2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My first and main reason I want to be the Leader of Vagos is, previously the Vagos did well in staying active and participating in events, however a lot of rules were broken and looked away from, during my time in Vagos I was a High Command member and I was watching how operations were lead and how members were treated and taught. I believe the previous versions of Vagos lacked respect towards the members and lacked teaching the members the rules and no members were helped the way they should have been. If I am chosen to be the Leader of Vagos, I will set goals and I will reach all those goals before the end of my first term. My first and most important goal would be to Host at least 1 global event every single week at the bare minimum, that would follow up with 1 store robbery every single day after server restart, and 2 Fort Zancudo raids every single day. I would also set another goal to make sure every single one of my members are educated on the rules so therefore no problems are caused in the long run for them or even Vagos.

My second reason why I want to be the leader of Vagos is, I believe I am a patient calm, and most importantly understanding person. I believe that every good Leader also has a good cabinet, therefore I will make sure to get four Deputies that are all given a fair chance at getting their position if they deserve position, because I want the best for Vagos, I will put countless of hours finding the right people for everything, I will make sure that Vagos becomes and stays a steady gang in all positions that includes a Turf team that is able to compete without any problems they have proved themselves to myself and others before and will surely do it again i'm also certain we have an insane chance of getting 100% territory under control, a Spray team that is active and remains smart in all situations, and a Event team that is in charge of leading all events which I myself will also be included in all three with other Deputies to make sure everything is ran smoothly.

My third reason why I want to be the leader of Vagos is, I have a lot of experience, currently applying I am a Deputy of Families I am helping out with everything that is needed to be done, like Events, setting up the organization, rebuilding it etc. I was also previously a Deputy of Ballas which was doing extremely well before disbanding, Ballas was doing great in all areas, for example the Turf team was competing extremely well against other gangs, We were participating in a lot of Fort Zancudo raids, we did 1 store robbery every single day and even more. Before Ballas I was a High Command member of Vagos however even tho I did not stay in Vagos for a long period of time, I watched and learned every bad and good thing about how it was being lead and done therefore I have received good learning experience from it. Before Vagos I was in FIB & SAHP in both these LEO organizations I was apart of Spec Ops and Swat, in both I was in charge of assisting leading both teams for anything the two Special forces was called to, therefore I know how things are run on the other side and know what should be done correctly on both sides. Before this I was a High Command member of Bloods and I also learned a lot here as well for example, all the Spray locations, how turfs are worked etc. Before this I was a High Command member of Marabunta I helped and assisted with Recruitment and setting up members with all rules.
Therefore... because of all these reasons and even plenty more to add on, I believe I should be selected for the Leader of Vagos because of the amount of experience I have to offer and because I have great people to assist me along the journey.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. Firstly I would help popularize different activities other than just Ghetto smoking, I would attempt to host a Illegal racing events every couple times a week to show members of my gang different fun activities they could participate in, of course they would be rewarded with a prize to encourage them to participate in these roleplay events, I would also make a quiz for recruitment so Vagos could be filled with members that are educated with the rules, even if they fail the quiz I would still teach them the rules regardless and ask to retry so therefore everyone could participate being educated on the rules.

Secondly I would make sure everyone that is in my gang is Roleplaying in the best way, using their voice to describe their actions when robbing, reviving or roleplaying something. I will also have a system that is made known to everyone in my gang that would involve a strike system that could lead to demotions or even kicks if it really necessary.

Thirdly I am strictly against a play to win mentality, members that will do anything to come out in a victory even if it requires them to break rules will instantly be removed, no matter what rank or who they are these players are not welcome, however before removing them I will let them know of their wrong actions so they could improve on themselves as a member of this community.

2. First reason,and most by me,most important one,since we all spend alot of time
in this city,is to make Vagos a nice place to be in. I want to make
it a place with a nice atmosphere,where players can enjoy to play.
I want to provide them with a hella lot of stuff. Daily events,often store robberies,
daily battleships so they can compete against others for the great reward.
I want to start doing things others were avoiding to. Since I am a big car lover,I want
to start doing illegal street races with them,and I know alot of gangs
are avoiding/skipping doing those,or simply don't like doing them.
To sumarize it,I just want to make it a headquarter where everyone
will want to return to. I want to show illegal players every
aspect of this kind of life,a life where you always need
to be in a move,but all for the great prize and huge fun!

