   Ans: I have been playing this project for almost an year and now I think I have gained enough experience and am capable of being an Admin.
   I have been in almost every Orgs either legal or illegal, by which I have understood one thing that there are many people who break rules without any fear, like no one can do anything and I wanna make them realize that there are still a whole team of admin who's watching them and I wanna be a part of that team to help improve the Roleplay quality and make a good environment for newbies who are trying to enjoy there time in this project.

   I’ve loved playing in RP and it’s helped me grow a lot, but now I want to help people in many ways. Becoming an admin would allow me to support the community, help keep the environment fair and fun, and solve issues that might cause problems for other players. While RP will always be special to me, I'm excited to become an admin and i will give my best to help players and make the RP more exciting.

   I have served in all gangs and know all the rules of crime side and also i know rules of state orgs also and also i follow all the server rules. I’m patient, fair, and calm under pressure. I’m good at resolving conflicts without taking sides and making sure everyone feels heard. I also pay close attention to details, which helps when enforcing rules and spotting issues early. Plus, I’m very active and reliable, so the community can always count on me when needed.

   I don't have many weaknesses but sometimes I want to make things perfect which make me to take decision a bit slowly.

Ans: I have been playing on this server for couple of months now. From the beginning I enjoyed my rp life also did a good rp in the server. I worked as a leo for my whole rp life moreover I do like the work of an admin and helping people. As I have seen some time players are not getting their solution on time and facing problems, I also faced problems while I was new to the server. Moreover on these days players aren't getting help on time and it's going hamper the player thoughts and in game experiences in future. As I can manage my time very well so I think I will be good enough to help our RP players with an ease. For these reasons I would love to join admin team.

Ans: As per my strength I can make myself calm in every situation and for this I can think clearly what I need to do next. I can fix problems easily while staying as calm. I can also good at time management & I think I can say it's also a part of my strength.

- Mainly I have experience in crime orgs. and I have specially knowledge about gangs and unofficial families. So i will choose to be a curator of crime. I have played this server a lot, so i have knowledge about all the rules and I faced all types of RP situations Like store robbery, hostage situation, gunstore robbery, FZ raid, bank robber and etc. family events and gang events. I have faced al of these situations so i have detailed knowledge about all the server rules and situations. So i can guide new players and i can punish them who broke the rules to enhance the RP in server, I am ready to help the players to do proper RP, and mainly in these days admins are not responding to tickets quickly and because of this new players are getting trolled by old players. Ever since I joined this server a while ago, I've always thought it would be great to be part of the admin team. I really enjoy being here and want to give back by helping new players get started and ensure a fair environment. My aim is to keep the experience of the players, pleasent on the server.
