guess he wants an elaborated version of General Rule 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.

A notorious and toxic player .. Everyone should file a complaint against him so he can be kicked off the server .. He is very annoying and toxic .. Unfortunately I don't know when these patterns will be BANNED from the server.
