   Since my starting of RP, I have spent maximum time in legal orgs because of that i have of experienced lot of rp. Because being in a legal orgs you get a chance to experience rp upto a very good level which sometimes gets boring. That's why i think it's the right time for me to leave the rp-life & become an admin in order to help the players in maintaining their rp-life by using my experience in favor of others.

- I've been in the city for over 2 months + I got to know how Crime and state systems work and to understand its rules. I joined alot of crime orgs and I learned more I showed my leadership skills and got promoted to high ranks such as under deputy in vagos. Personally I love to try new stuff and I love getting new experiences as i got the leadership for vagos on EN01

I want to be an admin to assist everyone in having fun with their roleplay and doing it well. I've been part of this project for nearly a year, so I feel I know all the rules of Grand RP.
I believe I will be able to do this perfectly as I have been High command in Leos (also corrupt bio) and Gangs (Marabunta Leader) as well so I am familiarized with all the rules, and I will be a great help.

   Ans: I have gained enough experience to be an admin, I have helped alot of people especially newbies and I like to help them but there are limits for me to help people while living the RP life and I wanna surpass that limit by being an admin and help people to the fullest. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I did a lot of RP, From the past few months and gathered a lot of experiences about IC life and now Its time to become an admin and serve others in OOC issues of them. Also, my dream and the only reason I play Grand RP EN2 server to being an admin and explore the administrator life. I just want to give my best and also wanna get involved with two of my friends who are admins now.​
2. What are your strengths?
   I can easily and calmly manage any situation also my decision making sense is too good I think it can help my admin life.​
3. What are your weaknesses?
   My weakness is that I can't tolerate any kind of misjudgement or biasness with any player.​
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   I just want to become a curator of state one day and also can promise that I will give a lot of good leaders to the legal organizations.​

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Hello, I'm Arnab Joshi moved in this city Because I have to been a part of this project from a long time in other city. Now I've gained enough Knowledge to help this city by joining Admin Team and help the city by teaching rules to newbies for decreasing punishment regarding doing wrong RP . From the first day on moving to this city I want to become an admin and now i feel that I can become a part of Admin team.

   * I have lot of patience
   * I know how to teach people
   * I have a Good Knowledge of Roleplay
   * I can adapt in any situation
   * I Have clear vision and good judgmental skills according to the situation
   * I am always dedicated towards my work
   * I am professional towards my work

   * I trust people easily
   * I can make some small blunders
   * Sometime I need a guidance to handle the situation
