they are capable of the posision. With better Communication with the other organizations we will have a friendship thats helping eachother, we help them when needed and they help us.

Trough my career i have been in every organization, i have done everything, That is why i feel i could manage this. Try to make National Guard more active, if the people know that i am a god person they are more wiling to work with me, Back before ng was one of the biggest organizations and i feel they are downgraded sice then. With less and less people going on duty the gates are being unguarded, and the gangs raids us with no problem at all. So i feel with my expirience as past debuty general i whould manage this, and make they more active, also they gates will be full of fearless soldiers ready to stop every gangmember thats tries to tresspass.

As i said, god trained guys will make god soldiers and with god soldiers we walk away from rule breaks. Also i think we can improve the roleplay on the hostage situasions because i have ben standing next to people messing around, giving a shit about the hostage life. And that can not only put the hostage on danger but ourself to, so i think being serious when somebodys life is on the line is very important.

We dont hire soldiers we make them!

(1) In English city 2 , I was Chief of Staff ( Under Deputy) and Head of the Department Special Operation Forces (SOF) in Army National Guard. I served in the NG for nearly 4 terms. I learned a lot of things. I saw disappointment among NG officers about their paycheck after long gate keeping and also saw them getting bored to do gatekeeping. As a result I saw NG gates being vulnerable to gang threats. My duty as NG Leader is to fix all these problems and let NG units have best RP game play. 1) National Guard is a very interesting Organisation in the sense that all the other Organisations in the city depend greatly on the existence and training of National Guard to be able to provide them with security and replenish their warehouses when needed.

2) Ive been in all Organisations through EN01 and EN02 and have been deputy leader in multiple organisations and now the Governor for 1 term. I believe that i have great leadership skills and im more than ready to take the role of Leader in NG.

3) I want to expand on the capabilities of National Guard as i feel alot of the meaning of what NG does has been lost in translation over the months. Things like defending parachutes on a normal hourly basis outside of raids as gangsters can just drive by in and collect these as well if theres no one guarding the gates.

3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.



Previous NG leaders have had many wonderful ideas which I as the Governor took into account to increase their interactions with the other organisations more however the priority for NG would be doing recruitments and making sure that we have capable people online at all hours before trying to improve Role play.



Following that, NG has increased jurisdiction and hence everyone capable enough will be tested and receive special forces training and be able to go on Patrols as well within the recognised jurisdiction.

Furthermore, alot of people have been doing the piloting job and im sure many are carrying illegal goods and going unnoticed. Since NG has shared jurisdiction over Sandy Airfield, when we have enough manpower at our gates, we will station units at Sandy Airfield as well to ensure criminals arent let go.

2) My advice for improving the roleplay level in the National Guard:

1-) Weekly marketing Ceremonies are organized to recognize the accomplishments of the organization's members. To encourage a sense of community and collaboration, invite other groups to take part in similar ceremonies.

2-) Establish a rigorous training program: Your top objective should be to keep your military force fit and capable. Develop joint training opportunities with other organizations to assist participants improve their skills and knowledge.

3-) To accommodate a range of interests and skill levels, the National Guard should create specialized units. Soldiers will feel more a part of the organization as a consequence, and they will be less likely to get bored.

4-) Consider the arrangement of the time zones. Make sure the team is composed of individuals from varied time zones to prevent burnout and ensure that each unit receives adequate sleep.

--> The first thing I want to say is I am not old player like everyone I am new only but my starting is NG where I get the training and I join when I am 5 year old in the city at that day I find a special day because it is starting job my life I have seen everyone who is working with the good experience at that day I made a choice to work with effectiveness and with my hundred percent motivations.
-->> Second thing I am having experience of some organization where I work and gave my full potential.
1. SAHP - 6.5 Terms with last experience of Deputy chief of staff
2.LSPD - 2 Terms with my good experience of Chief OF Staff and Chief of IA
3.NG - 1.5 Terms with my good experiences of Colonel and Major
4.GOV - Very less experience but work in DOC
5.FIB - Very less experience got some training and experience.
I have learn so many things from my seniors and juniors how motivates me now I want to work here and fill some gaps which I have seen when I am there in the city.
-->>> 3 Rd thing is always there with group and NG family members always supportive with the trainee to Deputies and not doing the nepotism with everyone and do all the job with greatness and defeat the gangs and make NG on the top and become great in the city .
#) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
-- Effective Communication skills is very important to perform the RP best because if you not able to speak with anyone then you are not able to perform any RP.
- Bonus system is very important for Organization to perform the Roleplay.
- Arrange best department leaders to make organization effective and roleplay.
- Always listen your members to learn the things and do the effective communication and active action make them motivated and make them happy.
- Promotion Ceremony is very and necessary part for every single member in organization because it make member happy and play the crucial role for everyone so I will try to check the logs and performance in every Sunday to make the employees happy.
Departments
The department will be same now and if I think changes is necessary I will change without any doubt with the help of meeting and necessary action.
