   ->I believe and had seen Admins are working hard to help people each and every time and trying to reach to every person. But somehow they couldn't reach to every player and suggest them to complaint in forum. But in many cases the player mayn't have a pov and the suspect use to fled away. That make a player irritated. - I have been enjoying on the Grand RP Project for more than 4 years in EN1 and EN2. I have held the role of Deputy in numerous gangs and legal organizations on numerous occasions. In both gangs and legal organizations, I have always worked to help others by teaching them about the rules and helping them learn how to follow to correct RP protocols. But my duties as a Deputy or serving as a Leader in some situations have restricted the number of people I can assist. I am now ready to transition from my RP life to that of an admin, where I can assist others in making their RP life better, so everyone can join in and have fun together.

I've been a server member for some time, constantly playing and joining various organizations. I am playing on this server for more than 4 years and now I want to become an admin because I done everything in this server and i don't think so anything left to do now and iam done with rp now and want to be admin and help player i saw there are many types of people in this journey some are good and help new player and some are bad who kill player out of red zone because new players don't know the rules and i want to punish and i want to punish people does who don't follow the rules

Ans. After being in the city for 1 year i have enough knowledge and experience about how the rules and regulation works in city. If i seriously tell why i want to leave RP life is cause there are some big issues which i felt while playing in the city, so after taking the knowledge about the rules and after being deputy in one of the top 10 fam i know how people can break the rules. That's why i want to become an Admin and solve all the problems.

- As i have every organization experience whether its legal or illegal, i am thinking to leave RP and become admin so that i can do something further now to keep watch on players that break rules and also to maintain discipline in roleplay basically i mean to do work that admins actually do but i will try hard from my side.
