Next Term Objectives and Pre election promises :​

☐ In order to make sure that the citizens of this city understand the laws and regulations that the Government implements, we have decided to provide, 2 times a week, meetings with the public to discuss their tensions and express their concerns. The goal is to let the public use their voice to make a difference and help out the city.

☐ We understand the pain to drive out all the way to places such as Paleto Bay due to risk of danger. To tackle this issue, we will bring SAHP and EMS down to Capital once a week in order to sell car and health insurance. This should hopefully ease the risk for our citizens.

☐ We understand that there are astounding organizations in the city that each have their own talents and job descriptions. We also acknowledge that there are certain groups in the city who wants to be part of these organizations, but really don't know which organization suits them best. Therefore, taking that into consideration, the Government is still going to be implementing job fairs each week, where citizens who have any sorts of questions or doubts can get a demonstration and further improve their chances.

☐ Second chances are a must when it comes to being a bigger person. Therefore, in order to grant those second chances, the Department of Correction have decided to host, every day, rehabilitation classes to give these inmates the opportunity to transform their life around for the better.

☐ We understand that, at times, the Capitol is unattended for those in need of services. To make sure that everyone that comes there, leaves happy and satisfied, the Government ensures to **ALWAYS** have units/service agents at the gates or around the Capitol for any sort of interaction. To further improve relationships between the civil servants and the people that appoints themselves at the heart of the City.

☐ The Government will still fight to make sure corruption isn't roaming around or being spread. So, we will not take corruption lightly and will do anything in our power to get rid of anyone who will attract trouble for the organization the second it is being brought up.

☐ We take concerns of our employees very seriously. Thus, to ensure the safety, happiness, and easiness of our own, we will make sure to always have an open eye, ear, and schedule for those of us in need. By bringing back the HR department, whatever is weighing down on them, the team shall use our best knowledge to comfort them by any means necessary.

Pre election promises ​

Our last government worked tirelessly to host fabulous events in the city. We promise to continue to come up with unique and fun event ideas to carry on this tradition. We also promise to come together with other organisations to host recruitment festivals where new and old people to the city can come, play games, get insurance and licenses and join the organisation of their dreams.

We promise to be seen and always having someone to take care of taxes as business owners are the fore front of our city providing you with food and gas and the ability to live this is something we will strive to ensure no one gets shut down without proper notice.

We promise to support our law enforcement officers and ensure the laws are in place to allow them to safely complete their jobs. This includes enshrining in law the search and seizure rights to keep our officers and lawyers safe.

We promise to hold regular meetings with all organisations in order to strengthen our bonds of unity and to gain their insight into how we can best run this city. No one knows what an organisation needs better than their own front line.

About Us

Seven years ago, a small group of individuals shared a common interest which was to protect the rights of the citizens and the beautiful state of San Andreas. Together, they created the D.U.R.A.G law firm. The DURAG law firm intended to offer the common citizen of San Andreas a helping hand, reaching the common man with a cheap and capable alternative to the sky-high legal advisory offerings. Together, the founding partners launched their law firm. It was an astounding success. Together, the founding partners helped hundreds of citizens with affordable legal representation. However, during their practices, they developed a sense of instability and inconsistency throughout the government, and their officials. A wanton to better the state suddenly blossomed.


Ideology

The D.U.R.A.G Party believes in freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all the people of San Andreas. Our goal is to restore people’s faith in the government of San Andreas by implementing numerous economic and social reforms.


Objectives

- To rebuild Congress. Many governments before have failed to effectively be aware of the problems of the residents of San Andreas, by implementing a working Congress system, the D.U.R.A.G party will allow citizens to put forth more undermined issues of the city.

- Traffic code for the State of San Andreas will be revised and rewritten to avoid any excessive citations being imposed on citizens
of the state. As it stands now, residents of the city are forced to pay huge amounts of fines for simple parking impediments.


- Cracking down on corruption. For the longest time corruption has been a big thing that has hindered the efforts of many state organizations. The D.U.R.A.G party intends to provide proper resourcing to the teams meant to investigate corruption.


- The D.U.R.A.G party aims to make gun licenses and health insurance available to law enforcement officers free of cost by financing state organizations through the PROGRAM OF GOVERNMENT GRANTS, EVENTS, AND RECREATION STIMULUS act.

- The DURAG act aims to financially stabilize the urban areas of San Andreas. Through controlled financial accommodations grants targeting those who may find themselves forced to commit criminal offenses to survive.