Second reason,well,since first time I flew with my boys to the
city,we were part of alot of illegal happenings,doing all kind
of jobs with shady people. We have seen all sides of hell,but we were also able
to grab most out of it and never regretted doing any of it. I now think that I am able
to step on a higher ladder and start being a guy that pulls the strings. I think of myself
as a very respectful,positive and justiceful person to be able to lead an organization
like the gang. I want to make a different kind of The Vagos. Not the gang that always
punishes persons on their mistakes,without trying to explain them what they did wrong,but I want to
make a more positive approach to the people and always try to explain them if they performed bad,or made
stupid mistakes,and encourage them to get better instead of immediately firing them. Of course,
if there's no help at trying to show person what they did bad,and what the good ways should be,
only then I would punish them,but again,with explaining them precisely why they got punished.
So overall,a respectful environment with a big chance to become a better player,and a
better person.

Third reason, since this is a roleplay server,I want to give my best to make others,and of course,myself,
improve at doing roleplay at it's best! When it comes to a kidnapping,robbing,or any type of illegal activity,
I want to make it double more fun and exciting by taking a roleplay on another level.
I'd like to have a different kind of teams in the gang,for example,a team for robbing,
team for kidnapping,team for going on ghetto patrols and doing graffitis,team of
recruiters that are gonna get the best possible people in the gang,and of course,encourage new
citizens in this city that have high ambitions to join The Vagos and etcetera! By making teams for
each aspect of illegal life,I hope to achieve a better quality of spending time in the city. I will
make sure that every person that is in this country hear about The Vagos,and to wish to join us!
Just for note,I have a strong back-up that would always help me with leading the gang,veteran
players that experienced each corner of this city,veterans that were in a high positions in other
illegal organisations.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I will point out my thoughts about how to achieve a better roleplay level in organization,
and in this city overall.
First of all,I would set a certain requirement to be able to join our
organization. First is a bare minimum of 10 years being in this city.
If a person is atleast 10 years in the city,they should know most of the rules,and
most important basics in how they should perform in different kind of situations,and
how to correctly approach RP.
Second thing that I would add is a quizz. A quizz that every person that wants to join,needs to pass.
A quizz of most of the important ghettoo,green zone and general rules! Only if they pass it,
they would be allowed to join. By this,we avoid getting into situations where we could
get a warning from the curators. And also,we avoid having a stressful sitatuions,and of course,
avoid having a bad time spent playing on this server.
The thing that would help too,is that I would encourage every person in the gang,ingame or via
discord,to always ask if they sometimes are not sure of something,or don't know the right
way to perform a certain action. I would always make sure,before each event,to describe
what everyone should do in that event,and what is allowed/forbidden! Since I said I would like
to have teams for each aspect of illegal life,I would do trainings with them once in a while.. For example,
training how we/they should do robbing. Training how they should act and perform in a ghetto,in the city,
and in the outskirts of the city. Couple of times peer week,I would also do arena training with
the capture/turf team,to improve our combat abilities,so we can show everybody who The Vagos

- My first organization was the Families, throughout the months I've been on the server, it has pretty much been my only org. I have gotten to learn and see how a gang should operate from watching the previous and current leaders and high command run the organization. I feel like I am more than capable of leading a gang and would like to take on the challenge.

- I also would like to help others learn more about gang life and the city as a a whole. By making sure people get familiar with the way that things work in the server as I know how hard it can be for people. Especially players who are coming into the server solo.

- I would also like to build a better structure within the gang community as a whole. To bring more rational and less toxic events by being able to keep good terms and have a good understanding on situations with leaders in the other gangs.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I think increasing the RP with legal orgs could improve RolePlay, especially the RP done during the store robberies, as I feel like this could bring a ton of fun for both sides. As well as, during those scenarios being able to handle them professionally and the right way, without any issues.

- Making sure that people recruited have a great understanding of the rules. Also, making sure that people understand that there is more to being a gang member than just the events that go on. Helping people use creativity and their imagination for things like making money and/or finding something to do while waiting for the next event.

This problem is what makes other players discouraged to play because it feels repetitive as if they haven’t had an option to do something else. Instead of just shooting and trash talking we could have high command of gangs encourage and establish ghetto events such as drag races, fight nights in a discreet area, betting and many more.



Gangs should concentrate more on face to face interactions instead of shooting. Gangs could have interactive meetings where players get to interact with others in multiple ways rather than just shooting at each other



Power gaming the Zone for Robberies have also been a major problem since the beginning of release, both sides should try concentrate on more of the RP aspect rather than just asking each other to “leave the zone”

1. I’ve been around the city a few months and have had the privilege of working along side and against (rp speaking) some great leaders and members of this city within the orgs I’ve been involved in. I’ve seen how great orgs function by fulfilling their purpose and hope to bring what I’ve learned along the way to this organization.

