1) I want to be the leader of The Families because I have been in many gangs and I am currently high rank in a gang. I hope to run the families differently and more structured then the gangs which are on the streets today. I think when people spam the chat, and spam meeting points it can be annoying sometimes. I would also consider myself as a great leader because I am the leader of one of the oldest Family's in the city, which is also successful within the city. Most of my family members were in FIB and were all high command members and now many of us are in a gang and we are also high ranking. We are prepared to use the stuff we have learned from the illegal side into running The Families, and we are prepared to use the legal things which we have learned from FIB to run families too.

2) I have spent a lot of time in this city and been in different legal orgs. I have been into most legal orgs so I am know all the tricks of the trade for all of the legal orgs, I have been in: (was HOD in FIB) (been in SAHP) (Been in DOC/SS). With the previous experience which I have I hope to bring a different type of crime onto the streets where it is done in the most organized way possible to avoid any altercation with FIB/LSPD or any legal org.

3) I think I know the City rules very well and try to spread my knowledge to all my family and gang members. I think with my knowledge and leader I can use The Families to teach people the proper way to RP/ know what to do in RP situations and what not to do. I am positive that I can teach some of the members the way RP properly without breaking any city rules, which would avoid people getting warning/demorgan/bans.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I think I can improve the RP level in families because I want to handle as many things with RP and staying IC as possible. Also as I said I believe I know the city rules well which I can explain to anyone who isn't sure. If people are reviving with a gun out, searching with a gun out, robbing without 3 people (4 if you are pulling a car over 2 in 2 cars), no combat loggers, and so on. If ANY of these members are caught doing this they will be immediately kicked out of the gang. I will not tolerate any rule breaks even if we are being robbed or if we are robbing someone, as I want to make it fun and fair for everyone in the city including other gangs, civilians, and legal orgs of the city.

1. Since I've been in the city for over 3 months Participating Gang Activities and joining mostly gang and illegal activities, I love all the illegal activities and ill do my best to waste all of my free time to make this Gang at the Top, if anyone will need help even in the most little things me or my high ranks would be there for them, because a gang its not only bunch or criminals but also a family, brothers who fight one for each other and help each other in any way ! we here one for all and all for one none left behind !

2.For a long time the families were called underdog or sleeping , I'm here to change that. It is time to turn this gang into savages and bring the most talented and loyal people we have to raise it up , I got my own tricks to make everyone come to events make them want to come and help the gang and ill take care of that any second I'm in city, Los Santos is going to feel the Dominant of the families and never will be called underdogs again. I also got A lot of members that respect me and appreciate my work and would follow me, I also got my own family and A lot of ex gang friends from all over the city I can build this Gang and take it to the top !

3.About my thinking of management and my plans for them? Only adult people will be in high commands rank, I got my people who know how to be responsible and with clean records and must know all the rules memorized, according to that our high ranks and leaders job is to make sometimes Group formation too to raise up the motivation of our guys ! me by my own I'm High Command in my Family (LSS) and Kingpin in Bloods so I guess I might be the one who's fit to become the leader of the families? time will say.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.The most important thing its to follow all the rules and no matter what not to break them, the second thing for my that is most important is to make the most fun i can for the gang , Special Events, Attend in Whole Gang Events, Rob, Turfs, Co operated Events with admins and other gangs, literally every single thing the gang can do I'm going to make them do it and drive them to do that ! this is the benefits of being in a gang and everyone need to learn and know how to do correctly and keep doing them because its fun! every single man who wont know what do to or how to do will be taught I believe in good guys that can be learned and I don't believe in those who aren't serious and just coming to sit inside gang and chill, were gang we need to do all the activities whole day make fun in every single sec!

2. Ruleplay and FailRP - no way , not gonna happen , all gang members must comply all city rules and if they make mistakes they will be punished or kicked, now as my position as Kingpin in Bloods I'm following the Forum and all the punishments that admins give inside the server to people and check everyone of them if their inside my gang and I suspect they might be.