Peoples Unity Party (P.U.P) was founded by employees that have previously worked throughout different departments within the Government. They have watched, endured and observed all they need to know in order to make Los Santos a better place. In previous terms agreements and ideals were not always reached however through a united front People's Unity Party was formed. We want for all citizens to be able to express themselves to us without doubt. We endeavor to keep the same demeanor as previously initiated by the former Governess and keep the great changes she made.

We have created a party that works seamlessly alongside each other. Our Heads of department hold experience, generosity, and compassion. These people are going to be role models to those who want to be greeted within the Government going forward, who can easily train newcomers to the highest of standards. The Peoples Unity Party believes that all citizens are equal regardless of religion, race or gender. The Peoples Unity Party will focus on making sure all citizens are treated with equal rights. The Democratic Republican Party was established by strong minded individuals with either a lot of experience in different government departments, or with examplary work ethics and a strong moral compass, that all share the same goal: to make Los Santos a place where every single individual - no matter their background, race, gender or capital - can have an opportunity to create a life they think they deserve. Our government officials are compassionate people with the highest level of professionalism, and they can be trusted to not only do the best job possible in upholding high standards set by our predecessors, but also to elevate them even further.


IDEOLOGY:
The Democratic Republican Party believes that education should be free and available for all people and we as a party believe in protecting equal rights for all citizens. We will focus on bringing our full potential to maintain peace and safety of all citizens and are commited to keeping our state a true democracy, and to reestablish trust of the citizens in their government. PRE-ELECTION PROMISES

Promises to our citizens:
- Defend the human rights of our citizens with every decision we, as a government, make (considered a top priority).

- One of the more important issues we recognized and want to tackle is the lack of an education department, so we will establish DOE campaigns to thoroughly educate our citizens about the laws of the city, to reduce crime rate and the number of arrests.

- Establishing campaigns for promoting the lawyer career path and creating a department for education of future lawyers, to increase the citizen's rights to a fair treatment when being prosecuted.

- Host a bigger number of events for citizens and possibly establish new ones, including a Job fair, to keep the spirit of the city alive.

Promises to legal organizations:

- Regularly conducting inspections of all the legal organizations to fight corruption and dismiss any people who we consider to be a threat to the stability of the organization's service.

- Improve and regulate trainings for new employees, specifically of the organizations who are protecting the citizens (LSPD, FIB ...), to ensure the maximum level of safety in the city.

- Increase the salary of DOC officers to provide higher numbers of employees and therefore increase security of DOC.

- Dedicating a division to tackle relationships between all the legal organizations, to make communication easier and improve the cooperation to ensure strength of numbers and different expertise.

- Increase the traffic patrol, because we recognize the citizens have been very unhappy with the current traffic situation, and the lack of regulation there-of.

About Us:
The Democratic Opportunistic National Union of Truth or better known as the D.O.N.U.T Party was founded by a group of former police officers who served under Sheriff Ryan Slater throughout his days as a senior leader in local law enforcement.

These officers were united in their beliefs that the community and the land of Los Santos deserved better representation, they deserved to have a voice...

During their tenure in the various organizations, they saw firsthand the challenges and issues that the people of San Andreas faced daily. They were disturbed by the lack of effective communication and understanding between the community, local law enforcement agencies, and for the most part a staggering government - they knew that something had to be done to bridge this gap.

The acronym D.O.N.U.T represents their philosophy of bringing people together, the ring-like shape of a donut symbolizes unity, equality, and inclusiveness - nothing sugar-coated, only glazed.

With the founding fathers appointing Ryan Slater as party leader, the DONUT Party has become a voice for the community, always working towards the interests of the community and the land in which they live.

A Government that listens, a government that supports:
As a candidate for governor, I believe in a government that is responsive and supportive of the needs of our communities. That's why I am committed to creating an administration that listens to the voices of our public service agencies, including the LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and EMS.

In order to improve communication and build stronger relationships between our government and these agencies, I am proposing the establishment of a new interdepartmental relations role. This role will be responsible for actively engaging with public service agencies to identify any concerns or complaints they may have about the government and working with us to address these issues.

I believe that by fostering a more collaborative and inclusive approach to governance, we can build a stronger and more resilient community for all of our residents. Together, we can create a government that truly supports and serves the people.

Law School of San Andreas and DOJ 2.0:
Under my administration, we will bring in seasoned lawyers and experienced Department of Justice officials to ensure that all your legal needs are met. But we won't stop there. We will also be introducing more oversight for state attorneys, so that we can be sure that justice is being served fairly and impartially.

