My experiences and skills

1.Ive been with pd for more than 6 months now and been as high command for so long Ive gathered a lot of experience,been closely working with cheifs for 3 months now,I know how a legal organization works,Ive been a witness of their work and descision making powers,I am a man of honesty,Loyalty with excellent decition making capabilities my work in FTO division was a prove of it,Whatever I did I did for the organization.I was the person who started from the bottom as cadet and made it to the top,Im indeed a insipiration for my fellow new officers.My actions will inspire others to dream more,learn more,do more and become more.



2.My approach towards the department

I never distinguished or discriminated between people,People should get what they deserve,

I’ll make sure to eliminate favouritism,Favouritism is one of the major reason of a failing organizations,Small men in big chairs.This shouldn’t be a thing.as an fto I am familiar with each and every corner of lspd,I know LSPD bone to bone.

A geniune leader is not a sercher for consensus but a molder of consensus.



3.Eliminating inactivity

One of the main reason of lspd failing for past few terms is inactivity,Ive seen this very closely,and here are my solutions.



1.Making a super active high command-If the people in hierarchy wouldn’t be active,how do we expect activity from petty officers?They will be guideless,clueless.We don’t want that people should be unaware of what they are doing specifically with the high commands.



2.Lack of communication between Officers ,A leader should be communicating with everyone possible.I know Sometimes it gets hard to communicate with every single one of them but at least we need to have a basic communication between people,Meetings should be 5times a week to ensure the well being of the organization.As an fto captain I was aware of this fact,and I practically notice changes after implementing this to my division.This will not only make people to enjoy pd but also helpfull for improving the rp.



3.People should get what they deserve,Like I said Ive seen many small men in big chairs,People should be judged by their work ethics not by their relationship.Many more plans but these are the key things we need to fix as early as possible.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.?



Rp is something which is needed to excel day by day,my advise for improving rp are



1. As we have seen the active work of the new government and other gov org like fib sahp and ng.,Ill make sure to work with them shoulder to shoulder.To involve other legal organizations,I think we need to do a interrogation it will be interesting and eye catching to see someone rping police interrogation.Before proceeding someone to court if we have a active suspect we need to have a interrogation session with the suspect to found it if he is guilty or not.



2.Swat formation.Formation of a particular swat team will be a eye grabbing thing for the citiziens,Like a whole new convoy of swat approching a situation with proper training.



3.Under cover detectives should be closely working with fib for a big burst that will not only increase the activity for lspd but also for other legal org.



4.Whole new easy and convenient academy system with video displaying it will a less time consuming and good informative initiatives.



5.Police protection,I think lspd should have a different rank of guards to protect higher rank officers,Police guards will not only provide security to higher officials but also for civilian if they apply for it.



Many more plans are there and I can assure that everything will be towards the betterment of the organization,We need one chance to prove ourselves that who we are? Where we came from,and what we can do!

I have worked in lspd for so long and im not only a lspd officer but a PEOPLE’s MAN too and whatever happen lspd will be my home forever no matter what.I hope best for the lspd,

good evening everyone of you reading my application form . So there are many reasons why i wanted to be the leader of the organization because from time spent in the city is the best time i could every have and i have been in 2 interviews of the LSPD interview and i will go on untill i reach my goals . I was the part of vagos LSPD FIB and national guard during my time in the city i have ample lot of experience from the fellow leaders and the fellow people in the organisation. I am very kindhearted person which makes me socialable with every one in the organisation and the other people in the organisation .

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
My advise to improve roleplay will be the intra communication between the different organisation which will result in a better communication between the organisation
Organizing events between the organization member and the city people
Also a reguler check up on the official memeber of organization to see if they are following rules and make a good roleplay
Training them in a way which will benefits all the people if city and enhance there capabilities to reach higher goals

  • My first goal as sheriff of SAHP is to keep up the good environment that is already established within the organization. Everyone views each other as family, and that is something I would like to maintain. As a result there will be zero tolerance for racism, sexism and such. My mission will be to have an organization where everyone feels welcome and treated kindly. We will still have a lot of fun and create good rp within the org, but to a point where people always want to return.
  • My second goal is to keep building up the reputation of SAHP. During Larry’s term I have seen how the organization built itself up after some problems. I would like to continue that work and improve the reputation so that SAHP sets an example for legal orgs.
  • My third goal as sheriff is to keep the SAHP as clean of rule breaks as possible! I will make sure that everyone who gets recruited is fully aware of the city rules! As the former chief of Recruitment Specialists I will make sure that we will develop our standards for interviews and training to prevent such problems.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • My advice to improve the RolePlay within the org is to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. In addition I think the RP will improve with a close relationship with the leaders of both the other legal orgs but also the gang leaders. With a good relationship with the other leaders we can create good rp with investigations, raids, store robberies and so on. I think that will make the RP fun both for SAHP and the org members and make it less repetitive.