3. I'm A Straight player that is keeping all the rules and have A clean record and did not even went to Demorgen, I expect all of my gang members not to "Ruleplay" and "Roleplay" because that's how the system work and we need to keep it that way for all the players in the city and not ruin their experience , in my opinion all rules must be kept no matter what.

4. Allowing everyone without any exception to express themselves freely without any racism, antagonism, or filtering giving everyone a chance to prove themselves worthy of climbing up in the ranks and make the most out of their time..

2. I believe I would be a great fit for the role of leading the Ballas gang for several reasons; some more major than others. First of all, when I am given a responsibility or starting a new project, operation etc, I tend to work insanely hard to bring what I’m operating with to the maximum level it can reach. And if I’m given the leadership of Ballas, I can ensure that this statement of mine is going to be shown in the work and effort I will be giving up to the organization. I look to myself as a very hard working person, and that trait is going to be a major factor in my potential upbringing of Ballas. I can also inform everyone that if I’m given the leadership of Ballas, I will work my hardest possible to make sure there will be new rp events or new rp situations that we haven’t seen before, in which will make the members of Ballas and hopefully other organizations satisfied of not only the fun of the shootings and hostage situations, but enjoy the bare rp of it, that I mean the previous criminal organizations hasn’t quite succeeded with. The last month or two, the criminal rp in the city has been very weak to non existent as people have just sticked with the same old shootings and nothing more which I hugely disagree with. Therefore I will also attempt to not only boost the rp of the gang, but I will try in someway to add rp into the shootings so the members and newcomers won’t be annoyed of the “same old, same old” and rather be satisfied as something new and interesting always will take place upon my leadership.

3. I have a lot of experience of the ghetto and gangs. I would say I know and can memorize most rules which applies to the ghetto. I know what it’s like to be a newcomer and a normal member, and therefore I also know how to satisfy that crowd, so they decide to stay in the gang. In saying this, unfortunately I haven’t been in leadership of any gangs before. The highest rank I’ve been, was a gangster in Fluffys leadership of Marabunta which I believe was about rank 5 or 6 but can’t recall as their seems to be new rank names now. But In my eyes, I think that can also be a good thing. I have a lot of experience being the people I’m now trying to satisfy. (The newcomers/normal members (not HCs). Therefore I know how to take them to their best possible level, and I also know how to have them stay in the organization.
Something else I also believe is good is that I have been in a lot of orgs, both legal and illegal in which Ive gained information on how to have most fun by rp from both sides of orgs, some examples of orgs I’ve been in is: Ballas, Bloods, Families, Marabunta, FIB, LSPD, SAHP, Gov. And by being in those orgs I’ve learnt how legal orgs can enjoy most rp as well as how illegal orgs can.
I will also have a type of rule test, upon joining the gang, so I make sure the new members will not screw up in order of the rules that applies to ghetto. I will also be an open leader, I will take notice and suggestions of all members from rank 1 to max. I will also have an open eye and watch over, members that have done well and deserve a bonus or a rank up. I will implement new systems where all members will have control of what they have done for the gang, in which I would check momentarily every week to see if someone deserves a rank up or bonus. I have also been in many organizations which I have much useful information from, in which I would be able to forward upon leadership of Ballas.

4. I know many systematical and intelligent people who could be by my side, and guide me during my potential leadership. I will start to have weekly training, and will try to have weekly training to make sure the members are up to standard during the times where it matters the most, such as events and rp situations where I need my members to be as smart and well trained as they can. Some previous Ballas had gotten accused of hacking and aimbotting, which is something I will have no tolerance for at all and would be an insta kick if seen. I believe in getting the rp standards of the city to the max level they can, and this is something that completely ruins what I’m now stating. Something I also will do is giving “not HC” members opportunities to show their leadership capabilities, which will help them get the courage to try to do the thing I’m trying to now. Another problem gangs are dealing with and the members are complaining about is losing money of the gang, and having to buy guns for events. I will make sure we get a steady and controllable flow of getting in and giving out guns from the armory, which I think is a good solution for this problem.
I will also make sure to always keep in touch with administration and curators, to attempt to implement new events, and new enjoyable things the members can joy they’re selves with.
Vouch for me and I will promise a Ballas like never seen before, more innovative than ever.

