Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ever since I came in the server, I always tried to make difference in the community by helping players, mostly new ones. New players always have issue with game mechanics, and I think admins is very important part to make sure they have great and smooth time. I have wide background in state side of RP, being leader in different positions, including high-command officer for EN3. This gaved me a wide understanding of server rules, state procedures, and how to handle different situations in professional way.
Also, I really appreciate how admins keep everything in its place and solve problems with fairness and efficiency. I want to be part of team that makes sure server stays pleasant and rule following for everyone. My aim is to keep server standards good, help struggling players, and make this server one of best RP experience out there.

Strict on Rule Enforcement: I have little patience for rule-breaking, but specifically in the state. Still, I always seek to judge fairly.
Trusting Nature: I'm a trusting person who easily trusts others, but learned to be more careful with time.

Admin and Experience: Having been an admin in previous RP projects, I am familiar with admin resources, rule keeping, and case handling.
New Player Mentoring: I have had experience mentoring new players in picking up the rules and mechanics accurately.
Solid Problem Solving: I am capable of resolving reports, disagreements, and gameplay issues with impartial and professional care.

No, I dont have any real life issues that would affect my availability.

Yes, I have experience too as an admin in other RP projects and I have picked up some good things there in addressing in game issues, player issues, and creating the game world safe and enjoyable.
My main aim as an admin would be to make sure that every player has a positive experience and server rules are followed. I will also cooperate with my team to improve efficiency, settle disputes fairly, and create a good atmosphere for all players.