I have been in LSPD for nearly 5 months and it has been an amazing experience watching and learning from past chiefs such as Ragnar, Ethan Royalty, Daniele Salvatore, Tania Murphy and last chief Cash Yip. I believe it is now time for me to take every thing iv learnt from all of them and bring PD back to where it belongs.

Firstly i want to be chief of LSPD because i feel that i can bring a fresh and new approach to running the department, i have been HC for a long time under every chief i have been commanded by and i feel that with each one of them i have grown as a captain and a leader. For example one of the approaches i would bring would be changing how academy works and how people get rank up, my idea for academy would be by having a two phase training process where the first phase would be having all cadets know what they can and cant do while on duty with a test to then follow to determine whether they move to phase two or are to be put through phase one again. phase two would be them learning how to arrest someone properly and use the PDA correctly and efficiently.

Secondly i want to be chief of LSPD as i want to change how people are ranked up in the organisation. The new ranking system would work by having the logs that were used under Cody miles, D'Angelo Green and Ragnar. These logs were unfortunately stopped under Ethan Royalty but started to come back under Cash Yips term but towards the end of it. I want to carry on the work that Cash did during his term. These logs will be mandatory and used to determine whether they deserve a rank up, however if we see they are doing well they will be ranked up regardless.

Finally i want to be chief because i want to use every thing i have learnt at FIB and use it to make PD better and more efficient on duty and reliable to pull up to store robbery's. I want to make sure every one rps correctly at store robbery's and does not use the number count in the top corner.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

The first way i would improve rp in LSPD is by making sure every one uses the PDA correctly as it is counted as ooc information so before doing a background check on any one they would have to do /me connects PDA to HQ for BGC on suspects name.
I want to make PD not boring but fun for people so they have lots of things to do, a thing i would introduce is 1 additional division as people are limited to swat, investigation, fto and IA. This new division would be the narcotics division where they would be working with investigation and FIB to catch drug dealers.

I want to become leader of SAHP because I’m dedicated, continue what was started, and I’m a former high command.

#1 Dedicated- I joined the Organization about 2 months ago under Sheriff Jason Memes term. I’ve been with the org ever since including 3 days under Sheriff Phil Roberts term but was fired for OOC reasons. I never thought I would be accepted into the org again until I heard the news of Phil Roberts being fired. After that Sheriff Larry Mcgavin accepted me back into the org and I’ve been there ever since.

#2 Continue what was started- During Sheriff Mcgavin’s term, he and his high command made a lot of changes to the organization to keep it running on a high standard. That high standard was to be the best we could be and I want to be able to keep that same mentality and environment in the organization as it’s sheriff.

#3 I’m a former high command. During Sheriff Mcgavin’s term, I rose from the ranks of corporal to the ranks of Chief. I became Chief of the Detectives once former holder of the position Scrim Paul became Undersheriff.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

#1- I want to make connections between the detectives from LSPD and FIB with SAHP that way we can conduct joint operations with everyone together. For example, contraband checks at sandy airfield.

#2- I would also like to make links between the SAHP’s SRT and LSPD’s SWAT so they to can do joint operations in either jurisdictions. For example, sting operations on someone who has a warrant for their arrest.

#3- I would also like to create clear communications system between the IA divisions at FIB, LSPD, and SAHP if any problems were to arise

I have always been a leader not a follower, many people have asked me to apply for this hence why I am doing it. I have made mistakes in the past but with a leader role it has my position put and I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize this, I believe this would bring me great oppurtunity and a chance to prove my worth, again I have a lot of people ask me to put this application forward and a lot of support behind me otherwise I wouldn't of bothered.