(i) I have been second and third in command for Marabunta, Bloods and Ballas till date. When the current leader of Ballas wasnt in the city it was me who took charge. I have been with the gangs through thick and thin so i think I am ready to lead a gang now. I am aware of all the ghetto rules as i have lived and died in ghetto since my days in the city.

(ii) Also ghetto is getting dull now that some gangs are not showing up for events, nor they engage in street fights. Its only 1/2 gangs that engage in the streets. I believe that if i become the leader of the Families i can bring back the ghetto vibe. I cant guarantee you win but its a word that we ll fight till the last man standing.

(iii) I ll also be taking part in all the gang events such as attacking the informer, store robbery, battleship and clandestine. I have noticed for a long time that gangs only do default events, but that wont be with the Families if i become the leader as i ll make sure the gang is showing unto every event and also takes part in other events to promote RP.

One suggestion that I would like to put forward to improve RP in organization is that lately i have noticed that gangs constantly get strikes that result in them getting disbanded. Although its extended to 5 strikes they still end up getting disbanded. So i wont say i want to make the recruitment harder but it should be more informative. That the people joining in should be aware of what they do and who they are. In that sense we can promote RP and also make sure that a gang does RP without breaking rules. So if I become the leader i ll held a program where i ll inform them of the basic rules and also how to not get in trouble with RP.

- I have tried literally everything in this city , I have been a higher up in a gang , I have been a higher up in FIB , I've been in LSPD and I've been an admin . The only thing which I haven't done yet is get leadership of an org and it only feels right for me to apply for the leadership of an org . I feel like It's about time that I try to lead an org and test my leadership skills .

- Ballas has been one gang that has been miles away from RP in this server and I definitely feel like I can change that up . I feel that I have a lot to offer as someone who loves to RP and even though a lot of people don't , I definitely feel like I can bring a new twist to gang RP and help improve it. I feel very happy to say that I have a lot of good leaders around me and I have learnt a lot from them , I have a good group of friends that I believe in and I believe that as a team , we can definitely take control of an org very well . I'm not one of those people who do things alone , I like to have good people around me who encourage a positive atmosphere and I really think that with them I could definitely bring ballas to a position where it is a highly respected gang.

- Another reason would be just the plain fact that I really like the colour purple XD.
But on a serious note , I have a group of good shooters with me as well and I definitely feel that we could spice up this turf season against the other strong gangs.

3. My advices to improve RP in ballas would be to utilize an application system like the legal orgs do , this would keep everything more organized and incompetency will never be an issue . This would help reduce gang warnings since people will be tested on their knowledge of the rules. Some people do not like applying for some reason which is why I would probably design a questionnaire for all my fellow high commands and deputies . If a person answers that questionnaire well and gets 8 out of 10 questions (just an example) , they will be allowed into the gang . I will do daily turf trainings for all the turf members and make sure everybody maintains proper rp and utilizes the non rp and rp chat , the way they are supposed to be.

2.1 I want to be the leader of this specific organization because I've been in pervious gangs, for example I used to be a High Command in old Ballas before it got disbanded. Also was a pretty high rank in bloods right before it got disbanded. I was the second highest in Families. But I left to Vagos because I felt more comfortable there in which I'm the 3rd to highest rank. I was the highest rank I could be in my family, but ended up in a other family which I'm still a good high rank In which saying I have good experience with leadership. As I also play more than the average player so ill be there for a lot of the events, robberies ETC.
2.2 I enjoy how much competition there is between gangs, like in turfs, clandestine, battleship ETC.
2.3 I've been on both sides of the organizations I was fib for a period of time like I said before I've been in four gangs and I personally think the gang life is more fitting for me. Also I have a good team that will be helping me with another things not only in the gang but like discord for example. As being a leader I know a lot of leaders will give people ranks just because there close or because there good at the game but if I'm a leader it wont be like that everyone will have a fair chance because different people always have different aspects.

