1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans: I have been playing on this server for couple of months now. From the beginning I enjoyed my rp life also did a good rp in the server. I worked as a leo for my whole rp life moreover I do like the work of an admin and helping people. As I have seen some time players are not getting their solution on time and facing problems, I also faced problems while I was new to the server. Moreover on these days players aren't getting help on time and it's going hamper the player thoughts and in game experiences in future. As I can manage my time very well so I think I will be good enough to help our RP players with an ease. For these reasons I would love to join admin team.

Ans: As per my strength I can make myself calm in every situation and for this I can think clearly what I need to do next. I can fix problems easily while staying as calm. I can also good at time management & I think I can say it's also a part of my strength.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   - I had some times in GOV as Minister of State, SAHP as Chief Commander, and in an unofficial family. I faced different types of roleplay experiences, but I kept my standard roleplay smooth. I believe I am ready to take more responsibility for the server and help server players. I want to take action against server rule breakers and give them punishment for their acts. I want to keep the server free from rule breakers.
2. What are your strengths?
   - I always talk in standard English, speak with good words, and respect others.
   - Quick learner.
   - I am creative-minded. I have cool ideas to solve problems and come out of different terrible problems/situations.
   - I am very hardworking and passionate about my job. I always put the best effort I can.
   - I stay calm and use the right decision. I don't provide someone punishment without a clear view of his acts; I wait for a confirmation of his guilt.
   - I am most active in the day and night both. So, I can give reply to players who play at night.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   - Overthinking about any situation. Sometimes, I fail to make quick decisions because I focus on small details.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   - I stay in peak time of the server. My passion and hard work might help them with quick responses. I conducted public events, job fairs, ghetto patrols, encashments, and lead negotiations for hostage situations and IA check-ups in my RP life. So I have an idea to take charge and lead a team. I will put my best effort into removing conflicts between players.

   - Yes, but I do not own any business.

   - No, sir.

- I want to become an admin and leave RP - life because I have been in this server for a long time and now I think its enough RP and I should take a role as an Admin now. I like to help people and make them better of themselves by teaching them my knowledge. I think that will prove to my advantage as an admin. I want to help people and newbies of this server and I see many people breaking rules all the time, so I want to change that and make this server more amazing than it is before and prestigious. I think that the server need more experienced people as an admin now, I have been experienced in the crime side as well as the state side. I want people to have a excellent experience with this server. Thats why I want to become an admin.
