Ban Complaint – Server 2 – Accusation of Cheating

Hello Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing this complaint regarding my ban on Server 2. I was banned for alleged cheating, but I would like to clearly state that I did not use any cheats, mods, or third-party software at any time.
At the time of the incident, I was in the Grand RP arena, playing Free For All (FFA). During the fight, I changed my mouse DPI from 800 to 176 in order to have better control and more precise aim. This was a personal hardware setting change only and not the use of any external software or unfair advantage.
I believe this DPI change may have been misinterpreted as cheating, which led to the ban. However, changing DPI is a normal mouse setting and does not violate the server rules.
I fully understand how important fair play is on Grand RP, and I would never risk my account by cheating. I respectfully ask the administration team to review my ban and the evidence once again, as I am confident that no rules were broken.
I am willing to cooperate and provide any additional information if required. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