I know the rules I have read over them many times, I wont tolerate any BS. That goes for breaking rules or getting the gang warnings stealing from warehouse or any other rule that might concur. I have spent over 2 terms in 2 different gangs and know how exactly things work I know all events and rules. You can quiz me on this and see for yourself.

Finally, for new people and old too I will reiterrate the general rules and inform people daily on what events we will be attending with the times etc. Both will be done in-game and on discord. Simple term is follow the rules or risk losing your position in the gang, not going to tolerate any rule breakers for which people should already know e.g. reviving with your gun out-.-.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

The main thing about improving Role Play is to first understand the rules of role play then you can achieve what you actually want to improve. Personally, I would keep a constant record of who understands and plays their character well, this will help the gang to decide who gets ranked up etc. I would also quiz any member before joining the gang on the rules and discover if they actually have knowledge on what they're doing other than bsing.

Another thing I would like to improve is the relationships between gangs and legal orgs it would be interesting to see what agreements and negotiations can come to.

One last thing is improving all the events and spray control, I noticed in my time a lot of people don't use spray cans to collect their graffiti profit every hour, I would also prirotise events such as battle ships, cland, subs and FZ. I love to attend events and would use all my power to make sure the gang attend and are prepared for such.

In general, this path would help me develop as a player also as a leader and help focus my intellect in to my gang. I would surely stay on track and help focus on what is best for me and my gang. I would be grateful to be even given an opportunity for a interview.

To start off the first reason i would like to join LSPD is because I possess something that many others do not, experience, work, and on-duty hours as law enforcement officers. Starting around September, I joined the department, which provided me with a lot of experience going through the ranks of trainee all the way to captain.Which let me know how Police organizations work and how they function. After seeing my hard work, I was reached out for a job offer to become the Captain of the investigation, within the LSPD. I have since come to rise through the ranks, to my current position as Head of the investigation division, established as the investigation department. I've come to realize the types of people you meet, with all the bust and investigation i have done, it's given me amazing peoples skills. I have the ability to adapt to situations and I possess leadership qualities, as seen i was running a vital part of the department. This gives me an edge over my rivals and enhances my ability to perform my duties as an LSPD Officer.

b) Secondly, to continue, I want to become the leader of the LSPD because I have a strong and confident plan to roll out through the department when i become chief. These plans include managing call signs, adding in a strict strike system, as well as placing people in positions such as sergeant to effectively and confidently run and pursue a strong career path for new recruits, as well as trained veterans. In addition to this, I can expectantly run the department to the highest standard and will be able to optimize and speedily run all important aspects of LSPD including the divisions like Detectives, Swat, Fto and Patrol Division. With these plans, I can be rest assured the department will run according to plan, while maintaining high RP, and fun.

c) Thirdly I want to be the leader of the LSPD because of my strong work ethic. As goes along with my statements, you can easily ask anyone who's personally worked with me, that I am an amazing and hard worker when it comes down to the task, and a person who pushes to get things done, the minute they are requested to be done. With this strong and confident work style and mindset, things will never be left on the back burner, and I will step up the task with all my effort, 100% of the time. When the department will be in my hands, you can be eased that everything will be taken care of, and any issue that presents will be solved instantly at gallant speeds.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization

My advice to improve role-play would include strategies to make common server rules, known abroad across the officers in and out. I would start immediately by testing and evaluating people who hold high command and supervising ranks about their knowledge about the server rules, to make sure the people at the top know what they are doing, and to be rest assured they can make good and accurate decisions in recruitment, and other activities that affect the department. After this is done, I would confirm and approve an effective system to hire and recruit new people. For example, doing recruitment drives every week or taking poeple on ride alongs to show them how we work on a day-to-day basis. Such a system would include a basic knowledge test that everyone must undergo during an interview, as well as a second Rp test in order to move on from Cadet to trainee, that tests more in-depth rules, that would be learned and applied during the cadet phase. To pass the Cadet phase, I myself organized a different and unique plan for academy training sessions, that would not only make it easier for cadets, but easier for the Ftos in charge of the academy.

From all my points and strengths, I can guarantee the administration they will not be making a mistake by choosing me as leader of LSPD. I would also like to thank the administration for taking their personal time and hard work in order to evaluate my application and make an adequate decision for who will be the new leader of the LSPD.