2. I’ve experienced great role play and the poor role play from our gang members in the past and have come to see that a lot of it has to do with lack of education about our rules and a reminder this is role play and the moment it turns toxic we or someone else is no longer enjoying our time spent. My personal opinion is while great leader have been chosen for the leadership roles, a lot of the times I notice the wrong individuals placed in roles they can’t fulfill be it due to friendship or lack of foresight on what the organization needs. I hope to bring this org a foundation and structure, even if it be temporary, to re build off of and thrive. If proper leaders are placed based on ability and communication, things get moving and opens the opportunity to role play quicker and smoother.

- I have been in this city for a long time and I have gotten experiences from pretty much every organization (leaving out a couple), I have seen how gangs work , I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them . I have weighed the pros and cons for leading a gang and I've seen that a lot of good gangs get disbanded over the most stupid reasons and I wanna be better than those leaders. I know for a fact that if I get a shot , I will not disappoint.i have a dream that i wanna become a leader of a gang and i wanna set an example to all the people that what jimmy balenciaga can do.

- I have also broken some rules which i learned after getting punished now i think im capable that i can get the people to know all the rules of proper roleplaying and i would be keeping a special team or old and experienced people from gangs who are there for a long time to help them and guide them how the gangs work and will be implementing a system where people who break rules will get strike and if they get 3/3 strikes they are fired from the organisation and every week 1 strike will be reduced same system as the warnings given by the god (I Would Like To Thank The Gods For This idea) and as usual some of the leaders are so scared of disbanding that they wont even leave hq but i will not be like that i will make all the ghetto fun and my dream,my target is to get a leader of a gang and get 100% area through turfs and i swear i will get the best turf team.

The Reason:

To start off,
Marabunta was the first-ever organization that I joined after coming to this city. As days passed, I learned about the ways of this city, people, and how things work. I have spent most of my Non-LEO terms with Marabunta. To be precise I've got an emotional attachment with the "BLUES". This HQ feels like home to me.

I got to know many people from this org from the time when I stepped inside this HQ as a member, and with time they became a family to me. I was lucky that I had the best mates ever from the beginning of my career as a Bandit. But as they say "Nothing lasts forever", it got a disband somehow and my fellow mates got scattered in different gangs. But I know they want the "BLUES" back just like before and I am here to make sure to fulfill that wish!! To build the same old home for everyone but with a new spark!!

After being on the server for more than 6 months IRL, I just cannot stand hearing that "Marabunta is always weak and useless.", "They are good for nothing and will get a disband soon."

2. I want to be leader of Vagos because it was my second gang at the beginning of the city and i was a vice and captain of turfs for them. So it would be good to be lead Vagos and be apart of them once again as it was the best gang i have been in inside the city and I have been in every gang org and some of the legal orgs with high ranks also so i know how both sides work.

Additionally, I like the unique HQ it has as it is away from the main ghetto and the other gangs and has it's own ghetto area to own and maintain the sprays in that area. Also I have been in the city from the first day and think i can implement my knowledge and experience from the server and in particular gangs throughout the months to create a good. long-lasting and powerful gang.

Finally, I would definitely make it a priority to have a active gang as some gangs as of late have really low activity in the ghetto, clandestine, battleships and robberies etc. Also I would like my members to participate in turfs and try their best as some gangs don't even bother defending their turf or attacking others.

3. My advices for improving roleplay in an organisation would be first in recruitment as if u recruit anybody and everybody it would just lead to no roleplay and just a quick disband so I would implement a roleplay quiz so I have good role-players in the organisation. Also I have played on multiple rp servers so my understanding and level of rp i would like to think is quite high and at a good level. I have been in a gang long enough to know it's all just not about shooting in the ghetto but also creating fun scenarios with LEO's or other gangs as this makes the city fun and sets it aside from just constant pvp.

First reason: During my life in the city, I have been part of all kinds of different organisations, legal and illegal ones.
The organisation that got stuck in my hearth was The Families. At the time I was in it we were kinda small and weak
compared to others but nevertheless i sticked with them. The atmosphere, the friendship with other gang members,
it was all amazing, it made me feel that i never wanna leave it. But the day came when it got disbanded and it made
me feel kind of sad. Now that i have an opportunity i want to try and give my best to rebuild it to an even better illegal
organisation. I want to keep a nice and friendly atmosphere it had, but gangwise i want to take it to another level and
give members an opportunity to experience a real life on the illegal side of the city.

