2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 9 terms under leaders like Cosmic Hayes, Viking Shloke, Prince Gupta, Alexa Blooms and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I have even served as Deputy Chief of Cosmic Hayes Term.

2.2) I will use my experiences which I have acquired during Field Training Officer (FTO) and I will be making a team of efficient high commands who will be much more humble and provide a friendly ambience to the junior officers by guiding them through their mistakes and not by just issuing a strike or verbal.

2.3) As a Deputy leader, I had ensured both Hospital Lobbies are staffed for Day and Night shifts, and also keep Lab stocks high by hosting weekly Lab events to encourage more units to join.

2.4) I Shall also be taking care of State Calls or Events(ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as my first priority of being a Chief.

2.5) I will devise some new requirements for promotion and devise a new bonus system in order to keep my fellow mates focussed on working of EMS.


3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) Firstly I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.2) I will encourage more employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism. And will also make sure all employees who are qualified for HC must learn how to perform surgery.

3.3) I have seen the shortage of employees going on calls so I will host events in calls so that the employees on their own volition take up calls and the citizens get fast medical aid and this will enable better roleplay. And since the percentage of AMV (armored vest) has been lowered to 70% so more units would take up willingly to the AS department.

3.4) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls seriously and also sometimes take junior doctors/employees and they will eventually learn of how the health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations are done to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.5) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1
I have been working in EMS for past 6 terms, I have been a part of EMS and achieved the rank of Team Lead . While serving there, I picked up knowledge regarding operations, team collaboration and leadership skills. Working with various departments has allowed me to observe what should be improved and I have noticed that the AS branch is often ignored.

2.2 I will use all my experience and knowledge to elevate the standard of operations in EMS by
assembling a team of active high commands who will join me in providing quick solution to all
day to day issues faced by staff members and the people of the city.

2.3 I have many acquaintances in the city, some of them dedicated former high command and some responsible former employees. If I get this Leadership position, will give my best and make sure that the lobby will be covered 24/7 and will also keep the state calls as my top priority.

2.4 I will make some new requirements for promotion and will also introduce a new bonus system which would encourage the people to put more effort and give more time to the organization.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1
I will give positive motivation to my employees through announcing giveaways and quest on weekly basis so that they willing put more effort towards the organization.

3.2 I will focus more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.3 I will make sure that coordination between the high commands are maintained properly as they will be the backbone of EMS.

3.4 I will make sure AS department works 24/7 both in Pillbox Hills and and Sandy Shores.

3.5 I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls more seriously and also sometimes take junior employees with them so that they eventually learn of how the health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations are done to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.6 I will assign FTO, DOT, HOT, and DCOT to those who can handle it. I will also make sure that staff members receive the greatest training available to help them learn as much as possible about EMS and to avoid mistakes in role-playing scenarios.

1. I want to be the leader of EMS as the org serving every other orgs helping them out over the city with clear RP conditions loving the fact that ems cannot be disbanded at any time we work as a family with all the peoples having the active family relationship between them and there highcommands, a leader cannot handle the org alone he need his employees together, there deputy's , high commands, employees we suppose to handle the org as a head and i have the experience of being the Ex-Chief of EMS for 1 term ,my term had so far given a good interface to others and more motivation for people of EMS i completed my term with no warns and verbals and i wanna contribute this for my next term for EMS as well i would love to become EMS chief again and make ems more fun together.

2. Being in EMS i learned the flaws and goods for EMS and i acquire the knowledge to fix all the problems and make merits more fun with EMS events and ceremony.

3. My journey as from a trainee to a chief of EMS have given me a great oppourtunity of meeting more peoples in city learning the past of EMS and working through ROTA of EMS.

4. Hosting events and having a bold bonus system will keep the employees and the new commers motivated to work together in EMS.

5. Handeling of State calls will be a huge part for the high commands and they will be trained perfectly for any situation they can face in the state calls.

