1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

- As i have every organization experience whether its legal or illegal, i am thinking to leave RP and become admin so that i can do something further now to keep watch on players that break rules and also to maintain discipline in roleplay basically i mean to do work that admins actually do but i will try hard from my side.

- I have more experience can handle difficult situations.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   - I had some times in GOV as 2x Minister of State, SAHP as 1x Chief Commander of all dep, and in an unofficial family. I faced different types of roleplay experiences, but I kept my standard roleplay smooth. I believe I am ready to take more responsibility for the server and help server players. I want to take action against server rule breakers and give them punishment for their acts. I want to keep the server free from rule breakers.
2. What are your strengths?
   - I always talk in standard English, speak with good words, and respect others.
   - Quick learner.
   - I am creative-minded. I have cool ideas to solve problems and come out of different terrible problems/situations.
   - I am very hardworking and passionate about my job. I always put the best effort I can.
   - I stay calm and use the right decision. I don't provide someone punishment without a clear view of his acts; I wait for a confirmation of his guilt.
   - I am most active in the day and night both. So, I can give reply to players who play at night.

   - Overthinking about any situation. Sometimes, I fail to make quick decisions because I focus on small details.

   - I stay in peak time of the server. My passion and hard work might help them with quick responses. I conducted public events, job fairs, ghetto patrols, encashments, and lead negotiations for hostage situations and IA check-ups in my RP life. So I have an idea to take charge and lead a team. I will put my best effort into removing conflicts between players.

I personally have experienced every sector of this city at this point after working in another city for almost a year and shifting to this one i feel like am ready to be a admin and contributing to a project that i have played for more than a year i have experienced every organization have gained experience still need more experience and will be a wonderful and helpful admin with answering all questions anyone asks , i feel like i would rather help new comers now rather than grinding everything again in a whole new city, hope you see this as a good cause.

when people try to purposly annoy me or overwhelm me by continously shouting i kinda panick when it comes to that other than that i kinda hesitate when i have to do stuff for the first time, second time i ace it so yeah.

my activity , skills, coordination and support , i come at a time when most admins are not available which is around 6 am in city till 18:30 mostly sometimes 17

   Till now i have seen more or less rp but i have also seen the bad side of the rp like, Cheaters, hackers, bug abusers who make the rp life unfair for everyone and it is really important to even out the unfair players thus i would like to be in the Administration team and would like to make the Server like before it was 2-3 years ago.

   - After spending 3.5 year in role-play and one and only in Grand Role-play i played in all EN cities and with different stories.And i think 3.5 years is huge number.when i was new in city i saw admin coming creating events leading things come and everyone respect him,her and at that point my one and only dream was to became an admin because i done RP life i done a deputy leader and 28 Rank in all the LEO ( Law Enforcement officer ) and i love you play in state side and when i get Assistant Director in FIB the date is 24/05/2024 and after serving my duty as an loyal officer my dream was to join the admin team and became an FIB ( Federal Investigation Bureau ) Curator.and Grand Role-play is Global and world best server so there is lot of player at night and i see only 2 or 3 max admins available at night so i also do night shits to make our server best.and i always trying to help people in Grand RP discord and when i became an admin i will do my best