So my journey started at Cody Miles's term and what I felt during that term was a never ending dream of delight and my goal (if I get the chance) is to bring that spark of enjoyment and being proud to be called a police officer of the law back! Watching and listening of the past chiefs made me realize that how many times people try to re-create that light but all failed expect Cash Yip, he was the closest chief to re-create the light and I wanna follow within the footsteps of my Chiefs that made people love their job and enjoy what they do!

I want to add extra divisions and Ranks for the department because people don't feel like there isn't enough chooses within the department so here are some ideas of mine:

-Services Division
-Air Support Unit
-Staff Commander
and more!


It takes time and effort to make a good team and working together as a department creates the LSPD so my reason to be Chief is mainly because I want to show the people we are not bad, we not what people say of PD. I want to create a PD that is respected and work together to create the bright light that shined in the past. I want to have officers being respectful and determined of their abilities! I have 6 months experience within the department and feel ready to take this responsibility.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My way to improve RP within the organization is that I will try to improve the RP from the officers of the law and try to maintain a high standard at all times and understand the proper use of bodycam logs on duty by doing the requirements /me and /do. I would make sure in any situation that they remain IC. I will push the officers RP to the things they conduct on or off duty

Let's begin with why I joined in the first place, I first flew into the city a little over a month ago and was wanting something to do. So naturally the goofball inside me wanted to become a SAHP Officer. I'm glad I joined the SAHP because I'm having the time of my life here. So one of the main reasons I'm applying for the sheriff position is that I'd like to keep the position in the tight nit family that came to be at SAHP. We've become more than just an org but a family and I think that this family works very well together. So I'd like to keep everything "in the family" so to say. So for the past 6 years or so I have been running a gaming community that I started from the ground up. We're just a small time community that has turned into a family as well.

I believe that I have the comprehensive skills to do what it takes to enforce laws and manage a group of people to keep a well oiled running machine that we like to call home at SAHP HQ, For this reason I believe that I can undergo the work that ensues to become sheriff.

Working with Larry McGavin for the past month has been amazing and he has shown me what a good sheriff that has the respect of his employees and puts in the effort to maintain the org can do and we have done a lot. That being said I believe if I got the position I could do my best to follow in his footsteps to continue the awesome legacy that is SAHP (#SAHP On Top) Given the chance I would give it my all to make sure cadets are getting proper training, the promotions they deserve and all of my power to do what is right and good in Los Santos. I think that if I had the chance to become sheriff I would do my very best to make some nice changes.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

So working with Larry over the past month has taught me a lot about the city and how to properly do things. I myself agree to a t about everything he says, but I do have some ideas of my own. I'd like to start using the motorcycles just a bit more than we usually do, I mean we are highway patrol aren't we? (Cough.. CHIPS).

I'd like to also start doing more training for those out on the road as well, a bit of a driving refresher course to that I think will better the org as a whole and make us look a bit more RP realistic and professional. I'd also like to start doing more routine patrols on the highways, I have seen myself that at HQ we have a lot of lingering after events. There's no reason we cant have constant patrols checking in over radio.

Using our tools as well via the PDA and our J muscle I think we can grow our strengths as well as our prowess, Lets start using those speed traps and barricades for other things as well. As for promotions I firmly believe that everyone has the opportunity to grow, This being said I'd like to start helping out and promoting more recruits and letting our numbers grow. This will help to keep the RP sense of patrols on the highway more realistic and eventful in the case of a 10-80 or a shootout on the highway.

  • I vouch for Vick aka Ryan. When he first joined SAHP I found him to be a friendly individual with a keen eye for improving anything in SAHP that he was allowed to have changed.

  • He also possesses leadership skills and as he said in his application also runs a gaming community so I am sure he knows how to keep an organization together and how to lead one.

  • Back when Larry was the Sheriff I had Vick inside the SRT division (AKA SWAT of SAHP) where I gave him the position of Staff Sergeant. He was later promoted to a Chief and was given the role of leading the Traffic Division, which he did with utmost pleasure. He also told me that in the next term for whoever gets Sheriff he wants to change a lot regarding the Traffic Division and everything around it and I believe Vick has what it takes to make it come true.

Again I vouch for Vick.

2.Why do you want to be leader of this organization?



