2. One reason I would like to be leader of this criminal organisation is I believe I could be a great leader. This is because I do great rp and I know how to run a gang and marabunta is abandoned.
3. As fun as it is going round ghetto and getting into fights, I will not have the only purpose of joining my gang to do that. I want to be a leader of Marabunta Grande because I started out in marabunta when the city started. I think second or third day I joined marabunta, I was one of the first 10 members to join and help the leader do a gun store robbery and 24/7 off the rip. I remember back in the day slowly growing our member list and trying to learn the city while also dominating the ghetto, back in that time I was a vice/deputy. Because of this and my background with marabunta, I want to become leader and make it to how it was and make marabunta have a better meaning to the name. I think I would be a great leader doing multiple events every day and making sure we attend battleship, clandestine, do a gun store robbery, Fort Zancudo raid, and much more.

I also like everything about marabunta from the get go, the color, hq location, the gun store inside the hq, the logo, and how Emiliano Garcia and Julian Depacido greets me when I see them. The whole vibe of marabunta is nice and I have made videos of this. It is where my home is in this city and I always feel at home in marabunta hq.

I want to add as my third reason that I have started streaming and I think it would be great content for the stream, to be marabunta leader. People can see how being leader is and what you do on a day to day basis.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My advice for improving roleplay level in organization is to set a standard of good roleplay and make sure everyone understands not only the rules but the rules of roleplay. Also make sure everyone is on the same page with the rp and that communication is key to make sure everyone is rping and not breaking rules. I have been in a bunch of servers and know how to rp in general, and I have rped here as well.

I think GreyAss would be a good leader actually.

2. I would like to lead this organization for 3 main reasons:
I) I believe in the values of this organization, I have been apart of it for the last month and a half been a highly active member in many of the operations(Ammo runs, events, etc) wherever possible. I have proven my efficiency of leadership, tactics and gained a mutual respect with all of the members of the recently disbanded NG and other LEOs.

II) I have grown good relationships with the recent officers and General of the NG, I seen their efforts and dedications to functioning of the NG and I believe as General of the NG, I can help maximize their skills to provide a better experience among those in the NG. Also having their knowledge to help make the NG what it should be, especially with the other organizations ,gangs and admins.

III)I want the employ a better system to the Current NG structure to help make the RP situation more realistic and fun for the members of the NG, make it a much better partner within the many organizations that reside on the server.

I) I have seen the tactics of the NG in its present state and I want to improve on what it is and should be. I have seen why the gangs are not attacking the base as they may want to. So I want to apply the concept of squads within the NG, spread the units out across the base, defending the points of interest rather along with points of entry/exit, having better defense points in prison breaks events, etc.

II) The NG needs to have more divisions to give the members of the NG more options of their RP career path, such as the current SASD being more diversified. Adding more divisions beyond pilots and medics, such as First Assault teams, Recon teams.

III) more constant battle training, have simulation training within the members of the NG on base, help them develop their shooting skills, their tactical knowledge and reactions, help make the system feel like the NG is the greatest defense of the City.
