1. The reason I want to be a part of this glorious team of administrators is that I can be a great help in maintaining the city's OOC Rules and uphold the discipline inside the City. Due to my experience, I'm well aware of the city and how everything works in it and I can use it to my advantage so I can take actions in all fairness towards everyone. I will give out appropriate punishments to those who manage to evade these laws and break them. I'll punish them with my authority and make sure these things don't happen again. As I also said before, I'll discard those who think they're above the city's law.

2. My biggest strengths are that I never lose my temper and lose sight of what's happening. I always stick with the truer version of a story while also keeping in mind both sides of it. I'm quick in thinking and that's why I can make better decisions swiftly.

1. I want to become an admin to firstly enhance the quality of RP gameplay for everyone and secondly i want to help the new players in any way possible with their questions just like the admins did when I was new to the server, the admins were great help and I aspire to help someone that way someday.
2. My strengths are that I am a very easy and open person which makes it very easy for people to talk to me and tell me their issues, I take criticism very well and I also don't get annoyed easily which I think is an important quality to harness as an admin.
3. My greatest weakness is that I quickly obsess over matters and my colleagues can often find it annoying.

1. I want to become an admin because I want to help the server in every way possible. I have been in the server since the day it came out and have seen that there are a lot of people that breaks rules but don't get the punishments for that. I understand that the staff already is doing the most they can but I want to be able to help with that as well. I also have a lot of RP experience as I have been apart of a few different servers with very strict RP and I think I can give a ideas to higher staff to overall make the server more enjoyable and better for everyone who plays on it,

1. Why do you want to become an admin
- The reason i want to become an adminis that I have been playing this server for a few months and I acomplished all of my goals. And now i want to test myself in difrent situations as someone that can calm things down. I can see that the server is growing every single day, so that means that admins have more and more work to do well thats something that i realy want to help you guys with. I also forhot to meantion that i was adinistartor on a FiveM server calles Štajerska RP (server went down becouse owner had some issues). I was administrating for atleast 2 months. And yea as I meantioned I want to help this city so people dont break the rules and things like that.As a gang member i see a lot of rules being broken so i have to call for administrators help on daly bases to punish people for breaking rules. I am already trying to give back to cummunity by hosting big price pool events, one of my bigests events was eventthat i sponsored on SLIMS stream with a price pool of 1.000.000$ to the winner

1. I have been noticing alot of rule-breaks since 1 month which RPing (excluding Events), its just I find most of them a friend and revokes the idea to report them, being a Player of this server its wrong to not report them but after me becoming an Admin can definitely go beyond my limits and punish those who deserves that. Sometimes i do report people but due to lack of direct and proper connection between me and Admin makes the decision not in my favour (PS, in-game report i mean to say)

2. I have a past experience of INGAME MODERATOR of RP in few 'proper RP Servers'. I have been doing RP and following RP since 1 and 2 years respectively. which basically means i know each and every basic Rules of Roleplay, I have been through GRP Rulebook also. I have few Admin friends with whom i can discuss and take the actions. My Typing skills is very fast and I have alot of patience to handle toxicity, etc.

3. In RP, nothing. In Real Life, Reptiles and Height.

4. Yes i mean i have to, I cant manage my RP and admin powers both in this heavy traffic'd server with 1000+ active players everyday.

1. actually when i first heard about this server called GrandRP ihad to give it a shot after everyone told me its the best server rn but after i started playing i had so much fun bcs of the programming and the admins who helped me with everything i needed so i said to myself when ill have more experience in the server i will become one of those admins so i can help people.
i wanna become an admin mostly bcs i enjoy helping people and i want everything to be right that means if theres any kind of problem with a player ill be the first person to fix it, ive been playing rp for very long which rly helps me understanding complicated situations, i was working in almost every job in the server so i have knowledge about all of them and i want to share my knowledge with both admins and citizens (knowledge is power), i m very good with people even if they r screaming and not being nice.
i know the staff is overwhelmed so i want to make sure everyone will get the answers to their questions.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?
1.As you can tell from my ID I joined the server the moment it came out and have enjoyed it ever since. I have met so many good people on this server and as an administrator I would like to repay the community for being so good to me all throughout my play time and help people that are struggling with technical problems or are wanting to report someone that is breaking any sort of server rules. or anything that could make the game unenjoyable to the player-base. Due to me being so early in the city I have experienced or had the opportunity to try out every single job that the server has to offer and almost every single organization the server has to offer. And due to that, becoming an administrator is the last thing that I can do to just repay the friends and players that I've met through this still ongoing and amazing journey and help the entire community to make the game fun and enjoyable for every single player. And as I said I just wish to make this Role-play server a safe space for everyone that joins it and can have fun without getting bullied , harassed or any sort of thing

-I could say that my strengths are I'm determinant because when i I put something in my mind especially if that something interests me, I'm not leaving it before I get some genuine and good results.