Furthermore, I believe that education is the key to ensuring that our justice system is accessible and understandable to all. That's why we are proposing the Law School of San Andreas, which will be open to both government employees and private citizens. This fully fleshed out school will provide practical training and education to help demystify the day-to-day life of a lawyer.

With these changes, I am confident that we can create a justice system that is more equitable, transparent, and accessible for all of our citizens. Together, let's build a better and more just San Andreas.

USSS 2.0:
I am excited to announce our plans to improve the United States Secret Service (USSS) and enhance its ability to protect our government.

Under our administration, the USSS will take over the Department of Corrections responsibility. This move will provide greater flexibility in our security efforts and allow for more efficient and effective coordination between our law enforcement agencies.

Additionally, we are planning to increase recruitment efforts across multiple time zones to strengthen and expand the USSS's capabilities. With a larger and more diverse team, we can better prepare for a range of potential threats and events.

Our ultimate goal is to make the USSS more independent in its mission to protect our government, both within our buildings and at events. We believe that by investing in the USSS and providing the resources it needs to succeed, we can create a safer and more secure environment for all of our citizens.

Under my administration, we will create a fully fleshed out IRS that will have the resources it needs to effectively enforce tax laws and identify those who are not paying their taxes. By doing so, we can ensure that everyone contributes their fair share to support our communities and services.

In addition, I believe in rewarding businesses that comply with tax laws and use automated systems to make the process easier and more efficient. As governor, I will work to provide discounts to businesses that pay on time and use automated systems.

The Liberty United Coalition for Kindness, or L.U.C.K. party was founded April 3rd, 2023, on the values of freedom, unity, justice, community, selflessness, and kindness. It is the goal of this party to bring the community together as a whole to help everyone have a voice in shaping the city they live in, to strengthen relationships between civilians and LEO’s as well as inter-organizational relationships, and to ensure everyone is free to live the life they dream of and they deserve.

Ideology:

The L.U.C.K. party is founded on the principles of community, freedom, and justice, with a goal of bringing everyone together for the betterment of Los Santos and the State of San Andreas. Through communication, strengthening bonds, and creating a healthy environment for all to thrive in, the L.U.C.K. party plans to improve the lives of all. This will be done by bringing everyone together through selfless actions, education for everyone, and creating opportunities for every person within Los Santos.

The dream of the L.U.C.K. party to to create a community where all voices are heard equally, to create a community in which everyone has the freedom to exist as they are, peacefully, in a happy, safe environment.

About L.U.C.K.:

The Liberty United Coalition for Kindness, or L.U.C.K., party started off as a bunch of little ideas. Each of these little ideas had potential beyond being just a small piece of genius, because as all of these little ideas came together, it made a very clear picture showing what needsto happen in order to improve the State of San Andreas.

Maeve McCormick started her career in EMS, and then went to work for the Department of Justice. Showing initiative and dedication as a law student helped her excel through her BAR exam to become a state attorney, shortly followed by receiving the title Senior State Attorney. After just one term under former governor Ryan Slater, Mrs. McCormick became a District Court Judge. After two great terms though, Mr. Slater’s time as governor came to an end, and the ideas began leaning all in one direction.

During the government downtime, Maeve became employed by FIB, originally as a Black Ops Agent, but moving back to her area of expertise in becoming a federal attorney. After seeing the other side of the law, experiencing the role of arresting officers and being firsthand witness to what the LEO’s of the State of San Andreas have to endure, her whole perspective was shifted. She saw not only the hardships and challenges these agents and officers faced daily, but also the immense work and effort put into overcoming these hurdles, and the potential for far greater things than she had previously imagined. The ideas began flowing even faster.

These ideas started small, with reopening the infirmary in DOC, which has yet to be accomplished, and placing LSPD inside Pillbox Hospital, which was tried, but the follow through was lacking. Then, the ideas began to grow to bigger things, such as changing actual laws, creating an actual law school, and making Los Santos more of a community rather than just a place. It’s only logical that it grew to be what it became, the Liberty United Coalition for Kindness, a collection of small pieces of genius, coming together to create a better Los Santos.

The Liberty United Coalition for Kindness holds the virtues of liberty and unity steadfast in their hearts. The common driving force in all actions made by the L.U.C.K. party are with the intentions of maintaining freedom of existence for everyone without challenges and bringing everyone together in hopes of finding more common goals and accomplishing more to make Los Santos better for all involved parties.It is the belief of the L.U.C.K. party that by bringing civilians and LEO’s together, and all the organizations closer together, we can create a happier, safer, more wholesome home for ourselves and each other.

