I also want to make sure that within SAHP we always make our arrest by the book not make petty mistakes that can cause heartache to our officers I want to be sure that not only does everyone enjoy being with SAHP they also learn from there experiences within SAHP and they feel welcomed and heard from there higher ups I want to make sure that everyone understands that I’m listening to those that are under me and taking there advice and making sure they know that I’ll make necessary changes in order to make the org a better place for everyone.





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

Step 1: crack down on email calls coming into ic and playing a massive part in the roleplay situations this cant happen as its failrp and meta gaming, it also ruins the roleplay experience for those that are partaking and end up having loss a created tactical advantage in game because people are using info obtained ooc.

Step 2. Implant more realistic ways of doing things, techniques, chain of command, and trainings, while also not attempting to overload those within the SAHP by making small injections over time will allow for a better outcome.

step 3. Use the radio more efficiently and use it for a lot less ooc talk and more tactical call outs which will help improve the quality of role play, because people will start to learn exactly what should go over the work radio and what shouldn’t

Recently joining this city, everyone was super helpful and patient but one person that stood out was Ex Chief Of Highway Patrol. He stood out because of his commitment and passion for being an LEO. Larry in my opinion suits the Sheriff's position perfectly. He’s passionate, committed, knows the rules, knows the laws, most importantly he knows how to run an organization even when he was Chief. @LARRY

1: I was a High command under the last Sherrif Phil Roberts and before that under Jason Memes and was also in the Org under Sherrif Louie Margiela. So i've been in the Org quite a while and know what the Organisation needs so I have seen many Typen of leadership and I know what kind of changes I want to make to improve the org
2: I really love and enjoy the rp experiance that you get in SAHP. I think i could improve the Organisation and can make it a successful and loved Org by the Citizens of San Andreas.
3: As a Former High Command i know How to Lead and what the Rules are for the org. I now the Juristriction and i know all the necessary steps to Lead and improve the organisation: also iam in good contact with lots of the other Official Orgs High Commands.
4: MyGoal is to improve the Org and the experiance for the players in the city and the department.
5: My advice to Improve the Org. Is a strikt Leadership. Teaching all the Members in the Org the rules Of Events and City and Don't tollerate any sloppy behavior. I want to be the leader of this organization because I believe there is a lot I can bring to the table when it comes to structure and experience when building this team. I know what it takes to run a department like this and how to keep the wheel greased so things can operate smoothly. With knowledge in almost every department within SAHP, my experiences give me a great opportunity to become Sheriff and lead a strong core of hard working, dedicated employees. Team work and respect between officers is key to making a great work environment and I truly believe I can accomplish this through structure and stability. Leading by example is something I wont shy away from, whether it is meetings at gov, going on patrol, or even ammo runs, I'm ready to lead this squad and produce a good product out there on the streets. Your only as good as the person beside you and I plan to surround myself with the best if I am selected. Having the right people leading the right departments will lead to a solid foundation for building this great org back up to the beauty it once was. Leadership, Experience, Values all mean something.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

Proper recruitment and onboarding for new trainees through a more extensive training program to properly prepare for IG scenarios. Explain that the badge represents the state and your actions directly reflect those of the department.

Having a well structured chain of command and departments operating within SAHP that reflect those of a real operating Highway Patrol. Each branch will have its own categories and ranks that break down access and responsibilities for those officers

Make sure that "email" conversations are not happening at all when out on patrol or whenever you leave the HQ to eliminate the chance of metagaming. The channels will only be for interviews, training and high command meetings all while officers are within the HQ boundary and not out of our zone.

I have enjoyed my time in the city doing law enforcement for a very long time and it all started with SAHP in the term of Papi Gordo. Before coming to the city I had experience elsewhere that really made me stand out and have a head start over others that helped me excel in SAHP and get things done. I reached Corporal very quickly but after a while I had to depart from the city for a few months to focus on other serious matters and so I left SAHP. When I came back to the city I joined LSPD and did exactly the same thing of excelling through the ranks and being noticed in the department. Unfortunately LSPD disbanded and I had nowhere to really go until I got invited to come back as a Lieutenant in the new detective department which I know and love. To be in a legal organisation fighting crime is basically my bloodline and career in the city that I want to stay with and dedicate my time to when I fly into the city. I have never seen the benefits of being in a family and all my time and effort is devoted to the legal organisation I choose to be in and help out.

So after that little background story, why do I want to be the leader of SAHP? Well I have the experience, skills, knowledge and the get shit done attitude that people like to see. Not once in LSPD or SAHP have I had a day of feeling lazy, laying off work, or just giving a poor performance. I enjoy what I do and that is what you would want from a leader. As a Detective Lieutenant in LSPD I gave it my all and always put in the work to gather intelligence and help the division where possible. I would do the same as the leader of SAHP and really pull my weight.