6. Working with number of EMS employees and the rank system makes everyone greedy for ranks, stabilizing a good Rank up system where employees will know what they have to pursue to get there required ranks will end up the chaos of rank management.

7. As many people we have in EMS its the best org recruiting more people to EMS would be a hard job as all people have there own intentions and freedom to join whatever org they want to join , but making EMS fun and more attractive for people to join in and have fun with the work they do in EMS will be my first priority as being in EMS since 1 year 2 months also becoming a curator for it have learnt all the merits and flaws for the Org and would fix any inconvenience that have happened in EMS lastly a bit of changes will help the org being more interesting to other people
.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- My advices would be to the peoples to not to be more toxic when they are in ems, healing everyone who needs it at anytime, having a mask on while they are on duty and seatbelts on when they use any transport for calls, respecting all ranks they are hired and moving forward with the rank up system, work as a team they'll rank up together, the lobbies to be filled everytime so that the citizens can always get heal when they need it as we need more night shifts also we will hire more people for night shifts as we don't want EMS lobby to be empty any time and day too as well ,will be having some peoples on labs always as the medstocks for EMS have become low in number and there are more new people joining the city we need number of medkits for them , will be having a person on calls with a vest so that they don't get hurt in an active gunfire, having a check of all the EMS to be healthy to do work not to have any illegal stuff or background on them that they get in trouble, will have events and compitions in ems also hosting EMS global ones in every 2 weeks, will have best conversation skills with everyone in ems and out as to respect the Org and every citizen in the city maintaining a good level of roleplay for everyone and bring EMS ON TOP!!

a) I joined EMS in the last 10 Days of Ronit Plays Term and after gaining a lot of knowledge and Consistent hard work got HC Rank in Desi Rishab's Term and been a part of leading HR Department as I was best in giving trainings and taking exams which resulted that no one was stuck on Suspended, Trainee 1. When my hard work was seen by Majestic Faiz he transferred me as Division Chief of Ambulance Service as there where lot problems and mistakes going on in starting of term and started leading AS and State Inspections, DOC Surgeries, Aircraft Carrier and Continued it in Cosmic's 2nd Term.

b) As being an HC in 3 Terms, I have experienced lot of Roleplay Situations and Stresses due to some issues like Empty lobby for long time even in the daytime as well as in night, Low Medi kit Stocks, No Units on Calls, SH being Ignored every time, Lesser HCs and FTOs and being a true Doctor I will solve all the problems and will make sure there would be 24/7 Consistency of Emergency Medical Services if got selected as Chief.

c) I will hire back the highly experienced former HCs, FTO for removing the mistakes and errors in Trainings, Exams, State Calls, Night Lobby Management and Former Employes to remove RP mistakes with the citizens, be friendly and professional with the citizens, No more empty lobbies at Nighttime and making consistency in calls.

(d) I will change some of the promotion requirements to motivate each and every unit to work in EMS and Bonus systems by Increasing the Nighttime bonus so that lobby will be covered all the time and try to issue some bonus for covering Empty lobbies.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization?

a) I have seen that some of HCs and Employees do very much hard work in every department and many of them are inactive for long time and if active then they ignore lobbies due to their BP tasks and Family Events. So I will take quick actions to resolve this to lesser the burden of working employees.

b) As an EMS Chief there should not be any kind corruption and favoritism a strict action will be taken immediately that will also help the beginners in Role Play to get a chance gain more knowledge and be a part of EMS.

c) I will hire more night shifters than now to make the lobby covered 24/7 including peak hours.

d) I will hire high experienced HCs, FTOs as well as good trainers in HR Department this will help being professional by giving trainings or taking exams will be in English to have a proper Role Play.

e) I will make sure that Emergency Medical Services is available at any time like in especially in Lobbies, Calls as wells State Calls or Operations.

f) Even as Chief will be friendly with everyone and open to listen their problems and resolve them immediately to make fair decisions with respect to each and every unit in EMS.