3. My advices for improving Roleplay level in this organization will be by adding different roleplay during robberies for example because if were being honest most gangs just give unrealistic demands or are just shooting on sight which is not even allowed. I would encourage good roleplay like in the ghetto but its a little hard since the ghetto is KOS but there is still potential like you can add a green zone somewhere in the ghetto where gang member can meet up with each other have some good RolePlay like having fistfights etc. Also I will not tolerate any rule breaks even because i will want to keep every situation IC as possible.

2. a. As being on rank 7, Warlor. I have been into Ballas for 1 month now and have been engaged in all the situations. As been starting my street role right from the bottom I have reached a rank to be a trustworthy of the leaders
b. and I have been able to handle the gang when people when HC has been absent in some situations or Gang events and pretty much when Ballas had all their turfs around the city I was a part of their core team to manage the whole Gang
c. Having a new face as Me as a leader would make it a remark for others that are new in the city to have their Gang RP completed in this server
3. a. Ballas would be on top as it has been though it needs some refreshments as we need new faces to be the HC and make it possible and easy for new people to get in and have fun. Being a gang I would want us to be as much in character as possible
Just like a real gangster would be, in the suit with the whole gang and undercover while being in the city (with family or OOC events)
b. Street fight being a mess around the mega mall I would like it to spread around the whole ghetto so that each gang have their own advantages and it be a fair fight on the street. Street fight now start with just group of gang members provoking one person of rivalry gang and then they
come into a fight calling backups. I would like to have undercover people as now we can share locations from our phone. These under cover agents will be able to notify a gang once rivalry gang is around and then we build up the whole street fight as an event
c. Other events too have been bland, Battleship, Cland and other events should be planned by each gang and then initiate instead of just moving there grouping up and start shooting one another without RP there should be some RP 15mins prior to the events so that everyone gets good content
and everyone can manage their role around in the gang. Only HCs should be allowed to negotiate in such situations and at the end it should be a good fight and RP

I'm A Straight player that is keeping all the rules and have A clean record and did not even went to Demorgen, I expect all of my gang members not to "Ruleplay" and "Roleplay" because that's how the system work and we need to keep it that way for all the players in the city and not ruin their experience , in my opinion all rules must be kept no matter what.

4. Allowing everyone without any exception to express themselves freely without any racism, antagonism, or filtering giving everyone a chance to prove themselves worthy of climbing up in the ranks and make the most out of their time..

5. What this gang specifically needs is A really rough warning system since they got disbanded twice a month? less then a month? I'm going to make A serious warning system with personal strikes and passing the declared amount of strikes would get you punished, Demorgen would also count as A strike depending on the situation and people will be punished inside the system by IDs and names.

2.When first joining the city I was always interested in joining illegal organisations due to my roleplay and my Famiglia within past cities from years ago. As I know the rules here need to be robust enough to handle the influx of people who enter the city, I stayed away from illegal orgs so that I could first gain a better understanding of the city and its rules. Now that I have been here for the past 2 months I feel now I am ready to show my interest in the gangs of this city and start doing RP that I am more interested in.

My second reason for wanting to be the leader of the Ballas is to bring more RolePlay to the city and as leader I would like to to restructure the organisation to hopefully amend some of the Ballas structural Issues amongst its ranks and add another perspective to prevent further issues with admins and other organisations. Many gangs are very disorganised and percieve their lower ranking members as as fodder. I would like to change this culture within the Ballas and optimise the recruits we have and to win bey strategy not numbers.