My goal as a leader would be to make SAHP thrive on a constant basis and follow the 4 principles I stick to when running a large organisation or group of people and they are discipline, organisation, consistency, and leadership. When all 4 of those principles are in place everything runs like clockwork and unfortunately there have been times where I have seen SAHP not have those principles and it really makes a big difference. I want to change SAHP and bring balance and order to the department as well as make sure everyone is pulling their weight and doing their part in the organisation to make SAHP as best as it possibly can be.

If I was to be picked for the leader of SAHP I would love to work with the team at my disposal to make sure a lot of old SAHP features stay the same and improve further such as the divisions like SWAT, detectives, and FTO. Some of these divisions have great concepts and in my eyes I see a lot more potential that could be put to use in these divisions to make a difference in SAHP and the north of the city.

My end goal for SAHP is to see a department that people can enjoy being a part of as well as having pride in their role knowing that they are a part of a great organisation that gets well managed from the leadership to organization and even communication. I would do this by creating a team of leaders that can provide this and not have 1 person carrying the team and for those who are new to SAHP will be made into born leaders with time and dedication in SAHP, and I want them to feel that.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:
It all starts with leadership. Picking and training the correct leaders is always key for improving RP levels and keeping everything smooth. For example If I am picking a SWAT team leader it's about how well can they shoot but there are other factors to look at such as how well can they communicate, lead, and how well can they be organised. If I can get a SWAT leader who can think outside of the box then there is the opportunity for SWAT to experiment with new things such as weekly training, joint operations, or working with the detective unit on a case or two and lending a helping hand. I see a large potential for SWAT but a lot of the time they are just people with big guns on standby in my eyes and they could be a lot more than that. To improve the overall standard of roleplay in SAHP I would most likely appoint people from different divisions/sectors of SAHP and then every week at a certain time have a meeting for feedback, problems, and how we can improve. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. But overall it's about seeking opportunities, being creative and having an open mind for coming up with ways to create RP for SAHP.

On a side note for creating RP it's not just about being focused on combat and arresting people in SAHP, it can be the little things such as intelligence reports and interesting ways of interacting with people that can create RP. For example if you were to interrogate someone then at least make it realistic and interesting for the person involved such as taking their photo for a police report/record or RP’ly taking their fingerprints. All the little things make it special. On top of that SAHP and any other organisation is like a little family and maybe when possible some private SAHP events can be planned in character to boost morale and make everyone feel welcome in the department. An example would be an off duty firework show, maybe a wedding if one pops up or just a RP field trip out somewhere for fun with a give away or something added on top as a bonus. As I said, all of the little things count towards making something just a bit more special and friendly.

2. First of all I used to be one of the oldest SAHP members one day but I had to resign for multiple IRL reasons. Second, I have experience from the whole series of GTA since gta sanandreas until GTA V. I understand it is different but I played the cop role in both of them for a long time. Third, me taking over the SAHP will chance many things I noticed in the previous leaders and not hit the same wrong spot they did. Also not being in another faction will allow me to offer my entire time to the SAHP.
3. Honestly from the previous leaders without mentioning any names they were kind of weak in the English Skills and I barely noticed any professionalism from them. In my opinion I will improve the academic step therefore I am fully trusting who is passing under that test I am doing.

I want to be the leader of this organization because I believe there is a lot I can bring to the table when it comes to structure and experience when building this team. I know what it takes to run a department like this and how to keep the wheel greased so things can operate smoothly. With knowledge in almost every department within SAHP, my experiences give me a great opportunity to become Sheriff and lead a strong core of hard working, dedicated employees. Team work and respect between officers is key to making a great work environment and I truly believe I can accomplish this through structure and stability. Leading by example is something I wont shy away from, whether it is meetings at gov, going on patrol, or even ammo runs, I'm ready to lead this squad and produce a good product out there on the streets. Your only as good as the person beside you and I plan to surround myself with the best if I am selected. Having the right people leading the right departments will lead to a solid foundation for building this great org back up to the beauty it once was. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

Proper recruitment and onboarding for new trainees through a more extensive training program to properly prepare for IG scenarios. Explain that the badge represents the state and your actions directly reflect those of the department.

Having a well structured chain of command and departments operating within SAHP that reflect those of a real operating Highway Patrol. Each branch will have its own categories and ranks that break down access and responsibilities for those officers

Make sure that "email" conversations are not happening at all when out on patrol or whenever you leave the HQ to eliminate the chance of metagaming. The channels will only be for interviews, training and high command meetings all while officers are within the HQ boundary and not out of our zone.

First and foremost, the level of experience I possess rivals most of the competition in this field of work. I worked at sahp for 70+ days during the whole of the summer, learning the culture and ethics about how to coexist with fellow members in blue in Paleto bay and the other outskirts of the city. In addition to this, I was, and am currently, subsisted in the LSPD as the lead of the recruitment and training division, established as the FTO department. I therefore can assuredly conclude that I would hold all the mandatory and significant attributes as well as all knowledge that a leader needs in order to contemporarily and progressively run an organization.