My experiences and skills

1.Ive been with pd for more than 6 months now and been as high command for so long Ive gathered a lot of experience,been closely working with cheifs for 3 months now,I know how a legal organization works,Ive been a witness of their work and descision making powers,I am a man of honesty,Loyalty with excellent decition making capabilities my work in FTO division was a prove of it,Whatever I did I did for the organization.I was the person who started from the bottom as cadet and made it to the top,Im indeed a insipiration for my fellow new officers.My actions will inspire others to dream more,learn more,do more and become more.



2.My approach towards the department

I never distinguished or discriminated between people,People should get what they deserve,

I’ll make sure to eliminate favouritism,Favouritism is one of the major reason of a failing organizations,Small men in big chairs.This shouldn’t be a thing.as an fto I am familiar with each and every corner of lspd,I know LSPD bone to bone.

A geniune leader is not a sercher for consensus but a molder of consensus.



3.Eliminating inactivity

One of the main reason of lspd failing for past few terms is inactivity,Ive seen this very closely,and here are my solutions.



1.Making a super active high command-If the people in hierarchy wouldn’t be active,how do we expect activity from petty officers?They will be guideless,clueless.We don’t want that people should be unaware of what they are doing specifically with the high commands.



2.Lack of communication between Officers ,A leader should be communicating with everyone possible.I know Sometimes it gets hard to communicate with every single one of them but at least we need to have a basic communication between people,Meetings should be 5times a week to ensure the well being of the organization.As an fto captain I was aware of this fact,and I practically notice changes after implementing this to my division.This will not only make people to enjoy pd but also helpfull for improving the rp.



3.People should get what they deserve,Like I said Ive seen many small men in big chairs,People should be judged by their work ethics not by their relationship.Many more plans but these are the key things we need to fix as early as possible.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.?



Rp is something which is needed to excel day by day,my advise for improving rp are



1. As we have seen the active work of the new government and other gov org like fib sahp and ng.,Ill make sure to work with them shoulder to shoulder.To involve other legal organizations,I think we need to do a interrogation it will be interesting and eye catching to see someone rping police interrogation.Before proceeding someone to court if we have a active suspect we need to have a interrogation session with the suspect to found it if he is guilty or not.



2.Swat formation.Formation of a particular swat team will be a eye grabbing thing for the citiziens,Like a whole new convoy of swat approching a situation with proper training.



3.Under cover detectives should be closely working with fib for a big burst that will not only increase the activity for lspd but also for other legal org.



4.Whole new easy and convenient academy system with video displaying it will a less time consuming and good informative initiatives.



5.Police protection,I think lspd should have a different rank of guards to protect higher rank officers,Police guards will not only provide security to higher officials but also for civilian if they apply for it.



Many more plans are there and I can assure that everything will be towards the betterment of the organization,We need one chance to prove ourselves that who we are? Where we came from,and what we can do!

I have worked in lspd for so long and im not only a lspd officer but a PEOPLE’s MAN too and whatever happen lspd will be my home forever no matter what.I hope best for the lspd,

I'd like to put in my word for Master Jackfruit,

I had stopped playing on the server due to personal reasons and when I came back recently, he was the first law enforcement officer I came across after returning.
I was testing how cops would react if I put a weird request in front of them, I met 4 officers that day and I'd say he was the one who was the best at handling that situation.
As my character, I felt that LSPD was more than just arresting and fining people.
I think his leadership in LSPD can be great for the whole community.

1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

When I joined the city it didn’t take me long to decide that the SAHP was the legal organisation where my skills would be the best fit. I've met a lot of great people and have had a lot of great experiences throughout my time in the Sheriff's department that I feel I would be able to replicate for others. I was highly known and determined working day in and day out to climb my way up the ranks where I served as Under Sheriff under two separate Sheriff's as well as department chief. I’ve always had the ambition to take over one day and I think that I am ready to take on the challenge.

Secondly, I want to lead the SAHP so that I can continue to make SAHP the standard of professionalism in the city. I helped to train many of the people who made the SAHP what it is, including Mr. Louie, Mr. Jason, Mr. Phil, and Mr. Larry. I have the policies ready to implement to ensure the proper regulation and order that we expect from the best Sheriff’s department in the state. I want to continue to improve the levels of organization within the SAHP, improve retention rates, improve our promotion scheme, and ensure the good order of the organization.