Second reason: I consider myself a mature person, with a lot of understanding towards others, that is ready to take
upon this role. I feel like i will be able to interact with others in the best possible way. Most of the leaders, from my
perspective, always yell and use a strong and offensive language to make others listen to them, and by doing that,
I feel like its ruining peoples experience in the city. I want to try a new, more friendly and respectful approach towards
the fellow gang members. By doing that i want them to listen to me and take me as a leader, not by fear but by respect.

Third reason: I believe, after much time spent in the city, that i am ready to be a leader of such an organisation.
I have a pretty strong back-up that consists of a lot of ex-high command players, most of them that were in
exatcly this gang, The Families. I want to make it a place with high activity in all kinds of stuff, such as daily
store robberies, doing a lot of more global gang events, attending battleship and interacting with other gangs.
The Families were considered as a small name in the city for a long period of time. I want to change that,
I want to make the activity be on top, i want to make others to respect us, and im going to achieve that
by showing them how strong we are, but at the same time, how respectful and understandable we can be.
I want to make ghetto a place that wherever you turn, you see GREEN. By doing turfs on a regular basis,
with players that have high combat skills and knowledge i want to make most of the territories ours.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

To achieve a good RP in a gang, without mistakes, i'll make sure that every person before joining knows
all of the ghetto, general and important GZ rules, and i will do that by doing a verbal quizz with players.
I'll be sure to only rank up players that are doing gang jobs extremely good, sticking to a good level of
RolePlay. By promoting people like that i'll encourage them to learn and get better in all kinds of situation
that require a good RP knowledge. As my deputies will consist of players high knowledge and capabilities,
they will make sure that each gang member knows the basics and also teach them how they should perform
in every kind of gang situation and any gang event.

I feel like sometimes people are just playing to win instead of to RP. I want to change this. I am willing to take losses for the sake of a good RP. Obviously, for people to be able to RP properly, they need to learn the rules. I will make sure that every single member that is trying to join a gang knows them and lives by them. I want to become a gang leader because I am ready to put all my strength and skills to achieve the result that no one else had before.

Firstly, I have more than 50 people behind my back, who will not sit AFK on HQ, but will play RP, go to events all the time and, of course, turfs. I am as confident in my people as I am in myself.

Secondly, I have my own goals, which previously none of the leaders could normally realize. For example, to make large RP situations with government structures with big amount of people and especially I would like to always have the highway under control, because this is one of the most profitable ways of earning money for the guys in the organization.

In conclusion, I can say with confidence that this will be one of the best leadership terms in the history of this server, at least because of the people that I will bring with me. My first and main reason I want to be the Leader of Vagos is, previously the Vagos did well in staying active and participating in events, however a lot of rules were broken and looked away from, during my time in Vagos I was a High Command member and I was watching how operations were lead and how members were treated and taught. I believe the previous versions of Vagos lacked respect towards the members and lacked teaching the members the rules and no members were helped the way they should have been. If I am chosen to be the Leader of Vagos, I will set goals and I will reach all those goals before the end of my first term. My first and most important goal would be to Host at least 1 global event every single week at the bare minimum, that would follow up with 1 store robbery every single day after server restart, and 2 Fort Zancudo raids every single day. I would also set another goal to make sure every single one of my members are educated on the rules so therefore no problems are caused in the long run for them or even Vagos.

My second reason why I want to be the leader of Vagos is, I believe I am a patient calm, and most importantly understanding person. I believe that every good Leader also has a good cabinet, therefore I will make sure to get four Deputies that are all given a fair chance at getting their position if they deserve position, because I want the best for Vagos, I will put countless of hours finding the right people for everything, I will make sure that Vagos becomes and stays a steady gang in all positions that includes a Turf team that is able to compete without any problems they have proved themselves to myself and others before and will surely do it again i'm also certain we have an insane chance of getting 100% territory under control, a Spray team that is active and remains smart in all situations, and a Event team that is in charge of leading all events which I myself will also be included in all three with other Deputies to make sure everything is ran smoothly.