Finally, As i stated when applying for the previous families position. I see many of the gangs meaningless target EMS and LSPD without provocation. This targeting i believe but pressure meaninglessly on the EMS, LSPD and the admins who must consistently deal with this behaviour which disrupts RP and rips enjoyment out of the city.

3. I will attempt to enforce as more roleplay beneficial system and culture to help new players and RolePlayers fall into the difference in culture more easily. I will try to construct a strict hierarchy which also emphasises a culture of respect and family. There is no reason why we shouldn't act like a family and work together to achieve the best outcomes for the ballas. As I have said previously, this city is for us to have fun and RolePlay our Ideal dreams. All of those who join the Ballas would like to achieve and fulfill these dreams and fantasies. Those wanting to join the Ballas should expect to be joining one of the strongest, most respected groups in the city not some poorly run gang with no culture or respect.

2.I am applying for the leader of Ballas for three main reasons. Most of my family is in gangs which means that it would be easier as a gang to expand get experience from other gang members and leaders, create alliances which could improve the roleplaying standards as the ghetto currently is not very realistic as all that happens as soon as you step out of your car is that you are killed then reived and robbed which is nothing like it actually is.

Most of my time i am in different role playing servers which has given me lots of experience and i have gained my knowledge playing in different environments with different types of role-players and i think that i would be suited to become a leader of this criminal organisation.

Furthermore, i have experience in different gangs in this city and state organisations which would give me an advantage of being able to understand the situation from different peoples perspectives. I am very calm in all situations and i am very good at time management: being organised in anything is very important to me and to run a large criminal organisation in the growing city of los santos.

3. I understand that people enjoy going around the ghetto and just killing people without reason but this isn't what it is like in the real world. We have to make these roleplaying standards especially in illegal organisations much higher: I think i can help with this by making sure that when I invite someone to the gang I will not only make sure that they know all of the basic rp and ghetto rules, but i will also put them in roleplaying situations to check and improve the way that they handle things making sure that they are doing everything to lift these standards that have been set.

1). Firstly, Ballas was the second organization that I joined upon entering the city. Out of the couple times that I have been a part of Ballas I've experienced the good moments and the bad moments. I had a lot of fun and a lot of positive experiences there were some moments that I was against due to the severity of the rule breaks. I believe that some people have tainted mindsets towards RP to solely benefit themselves and their organization. I believe that this isn't just for the organization nor is it just for the server. I want to be able to provide a fun, serious, fair, roleplay environment for others without worrying whether or not me and my Organization will come out on top. I don't believe that I am perfect, I believe that I have made mistakes, but I strive to not only know what my mistakes are but to learn from them. I believe, that my time on the server combined with the leadership opportunities has allowed me to better prepare myself for the opportunity at hand.​

2). Secondly, as I briefly stated earlier, the leadership opportunities that I have been provided with have allowed me to be well fit for this leadership position. I was a high command in Ballas, followed by Vagos. I had my own family that swiftly became an informal family, and at this time am currently high command of Slaughter Cartel and Vagos. Throughout my time in any high command position, the organization and I have received a total of zero warnings. Additionally, throughout my entire time on the server, the only punishment I have received was a single demorgan.​

3). Finally, I am an extremely ambitious person, I never leave something incomplete, I always strive for the greatest version of something and make sure I do my best to make it reach its full potential. I was raised to believe that anything and everything is possible, and the only thing stopping you from seeing it complete is your own mental barriers. I believe that this mentality will positively translate into the growth and development of the Organization as a whole.​

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I am firmly opposed to the idea of possessing a play-to-win mentality, which I will strictly enforce on the members of my organization. Members that will stop at nothing to come out victorious with no regard to the roleplay scenario, or the server rules will be removed from the organization. However, I will do my best to ensure that all members regardless of the experience that they have are fully knowledgeable of all server rules. Additionally, not only will I strive to arrange one global event a week for all organizations to attend, but also I will arrange one event a week for my members only to better their overall roleplay experiences and to bond as a whole with the remainder of my organization.
