I already spent 1 year and 3 months in multiple city of los Santos over city 3, I spent 9 months, and in City 2, I spent 6 months. This time I spent my time with multiple legal and illegal organizations. but all of this I see newcomers do mistakes and get bans and punishments, so I want to help them and guide them. some time the older in city abouse new comers so i give them punishment, Sometime citizens need help form us so i am alyese try to reach there, in my rp life i see there the wizard not reach at that moment, so i try to reached there at the same time thay called us ...​

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I have been enjoying on the Grand RP Project for more than 4 years in EN1 and EN2. I have held the role of Deputy in numerous gangs and legal organizations on numerous occasions. In both gangs and legal organizations, I have always worked to help others by teaching them about the rules and helping them learn how to follow to correct RP protocols. But my duties as a Deputy or serving as a Leader in some situations have restricted the number of people I can assist. I am now ready to transition from my RP life to that of an admin, where I can assist others in making their RP life better, so everyone can join in and have fun together.

What are your strengths?
- I am Loyal, Hardworking, can quickly brainstorm for a solution, don't make decisions by only one side of the story, strict with my actions and most importantly, I am an experienced player.

- I don't like lies, I don't hesitate to take action on somebody who lies about their actions with proofs infront.

   I've been a member of this server for years and have had an amazing journey as an RP player. I have been playing off and on for a couple of years now, I have been in multiple Organizations at HC positions and have had lots of fun but they are getting repetitive and boring, so I want to leave my RP Life and becoming an admin, also I always find my self waiting hours for a response when I send message to admin IC so I will always be quick to respond so people don't have to wait as its annoying, also I want to help fight the people that go to events and break projects rules because they don't care about a Demorgan or any punishment other than ban so I want to make sure they get the punishments they deserve because it ruins the Rp when I am towing a vehicle and a random person kills me no demands and its not even his car. Another example is when there's encashment and random people keep ramming us and just making sure it's not fun and harder to get to the bank then they just leave and never get in trouble, so my mission as an admin is to fix that to make legal Orgs Rp great again! Another reason that I want to become an admin are that RP life is getting boring so as an admin it will be a new experience to make sure this project is always fun and that the streets are safer

My strengths are that I am very patient, fluent in English, as it is my only language, understanding, good at making decisions quickly, and a very quick learner. I also know how all organizations work in the city and am looking for new experiences. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I want leave my RP life as I completed my time of gaining knowledge about city. I want to help citizens from those who don't know what RP is and breaks rule every time which makes difficult for others RP.
- Sometimes I see admins fails to response the tickets on time as they are working on other tickets so I wanted to help them from this type of situation where there are lots of complaints tickets.
- I spent my RP working for state and criminal organization, which helped me for understanding the city rules very briefly.
What are your strengths?
- • I used to see the situation from both sides so that I do not make wrong decisions.
- I'm a fast learner, I can learn from my mistakes

- As no one is perfect, everyone have a weakness. I also have a weakness which are:

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   
   Ans:I am playing Grand rp for 1.5 year and I have already achieved most of my goals in my entire role-playing life. I began my journey in legal organizations with NG. Over time, I became the High Command of NG. After leaving NG, I joined LSPD, SAHP, FIB, LI, EMS, and GOV. In these organizations, I served the citizens of Los Santos. I was the High Command] of all of these organizations. Now that I have accomplished all of my targets, I believe I can be an administrator and support all players with the knowledge I gained from these organizations.