Goals and Promises:

Everyone will have a voice- not just the few, not just the rich. Los Santos is a beautiful city where people are constantly relocating, and it is the belief of the L.U.C.K. party that every citizen should be able to have a voice when it comes to their home. This could be accomplished by creating a Public Relations Department consisting of two roles, one for Civilian Relations and one for Inter-organizational Relations. There could be meetings open to the public, and meetings with the organizations individually and as a whole, and public ‘town hall’ meetings that are open to the public where everyone can voice their opinions on laws, legislature, and going ons around the city.

Education is for everyone- the law students, the LEO’s, and the civilians. The Department of Justice shall maintain a law school, which shall educate thoroughly the future attorneys of Los Santos, teach the LEO’s the legalities of their duties, and inform the general public of their rights and the laws within the great state of San Andreas. There will be a variety of teaching methods utilized including pre-fabricated educational media, in-person classes, and virtual classes. The L.U.C.K. party believes education is a right of every citizen.
With that, the Department of Justice shall establish the Slater School of Law in honor of a phenomenal governor who had a powerful influence on Maeve’s political career, as both a role model and a mentor. The Slater School of Law shall hold courses for everyone, ensuring education is an opportunity for all persons, not just those who qualify for certain jobs. Education is the right of every citizen, and the L.U.C.K. party plans to ensure that right is upheld.

United States Secret Service will continue to protect our government at the exceptional standards they’ve proven to maintain, but they will continue to thrive and improve through recruitment throughout all time zones, divisions in which each agent kind find their talents and excel, having a division for DOC separately, but working together with DOC to ensure the prison is well staffed and safe, along with keeping citizens and people of great importance alike throughout the city.
The secret service in addition to many ranks that depend on dedication, service, attitude, among other things, but there are also divisions that come with recognition and bonuses as well including, but not limited to, internal affairs, human resources and training, sniper division, emergency response team, shadow squad (additional details classified,) and rainbow division (additional details classified.)

The Department of Corrections will re-open with two new wardens, and a well experienced staff to ensure the penitentiary runs efficiently and cohesively with both the needs of the general public, convicts, ex-convicts, and LEO’s alike. There will be individual divisions for DOC officers to join, including but not limited to Human Resources and Training, Internal Affairs, Sector Patrol, and junior high commands and up will have the opportunity to join the USSS Sniper Division or Emergency Response Team. The L.U.C.K. party plans to make life more convenient for those needing to be at the prison, and more fun and stimulating for those employed there.

Taxes are not anyone's favorite things, but they don't have to be as scary and complicated as they seem. Be ensuring all lawyers and high commands within government are well versed in tax law, anyone will be able to get answers to any questions they may have by stopping at the capitol at any time. There will also be 'tax parties' to encourage people to come socialize and pay their taxes. The L.U.C.K. party is absolutely going to try to make taxes fun!
This will be done by developing an IRS department consisting of a Head of IRS, IRS agents, and IRS trainees. This department will communicate tax laws, taxes dues, and any other necessary information to relevant parties and the general public, and collect taxes appropriately. Organization and communication are key in this regard!

Community, all of us together are stronger than we are alone, and coming together will only lead to success. The L.U.C.K. party prioritizing inclusiveness, and ensuring everyone feels seen and heard, which is why our government will be hosting frequent events to bring the public together, to bring the organizations together, and to bring Los Santos together as a whole. Whether its fashion shows, spelling bees, talent competitions, pick up line contests, comedy nights, car shows, foot races, piggy back races, relay races, scavenger hunts, hide and seek, etc., the L.U.C.K. party will ensure everyone has a chance, no matter the hours they keep, to be involved int their community.
With that, there will also be incredible events for LEO’s to come together throughout the term, including training, drills, and the chance to put everything learned to use. Through the training, and the bonding experiences the L.U.C.K. party is committed to providing, the LEO’s should be able to come together as individual organizations and as a whole to defeat any challenges they encounter.

Enhance Public Safety:
As a governor, my objective is to improve public safety in the state by enacting measures that lower crime rates and improve emergency response times. Increasing the funding for law enforcement and emergency services, investing in crime prevention programs, and encouraging community policing efforts might all fall under this category.

Lower Taxes:
A governor will offer to cut taxes for small businesses. This includes lowering taxes for tiny businesses in the North that aren't making much money.