3.3 Settling up the operations in state for citizens or with organizations to keep well and good relations with each others by having health care checkups and job fairs (with help of governor) to increase influence of EMS in whole city

3.4 Having no tolerance in favoritism in organization for anyone and avoiding this will give everyone a fair and valid chance in organization to show their abilities and skills towards the organization which eventually will increase organizations activity.

I have spent the most over time my RP career working in EMS because I love this organization. I have worked as Deputy Chief of HR previously, and now I work as Dean of Division of MD. yes, I see so many HC he can hire anyone without application but this is wrong because who's filling the application what is the value then I know we need units but this is not a correct way. If i am leader of EMS then i need to fix this.

a) I joined EMS in the last 10 Days of Ronit Plays Term and after gaining a lot of knowledge and Consistent hard work got HC Rank in Desi Rishab's Term and been a part of leading HR Department as I was best in giving trainings and taking exams which resulted that no one was stuck on Suspended, Trainee 1. When my hard work was seen by Majestic Faiz he transferred me as Division Chief of Ambulance Service as there where lot problems and mistakes going on in starting of term and started leading AS and State Inspections, DOC Surgeries, Aircraft Carrier and Continued it in Cosmic's 2nd Term.

b) As being an HC in 3 Terms, I have experienced lot of Roleplay Situations and Stresses due to some issues like Empty lobby for long time even in the daytime as well as in night, Low Medi kit Stocks, No Units on Calls, SH being Ignored every time, Lesser HCs and FTOs and being a true Doctor I will solve all the problems and will make sure there would be 24/7 Consistency of Emergency Medical Services if got selected as Chief.

c) I will hire back the highly experienced former HCs, FTO for removing the mistakes and errors in Trainings, Exams, State Calls, Night Lobby Management and Former Employes to remove RP mistakes with the citizens, be friendly and professional with the citizens, No more empty lobbies at Nighttime and making consistency in calls.

(d) I will change some of the promotion requirements to motivate each and every unit to work in EMS and Bonus systems by Increasing the Nighttime bonus so that lobby will be covered all the time and try to issue some bonus for covering Empty lobbies.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization?

a) I have seen that some of HCs and Employees do very much hard work in every department and many of them are inactive for long time and if active then they ignore lobbies due to their BP tasks and Family Events. So I will take quick actions to resolve this to lesser the burden of working employees.

b) As an EMS Chief there should not be any kind corruption and favoritism a strict action will be taken immediately that will also help the beginners in Role Play to get a chance gain more knowledge and be a part of EMS.

c) I will hire more night shifters than now to make the lobby covered 24/7 including peak hours.

d) I will hire high experienced HCs, FTOs as well as good trainers in HR Department this will help being professional by giving trainings or taking exams will be in English to have a proper Role Play.

e) I will make sure that Emergency Medical Services is available at any time like in especially in Lobbies, Calls as wells State Calls or Operations.

f) Even as Chief will be friendly with everyone and open to listen their problems and resolve them immediately to make fair decisions with respect to each and every unit in EMS.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 9 terms under leaders like Cosmic Hayes, Viking Shloke, Prince Gupta, Alexa Blooms and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I have even served as Deputy Chief of Cosmic Hayes Term.

2.2) I will use my experiences which I have acquired during Field Training Officer (FTO) and I will be making a team of efficient high commands who will be much more humble and provide a friendly ambience to the junior officers by guiding them through their mistakes and not by just issuing a strike or verbal.

2.3) As a Deputy leader, I had ensured both Hospital Lobbies are staffed for Day and Night shifts, and also keep Lab stocks high by hosting weekly Lab events to encourage more units to join.

2.4) I Shall also be taking care of State Calls or Events(ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as my first priority of being a Chief.

2.5) I will devise some new requirements for promotion and devise a new bonus system in order to keep my fellow mates focussed on working of EMS.


3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) Firstly I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.

3.2) I will encourage more employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism. And will also make sure all employees who are qualified for HC must learn how to perform surgery.

