Answer: I am Playing Grand RP for a Long Time it's being 6 to 7 months ago I get all types of experience in roleplay I join different organizations and enjoy different roleplay in organizations I am done with it and Now I want some different experiences. I also see the bad and good things about server and if I become an admin so I focused on those things I also want to help the admin team and now I want to give my time to make the server perfect and enjoy the new experience.

2. What are your strengths?
Answer: I think my biggest strength and one that is key to this role in general is that I’m detail-oriented. In this role, there’s a lot of paperwork and collaboration with lawyers, especially when working with a multinational workforce or preparing employment agreements for foreign citizens. It’s my task to take care of the work permits, collaborate with the immigration office on visas, and make sure that no laws are being broken in the process. It can be a lot at times, but I feel I’m great at it.

3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Answer: Sometimes I can be a bit too honest when I provide feedback to coworkers. My personality is naturally very straightforward and to the point, and most of my colleagues really value that, but I have learned that there are times on the job when more diplomacy is required. I took a training class on conflict management and it really opened my eyes to the need to communicate differently with different people. So now I am much better at providing constructive feedback, even if it doesn’t always come naturally.