I'm Richard Sole, I have been in many positions throughout the history of our great state and I find myself sitting in as Acting Governor after a long career within the Department of Justice. My previous positions in the state include some opportunities I am forever grateful for and this office is the most prestigious of them all. I believe that it is our citizens that make our State what it is which is why I want to tell you why you should give me the opportunity to continue my journey as your Governor.
A long career in Law Enforcement saw me in position such as General of the National Guard, Deputy Chief of Police, Head of Department in FIB, Deputy Governor and Supreme Court Justice.

It is indeed the people that Make San Andreas, hence why I chose to create this party with this name. Together, the people can Make San Andreas. We believe in equal opportunity for all, we believe that we can group up as one and we believe that the people matter. Make San Andreas is committed to keeping the justice system fair, providing to all and ensuring our citizens feel like they are part of the bigger picture.

The Make San Andreas party is comprised of many talented people. We all share the same ideology that it is the people that Make San Andreas which is why the party was formed in the previous image of my old party "Change San Andreas" and the respected "D.O.N.U.T" party. We come from all sorts of different backgrounds from General of the National Guard and Sheriff of SAHP to Rookie of LSPD and Law Student of the previous terms.
Our success elsewhere has led the party to form and unite to this day and we wish to continue to create a state full of citizens that know we are here to help you. We have worked tirelessly to be the voice of the people throughout our previous ventures and don't want to stop that success which has brought change to this state and our objective is to continue revolutionizing our state and build a functioning and effective Government for the people.

1. Continue building and maintaining our relations with not only Law Enforcement but also the citizens of which Make San Andreas.
We have worked for many months ensuring the relationship our Government has had with other Organizations is strong and we have had great success in ensuring we are approachable and fair. I have introduced a new scheme which allows law enforcement to invoice the government to pay for hostage ransom which in turn has strengthened relations with the Government as the citizens know we wish for their safe return from their capturs, back into society.

2. Maintain the fantastic Justice system that we have revolutionized and ensure it continues to protect the rights of every citizen in the state.
During Ryan Slater's administration and Maeve McCormick's administration, we succeeded on rewriting the entire legislature for the state to close loopholes and grey areas that were being abused throughout previous administrations. We completely rewrote the Procedures that we expected Law Enforcement to follow to make it clearer and more concise. We scrapped and replaced laws and legislative documents to hold people accountable for their crimes. We wrote out entire procedures for Lawyers to follow and the Procedure for Detention and Arrests act is no longer a mess. This has proved beneficial to the standards of which law is followed by both citizens and law enforcement alike. We will bring forward alternative punishments for less serious offences.

3. Continue fighting corruption.
During the two previous administrations, our Department of Justice brought down corrupt and incapable Law Enforcement and held their leaders responsible, making sure that procedures are followed without mistakes. We introduced laws that penalise organizations of the state and further laws to cap their funding should they fail our extensive inspections. It's obvious that corruption is at an all time low in the state since our improvements to legislation were implemented and we vow to continue ensuring officers follow these procedures.

4. Establish a fairer tax system.
The Government is well aware of the rate of inflation falling in the state and understand that business owners are struggling with their taxes. Therefore we shall impose a new Tax Law and implement changes to how much tax each business owner pays which will be based on footfall, thus allowing business owners to lower their prices and give back to the citizens of the state. We will bring forward incentives to low costs in their businesses by introducing a tax cut to those who regularly host discounted services to the citizens. We will continue our hard work with our IRS to ensure the money collected is given out as rewards to hard working employees of the state and citizens in our statewide events and competitions.

5. Fight for our people.
We will host regular get-togethers at the capitol for citizens to come and voice their opinions in a court environment where I sit and hear their concerns and voices and allow them to Make San Andreas.

6. Continue to keep the quality, visibility and functionality of your Government.
We have worked to ensure the transparency of our Government is as clear as ever before. We ensure that the quality of our employees is high and they are well trained. We want the same as you, to be your representatives. We want to give opportunities for jobs, information and share what we know. Our Public Relations department is successful already but there is room for growth. We will work with Lifeinvader to allow our citizens to hear all about what we are doing for them. We will ensure that DOC has regular breaks which allow inmates to roam inside the prison and in the yard. We promise a drama free and non-shady Government.

7. Simplify the processes.
I will simplify the Government, ensure processes are followed and de-mess everything. The Government will become self sufficient with people following a clear chain of command. I will simplify the role of Governor which will allow me to spend more time Making San Andreas with our people.