3.3) I have seen the shortage of employees going on calls so I will host events in calls so that the employees on their own volition take up calls and the citizens get fast medical aid and this will enable better roleplay. And since the percentage of AMV (armored vest) has been lowered to 70% so more units would take up willingly to the AS department.

3.4) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls seriously and also sometimes take junior doctors/employees and they will eventually learn of how the health check up inspections of every Legal Organizations are done to keep our city disease free and full of immune officers.

3.5) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily.

2.1 I have been in EMS for more than 6 terms and worked under 5 different chief - Alexa Blooms, Ronit Plays, Desi Rishabh, Mejestic Faiz and Cosmic Hayes. I got the opportunity to serve as a Chief of staff in EMS which allowed to gain valuable leadership experience and understand the importance of managing responsiblity.
2.2 As Chief of EMS i will ensure Ambulance Calls are handle properly, providing surgeries to improve roleplay and lobby covered all time. From my past experiences i notice that the Ambulance services are often less active, lobby remain empty during the night shifts and surgeon are not available when citizen urgent needed.
2.3 I Observed that less High Command availablity due to this citizen and employees got poor response . As a Chief of EMS i will build a strong and responsive management where every department work smoothly, employee remain motivated and citizen receive timely medical support.
2.4 I will rewarded the employees for their hardwork and activity through events, promotion, giveaways and bonus system to make him motivated. My focus on progessional yet simple training so employee can grow quickly and perform confidently.
2.5 I will be more active in city so that my employees will not feel like an employee instead will make them feel like a family members.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in Organisation.

3.1 Introduce simple and effective training method so that employee learn quickly, make few mistakes and feel confident in any roleplay scenario. Training focus on professional surgical knowledge, ambulance calls handling and maintaining lobby coverage all time.
3.2 As a chief of EMS i ensure that no favoritism or toxicity in EMS. Open Communication will be maintain between High Commands and employees . This will make EMS a healthy and professional place to work.
3.3 Under My leadership EMS will also participate in events like ACC, Bank Protection, Subs, Store robberies and hostage situation for providing aderline injection to the leos for realistic support and personally check hostage health to make Roleplay more realistic and impactful.
3.4 Will Hire enough number of employees so that they cab do a good roleplay with citizen and ensure they do good surjery for better roleplay. Will seprately hire for AS Department to ensure maximum availablity for citizens. Will make less burden for labs units so they can focus clearly on making and supply medicine and will ensure stock is well maintained.
3.5 Ensure that labs will be managed efficiently to maintain sufficient stock of medicines at all time, ensuring hospital never facing shortage.

2.1) I have started my journey in EMS as a trainee to DCMD and gained a lot of experience while working under multiple Chiefs from Alexa to Cosmic. Now I am confident enough to uphold responsibility and show my leadership skills as Chief of EMS.

2.2) As a Chief of EMS, I can execute my plans and ideas in a better way to make sure both lobbies are covered, maintain high stocks in the lab, and increase interaction between EMS employees and citizens to maintain healthy public relationships.

2.3) As a High Command (DOMD, HOMD, DCMD) in EMS, I have witnessed many highs and lows as well as both positive and negative aspects, from empty lobbies to unresponsive state calls, especially in night hours. 3.1) I have seen many employee they lost there intrest after working for 2-3 weeks. I will host internal events and giveaways to increase healthy compititon and working spirit.

3.2) I will increase the promotion requirement and do internal hiring to find suitable candidates for HC and FTO. By doing lobby duty anyone can become HC, but when it comes to handling RP situations, they panic or make mistakes and lack professionalism.

3.3) I will make sure that we have regular meetings and increase interaction with other legal organizations to improve roleplay.

3.4) I will make sure that we have regular high command meetings and take mutual decisions to improve teamwork and coordination
between high commands.

3.5) When I was an FTO and got HC training, I found out the HC training manual lacked in many aspects, like it only had basic department, hiring and firing knowledge and needed to be updated.

3.6) As an EMS Chief, I will make sure there will be no favoritism and toxicity.
