- I have been enjoying on the Grand RP Project for more than 4 years in EN1 and EN2. I have held the role of Deputy in numerous gangs and legal organizations on numerous occasions. In both gangs and legal organizations, I have always worked to help others by teaching them about the rules and helping them learn how to follow to correct RP protocols. But my duties as a Deputy or serving as a Leader in some situations have restricted the number of people I can assist. I am now ready to transition from my RP life to that of an admin, where I can assist others in making their RP life better, so everyone can join in and have fun together.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?

I have been playing off and on for a couple of years now, I have been in multiple Organizations at HC positions and have had lots of fun but they are getting repetitive and boring, so I want to leave my RP Life and becoming an admin, also I always find my self waiting hours for a response when I send message to admin IC so I will always be quick to respond so people don't have to wait as its annoying, also I want to help fight the people that go to events and break projects rules because they don't care about a Demorgan or any punishment other than ban so I want to make sure they get the punishments they deserve because it ruins the Rp when I am towing a vehicle and a random person kills me no demands and its not even his car. Another example is when there's encashment and random people keep ramming us and just making sure it's not fun and harder to get to the bank then they just leave and never get in trouble, so my mission as an admin is to fix that to make legal Orgs Rp great again! Another reason that I want to become an admin are that RP life is getting boring so as an admin it will be a new experience to make sure this project is always fun and that the streets are safer

2. What are your strengths?
My strengths are that I am very patient, fluent in English, as it is my only language, understanding, good at making decisions quickly, and a very quick learner. I also know how all organizations work in the city and am looking for new experiences. I am enthusiastic about keeping the community active and safe and ensuring nobody ruins the fun of this project's RP. I am good at listening, I am very creative and helpful, and I am very passionate and optimistic, Determined to do whats right for the Beautiful city of Grand Rp.

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I am a bit invested in IRL school work which is good and bad depending on how you look at it, but nothing too crazy, also I have other stuff IRL stuff sometimes but other than that nothing much, I am overall all pretty patient, Difficulty saying no hence I am very fair, Sometimes I have difficulties delegating tasks because I like everything to my high standards.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I want leave my RP life as I completed my time of gaining knowledge about city. I want to help citizens from those who don't know what RP is and breaks rule every time which makes difficult for others RP.
- Sometimes I see admins fails to response the tickets on time as they are working on other tickets so I wanted to help them from this type of situation where there are lots of complaints tickets.
- I spent my RP working for state and criminal organization, which helped me for understanding the city rules very briefly.
What are your strengths?
- • I used to see the situation from both sides so that I do not make wrong decisions.
- I'm a fast learner, I can learn from my mistakes
- my communicative skills are very good

- As no one is perfect, everyone have a weakness. I also have a weakness which are:
- • Sometimes, I become emotional while punishing my friends, and I go into a dilemma
- • Sometimes I get a bit aggressive while proving my points infront of others, but I'm trying to control my aggression