Secondly, with the assortment of experienced backgrounds and skills I possess (mentioned above), I will deliver an array of ways together with plans to organize and run the department. These particular ways include color cataloged documents and discord channels. You can gladly ask my old coworkers about my work ethic, and about how I work. Topping these points, I already have a personal, vast and large team of proficient, trustworthy officers that would join under my leadership term in a heartbeat. In order to improve roleplay, I will start from the bottom of the tree, the roots. For every person who enters the organization, they will have to undergo a standardized knowledge quiz to ensure everyone knows a basic level of RP rules and terms before joining the organization. After joining the organization, Each trainee will be in training and ride alongs for 3 days with access to a series of resources and documents that include in depth standardized state organization rules, that will provide every civilian with an unparalleled importance of high standard RP. I will roll out plans for my field training division to evaluate 1 on 1 each trainee to ensure they know and understand these rules, and to be rest assured they can follow these rules without guidance to provide fair play to every player.

1. Leader of The Ballas Gang

2. I believe I would be a great fit for the role of leading the Ballas Gang for several reasons; some more major than others. First of all, when I am given a responsibility or starting a new project, operation etc, I tend to work insanely hard to bring what I’m operating with to the maximum level it can reach. And if I’m given the leadership of Ballas, I can ensure that this statement of mine is going to be shown in the work and effort I will be giving up to the organization. I look to myself as a very hard working person, and that trait is going to be a major factor in my potential upbringing of Ballas. I can also inform everyone that if I’m given the leadership of Ballas, I will work my hardest possible to make sure there will be new rp events or new rp situations that we haven’t seen before, in which will make the members of Ballas and hopefully other organizations satisfied of not only the fun of the shootings and hostage situations, but enjoy the bare rp of it, that I mean the previous criminal organizations hasn’t quite succeeded with. The last month or two, the criminal rp in the city has been very weak to non existent as people have just sticked with the same old shootings and nothing more which I hugely disagree with. Therefore I will also attempt to not only boost the rp of the gang, but I will try in someway to add rp into the shootings so the members and newcomers won’t be annoyed of the “same old, same old” and rather be satisfied as something new and interesting always will take place upon my leadership.

3. I have a lot of experience of the ghetto and gangs. I would say I know and can memorize most rules which applies to the ghetto. I know what it’s like to be a newcomer and a normal member, and therefore I also know how to satisfy that crowd, so they decide to stay in the gang. In saying this, unfortunately I haven’t been in leadership of any gangs before. The highest rank I’ve been, was a gangster in Fluffys leadership of Marabunta which I believe was about rank 5 or 6 but can’t recall as their seems to be new rank names now. But In my eyes, I think that can also be a good thing. I have a lot of experience being the people I’m now trying to satisfy. (The newcomers/normal members (not HCs). Therefore I know how to take them to their best possible level, and I also know how to have them stay in the organization.
Something else I also believe is good is that I have been in a lot of orgs, both legal and illegal in which Ive gained information on how to have most fun by rp from both sides of orgs, some examples of orgs I’ve been in is: Ballas, Bloods, Families, Marabunta, FIB, LSPD, SAHP, Gov. And by being in those orgs I’ve learnt how legal orgs can enjoy most rp as well as how illegal orgs can.
I will also have a type of rule test, upon joining the gang, so I make sure the new members will not screw up in order of the rules that applies to ghetto. I will also be an open leader, I will take notice and suggestions of all members from rank 1 to max. I will also have an open eye and watch over, members that have done well and deserve a bonus or a rank up. I will implement new systems where all members will have control of what they have done for the gang, in which I would check momentarily every week to see if someone deserves a rank up or bonus. I have also been in many organizations which I have much useful information from, in which I would be able to forward upon leadership of Ballas.

4. I know many systematical and intelligent people who could be by my side, and guide me during my potential leadership. I will start to have weekly training, and will try to have weekly training to make sure the members are up to standard during the times where it matters the most, such as events and rp situations where I need my members to be as smart and well trained as they can. Some previous Ballas had gotten accused of hacking and aimbotting, which is something I will have no tolerance for at all and would be an insta kick if seen. I believe in getting the rp standards of the city to the max level they can, and this is something that completely ruins what I’m now stating. Something I also will do is giving “not HC” members opportunities to show their leadership capabilities, which will help them get the courage to try to do the thing I’m trying to now. Another problem gangs are dealing with and the members are complaining about is losing money of the gang, and having to buy guns for events. I will make sure we get a steady and controllable flow of getting in and giving out guns from the armory, which I think is a good solution for this problem.
I will also make sure to always keep in touch with administration and curators, to attempt to implement new events, and new enjoyable things the members can joy they’re selves with.
Vouch for me and I will promise a Ballas like never seen before, more innovative than ever.