Thirdly, one of the most important reasons that I’m applying for leadership is at the behest of my staff. With the ending of Sheriff McGavin’s term, the membership has been calling for me to put myself up for consideration with the administration. This is obviously incredibly important to me, since it's my staff that makes SAHP what it is, and I don’t want to disappoint them. I believe that most of my fellow officers would say that I have always cared for them and wanted the best things for them. I have a reputation for being an extremely careful person who has the quick thinking ability to fix any law enforcement situation on hand with a mind for making things fair for all parties.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I have a few different plans that I intend to implement if I am appointed leader. I intend to bring to the table: a more varied approach to highway patrol, ensuring all sectors in our jurisdiction are adequately patrolled. More organic interactions with civilians and other organisations and police sponsored events, better usage of the detective bureau and SRT, developing new and fun types of patrols and operations performed in coordination with other state organisations, more training for our officers to make them more effective in combating gangs and robberies and avoiding hostage situations. More organic and interesting promotion tools like board evaluations.

  • My first goal as sheriff of SAHP is to keep up the good environment that is already established within the organization. Everyone views each other as family, and that is something I would like to maintain. As a result there will be zero tolerance for racism, sexism and such. My mission will be to have an organization where everyone feels welcome and treated kindly. We will still have a lot of fun and create good rp within the org, but to a point where people always want to return.
  • My second goal is to keep building up the reputation of SAHP. During Larry’s term I have seen how the organization built itself up after some problems. I would like to continue that work and improve the reputation so that SAHP sets an example for legal orgs.
  • My third goal as sheriff is to keep the SAHP as clean of rule breaks as possible! I will make sure that everyone who gets recruited is fully aware of the city rules! As the former chief of Recruitment Specialists I will make sure that we will develop our standards for interviews and training to prevent such problems.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • My advice to improve the RolePlay within the org is to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. In addition I think the RP will improve with a close relationship with the leaders of both the other legal orgs but also the gang leaders. With a good relationship with the other leaders we can create good rp with investigations, raids, store robberies and so on. I think that will make the RP fun both for SAHP and the org members and make it less repetitive.

I vouch for both of these individuals for Sheriff SAHP.

They both hold great leadership skills and both put in the work day by day.

I had the pleasure of training Rebekah when she first joined SAHP and she flew up the ranks so quickly and proved to everyone she can be a great High Command/Leader.

Scrim was there when I first joined SAHP and he was my Under Sheriff during Phil Roberts term and when Phil was in trouble with some illegal issues, he took command and treated us like he was ours. Then SAHP got disbanded and then SAHP reopened from disbandment and he was my Chief during Larry's 2 Terms and he was great.

Both are loyal to the Organization and deserve a chance at the Leader role.

(i). I have been in the city for a long time and I have experience of almost all legal or illegal organizations (leaving out a few) but illegals have always been my strength and priority I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them. I have seen people struggling to run a gang and I have seen gangs getting disbanded because the leader was not performing well but I will try to give my best to run this gang. I think I have many great leadership skills and I can implement them as a leader.


(ii). I want to take the RP experience of a gang to the next level. I am planning to do all gang events like Battleship, Fort Zancudo, clandestine and ill make sure that we participate in all these types of gang events. Clandestine is one of my favourite events but sadly almost every gang camp for the parachute in that event and is kinda boring but ill make sure we are showing up to every event and also takes part in other events to promote RP. My main motive is to make a better experience for everybody and store robberies is one of the events where I can help with that, gangs are already very low RP and with legal orgs trying to win every store robbery there is, it isn't fun at all but I will try my best to make all events fun and with serious RP.

(iii). Also I have seen every level of RP in the organization and I have been in unofficial families and I have seen many great leaders do all gang events. I know all the strategies in all gang events also I want basically to be a little strict with members because I want them to try for their best because no one is perfect and the improvement can't explain they can be only shown and if I will be the leader u will be able to see the improvement. I feel like if any of the gang members want to ask any question they should not hesitate and open up to any gang member about their query and trust me as a leader I will not let anyone down.