My third reason why I want to be the leader of Vagos is, I have a lot of experience, currently applying I am a Deputy of Families I am helping out with everything that is needed to be done, like Events, setting up the organization, rebuilding it etc. I was also previously a Deputy of Ballas which was doing extremely well before disbanding, Ballas was doing great in all areas, for example the Turf team was competing extremely well against other gangs, We were participating in a lot of Fort Zancudo raids, we did 1 store robbery every single day and even more. Before Ballas I was a High Command member of Vagos however even tho I did not stay in Vagos for a long period of time, I watched and learned every bad and good thing about how it was being lead and done therefore I have received good learning experience from it. Before Vagos I was in FIB & SAHP in both these LEO organizations I was apart of Spec Ops and Swat, in both I was in charge of assisting leading both teams for anything the two Special forces was called to, therefore I know how things are run on the other side and know what should be done correctly on both sides. Before this I was a High Command member of Bloods and I also learned a lot here as well for example, all the Spray locations, how turfs are worked etc. Before this I was a High Command member of Marabunta I helped and assisted with Recruitment and setting up members with all rules.
Therefore... because of all these reasons and even plenty more to add on, I believe I should be selected for the Leader of Vagos because of the amount of experience I have to offer and because I have great people to assist me along the journey.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. Firstly I would help popularize different activities other than just Ghetto smoking, I would attempt to host a Illegal racing events every couple times a week to show members of my gang different fun activities they could participate in, of course they would be rewarded with a prize to encourage them to participate in these roleplay events, I would also make a quiz for recruitment so Vagos could be filled with members that are educated with the rules, even if they fail the quiz I would still teach them the rules regardless and ask to retry so therefore everyone could participate being educated on the rules.

Secondly I would make sure everyone that is in my gang is Roleplaying in the best way, using their voice to describe their actions when robbing, reviving or roleplaying something. I will also have a system that is made known to everyone in my gang that would involve a strike system that could lead to demotions or even kicks if it really necessary.

Thirdly I am strictly against a play to win mentality, members that will do anything to come out in a victory even if it requires them to break rules will instantly be removed, no matter what rank or who they are these players are not welcome, however before removing them I will let them know of their wrong actions so they could improve on themselves as a member of this community.

RP Quality
Firstly, it’s the RP quality I could bring out to members and citizens, in being the position of leader. I’m a willing RPer and I prefer having a great RP situation rather than losing or dying, something that I know others strive to learn but doesn’t succeed in. I’m going to do anything to make sure my members are enjoying RP I’ll bring to them, as well as winning turfs and street fights. In saying this I’m gonna have a great balance on street fights and event victory focus, as well as including a lot of interactive and enjoyable RP. I’m gonna make sure at all costs that I and my members have low to no reports made about them, and not having the need of specially assigned “forum warriors” in my gang that makes sure no one gets punished. If I see another gang member does something that weakens RP and is reportable I’d rather get knowledge on why they’ve done it, and if they do not care about weakening other people in they’re surroundings RP I would definitely report them as that is something, that is very selfish to do and weakens rp of all around them. I would also firstly try to void things IC instead of reporting them before doing anything else. I think these RP policies will make all members of my potential leadership glad of the RP they get to participate in.

Creative RP
I’m most definitely gonna involve new and fun RP in the gang that isn’t seen before. I would be a major hosted in global events that me and curators have agreed about that makes members and participants from all sides amazed in the RP qualities of my leadership.
One thing that may not be possible, but I think would strengthen RP for all would be a global event for all around the city, where the gangs had made an alliance for a state coup, that would last a day or some hours where I have a great plan for how all sides can enjoy the RP as well as not ACTUALLY, take over the government. Alongside this I also have other ideas that would go through curators and also through the theme of Creative RP.

Might and members
Immediately when given leadership of Families I would make sure the first members would be my Deputies, which I would have interviews for to make sure I have the best ones available that can lead the organization alongside me, and make sure the gang stays on top, in terms of winnings of capture as well as Roleplay creating and enhancing. I would make sure that I have the most qualified higher commands and shooters to make sure Families stays on top in terms of turf capture. If I ever see someone doing something they’re not supposed to do, I wouldn’t kick them immediately but firstly try to give them a verbal warning and knowledge them about what went

Upon joining
I would have a rule test upon joining to make sure my members are in good standard of knowledge of rules, and inform them on how we rule and what they can do to get promoted etc. In the Families discord I would most definitely intergrate a members log where I could keep in touch of what the members have been doing for Families and whether so they need a promotion. Further more they would get promoted if they have been seen loyal and good for the gang. I would also try to give the non high commands chances to prove them selves, like leading the gang for an event or suggesting a plan on how we could win the given event that was coming up. I think this a great subject on how the members could show they’re loyalty and effort as well as they’re strategies and would definitely give them a good opportunity in terms of showing leadership capabilities.

1. I always loved the job of a policeman, I would really love to become the leader of the LSPD to manage the patrols, I would also like to train the policemen to do more road stops, to enhance the RP

3- I come from an Italian server with a very high RP level where cops are taken seriously even with a slight fear every time you see them. I found that in this server the cops are a bit focused on only some illegal activities leaving the others neglected, I think ideally a road stop and a shooting have the same importance, I repeat, ideally. You cannot ignore speeding, otherwise with this logic you should also ignore the shooting.