I am living in this city for 4-5 months and I saw many gang members doing fail RP, robbing people without enough gang members, shooting outside ghetto etc. I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

1. The Ballas Gang's leader


2. Since my days in the city, I've appreciated the Illegal RP. In gangs, I've lived and died. Here are some of the reasons why I believe I should lead one of the city's most powerful gangs:

I want to lead the Ballas so that I can give the gang a new shine, and I want the gang to grow in size and, most importantly, in strength, and I want something to change in the ghetto other than the constant change of leaders.



(3) Organizations should make everyone feel welcome and connected in order for them to work more effectively.

A leader should be dedicated to assisting and motivating his or her followers to achieve their full potential. In various gangs, I've served as a higher-up and deputy. As a result, the ghetto knows who I am. Because my boys and I have dominated practically every gang event.


(4) Finally, as a former gang leader, I recognized that gangs aren't always about territory wars. I've noticed how the leader is only close to a few people, which has an impact on the morale of the organization, as leadership is much more than being a boss. It's about establishing an environment where people will follow you because they believe in you, not because you're the boss. I've worked under several great and wonderful leaders in the past, including my family's 14K, and I've learned what it takes to be a leader from them.

If given the chance, I believe I would not disappoint my people.



5. One proposal I'd like to make to increase RP in the organization is that I've recently discovered that gangs are always having strikes that result in their disbandment. Despite the fact that it has been expanded to five strikes, they are still disbanded. So, while I don't want to make the recruitment process more difficult, it should be more instructive. That those who participate are aware of what they are doing and who they are. In this way, we can encourage roleplaying while simultaneously ensuring that a gang follows the rules. So, if I become the leader, I'll hold a program in which I'll teach them the fundamental rules as well as how to avoid getting in issue with RP.
I'll open recruitment for a week, with a program held each week to teach the recruits how to perform gang activities without breaching the regulations. Furthermore, I have a team of highly qualified persons who have been born and raised in the ghetto since their arrival in the city, and I believe it is past time for me and my lads to be given a chance.

Leader Of The Ballas

I wanna become the leader of ballas because i want to have experience how to run a gang as ballas also is an awesome gang . Becoming leader will be a big pressure but i want to see what it takes to be a real leader also i have great influences of family like the WEST MAFIA , HOOD RICH , and currently in 14k ,i also want to enhance the rp by teaching new guys in the gang buisness how to do things as a gang member also i would like to in crease criminal activity more than before in the city . It would be an great honor to become the leader of the BALLAS

I would increase graffiti and street fight times also clandestine and battleship will be an important event to attend or else shall recive a strike once in a week store robbery but will increase as soon as we expand we would start more and more criminal activities also taking hostages and more in future

2. I have enjoyed the Illegal RP since my days in city. I have lived and died in gangs. Here are my reasons why I think I wanna lead one of the most dominanting gang in the city:

(i) I want to become the leader of the Ballas so that I can give the gang a new shine, and I want the gang to grow in size and, above all, in strength and I want something to change in the ghetto except for the constant change of leaders

A leader should be someone who is commited to help their members out and push them to be the best. I have been higher ups and deputy in many gang. Hence, the people of ghetto knows me. The most loyal members of the Ballas gang would follow me, as me and my boys have dominated almost every gang event.

(iii) Lastly, being a previous higher up in gangs, I realized that gang is not always about turfs. I have noticed how the leader is only close with certain people and that affects the organization morally, as leadership is way more than just being a boss. It's about creating an environment where everyone would follow you not because you are the boss but because they believe in you. I have been under some capable and wonderful leaders in the past, under my family West Mafia as well and I have learnt from them what it takes to be a leader.

I think if given the chance I would not let my people down.

3. One suggestion that I would like to put forward to improve RP in organization is that lately i have noticed that gangs constantly get strikes that result in them getting disbanded. Although its extended to 5 strikes they still end up getting disbanded. So i wont say i want to make the recruitment harder but it should be more informative. That the people joining in should be aware of what they do and who they are. In that sense we can promote RP and also make sure that a gang does its stuff without breaking rules. So if I become the leader i ll held a program where i ll inform them of the basic rules and also how to not get in trouble with RP. I ll open recruitments for a week and every week there would be a program held just to explain the recruits on how to conduct gang activities without breaking rules. Moreover, i have a team of very qualified individuals who has born and bred in ghetto since there time in city, I believe its high time me and my boys get a chance, cause i believe its time for the city to be painted PURPLE!
